Abstract
The invention discloses a red disperse dye composition which is characterized by comprising the following components: 60-90% of dye monomer A by mass; 8-30% of dye monomer B: 0.5-10% of dye monomer C by mass; wherein: the dye monomer A is C.I. disperse red 145, the dye monomer B is C.I. disperse red 153, and the dye monomer C is C.I. disperse orange 29; the red disperse dye has excellent alkali resistance, particularly, when deep color dyeing is carried out, yellow light cannot fade out and can be reinforced due to the addition of the C.I. disperse orange 29, and meanwhile, a very deep yellow-light red effect is shown due to the combined action of red, blue and yellow light.
Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention relates to a disperse dye, in particular to a red disperse dye composition for replacing C.I. disperse red 167.
Background art:
at present, C.I. disperse red 167 is a main red dye in the market, and as the dyeing pH value of the C.I. disperse red 167 is 4-5, the C.I. disperse red 167 is not alkali-resistant, so that various dye enterprises search for substitutes of the C.I. disperse red 167.
At present, red dyes matched by each dye enterprise are based on C.I. disperse red 145 and C.I. disperse red 153 as basic components, and are matched with other components to obtain red disperse dyes with different colors and dyeing properties, such as:
in the Chinese invention patent with patent number ZL2004100257869 applied by Longsheng company, a combination scheme of C.I. disperse red 145 and C.I. disperse red 50 is provided, and the scheme can solve the problems of color light inconsistency and color fastness.
In the Chinese invention patent with the patent number ZL2005100503745 applied by the leap soil company, a combination scheme of C.I. disperse red 145, C.I. disperse red 153 and C.I. disperse red 73 is provided, and the scheme can solve the problem of poor compatibility of the C.I. disperse red 145 and the C.I. disperse red 50.
In another chinese patent No. ZL 2009100274246, a scheme of combining c.i. disperse red 145 and c.i. disperse red 153 separately without adding any other component is proposed, which can solve the problems of synchronization of dyeing rate and alkali resistance of the existing red disperse dyes.
The invention content is as follows:
the technical problem needed by the invention is to provide a red disperse dye composition with good deep dyeing effect and excellent alkali resistance.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a red disperse dye composition is characterized by comprising the following components:
60-90% of dye monomer A shown as structural formula (I) in mass fraction;
8-30% of dye monomer B shown as the structural general formula (II):
0.5-10% by mass of dye monomer C shown in the general formula of the formula (III),
the dye monomer a is c.i. disperse red 145, the dye monomer B is c.i. disperse red 153, and the dye monomer C is c.i. disperse orange 29.
Further:
the content of the dye monomer A is preferably 70-89%;
the content of the dye monomer B is preferably 10-27%;
the content of the dye monomer C is preferably 0.5-3%;
the red disperse dye composition provided by the invention has an outstanding effect when being applied to polyester fiber for dyeing dark colors, can keep the color light consistency, and has a good alkali-resistant effect and color fastness performance.
The principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) according to the experimental findings of the applicant, the existing red disperse dyes combined by using the c.i. disperse red 145 and the c.i. disperse red 153 are mainly used for adjusting the chromatic light by adjusting the contents of the c.i. disperse red 145 and the c.i. disperse red 153, such as: when yellowish light is required, the content of c.i. disperse red 153 is increased, and when bluish light is required, the content of c.i. disperse red 145 is appropriately increased. This adjustment, when dyeing light colour, the effect is often very good, but when dyeing dark colour is required, the dyeing effect is significantly reduced, the applicant has carried out tests accordingly, for the reason that: when the red disperse dye is used for dyeing dark colors, yellow light is gradually faded, and finally, a red jade only with blue light is displayed, so that the finally dyed colored light has the effect of blue light red.
(2) The applicant finally selects C.I. disperse orange 29 to be matched with C.I. disperse red 145 and C.I. disperse red 153 by matching, experiments and comparison of a plurality of existing disperse dyes, so that a brand new red disperse dye is obtained, the dye has excellent alkali resistance, particularly, when deep color dyeing is carried out, yellow light cannot be faded and reinforced when deep color dyeing is carried out due to the addition of the C.I. disperse orange 29, and meanwhile, a very deep yellow-red effect is shown due to the combined action of red, blue and yellow light.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples.
The specific implementation mode is as follows:
the present invention is further illustrated by the following examples and comparative examples, without limiting the scope of the invention thereto.

1.0g of each of the disperse dyes prepared in examples 1 to 6 was taken, and a 1.0g/500ml disperse suspension was prepared with water, 40 ml of the suspension was sucked and mixed with 40 ml of water, the pH of the dye bath was adjusted to 8 with a buffer solution, and then 2 g of polyester fiber was placed at 60 ℃ for dyeing (dyeing depth: 4%) while heating from 60 ℃ to 130 ℃ in 30 minutes, and the sample was taken after cooling to 90 ℃. After reduction cleaning, putting the mixture into an oven for drying, taking out and cooling. Color light of the cloth sample is observed, the color fastness is measured by GB/T3921-1997, GB/T3920-1997 and GB/T5718-1997, and the measurement results are shown in Table 2.
Comparative examples 1 to 4: the amount of disperse red 153 can be adjusted and the shade change compared to dark tests using a two component formulation of disperse red 145 and disperse red 153.
