The cement-based waterproof plugging reinforcing agent is prepared from the following raw materials: sulphoaluminate cement, cement-based infiltration crystallization master batch, quartz sand powder, lithium chloride, calcium stearate and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. The cement-based waterproof leaking stoppage reinforcing agent is mixed with water to prepare slurry which can permeate into concrete and a cement leveling layer, has stable performance and long-term waterproof leaking stoppage capability; the water pump can bear strong water pressure for a long time, and the net pressure resistance is over 5MPa through testing, and the compression resistance is strong; after a long time, the crystal can still be activated when meeting water, and a new crystal is generated to continue self-repairing; the crack below 0.8mm can be repaired, so that the concrete or cement leveling layer is more compact and has anti-corrosion performance; after construction, the concrete strength can be increased by more than 30% due to the enhanced density; it is a water-soluble product, and is environment-friendly, nontoxic and harmless.
