Abstract
The invention provides polymer cement waterproof mortar which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 40-60 parts of building fine sand, 0.05-0.15 part of hydroxymethyl cellulose ether, 1-3 parts of calcium stearate, 2-4 parts of latex powder, 0.1-0.3 part of lignin fiber, 0.05-0.15 part of defoaming agent and 0.4-0.6 part of hydrophobic agent, and has excellent waterproof performance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to polymer cement waterproof mortar and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of mortar.
Background
In places such as swimming pools, bathrooms, toilets and the like, and in rainy areas in the south, the wall surfaces of buildings are often mildewed or damaged due to water absorption of the wall surfaces, and waterproof layers are needed for protection. The polymer cement waterproof mortar is a waterproof material prepared by mixing cement and fine aggregate serving as main raw materials, polymer, additives and the like serving as modified materials in a proper proportion, and is commonly used as a waterproof layer.
However, the waterproof performance of the existing polymer cement waterproof mortar is still not ideal enough, and the polymer cement waterproof mortar with better waterproof performance needs to be developed.

The invention is realized by the following steps:
a polymer cement waterproof mortar comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-40 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 40-60 parts of building fine sand, 0.05-0.15 part of hydroxymethyl cellulose ether, 1-3 parts of calcium stearate, 2-4 parts of latex powder, 0.1-0.3 part of lignin fiber, 0.05-0.15 part of defoaming agent and 0.4-0.6 part of hydrophobic agent.

As a further improvement, the fly ash is class II fly ash. As a further improvement, the polymer cement waterproof mortar also comprises 3-5 parts of chlorinated paraffin. The chlorinated paraffin serves as a plasticizer and has waterproofness, so that the bonding strength of the polymer cement waterproof mortar can be enhanced, and the chlorinated paraffin can play a synergistic role with an organosilicon hydrophobic agent and calcium stearate, so that the waterproofness of the polymer cement waterproof mortar is further improved.

s2: weighing hydroxymethyl cellulose ether, emulsion powder, lignin fiber, a defoaming agent, a water repellent agent and calcium stearate according to a ratio, mixing the weighed hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, emulsion powder, lignin fiber, defoaming agent, water repellent agent and calcium stearate, adding the mixture into the premix A in the step S1, and uniformly stirring the mixture in a stirrer to obtain a premix B;
s3: and (4) adding the residual building fine sand in the step (S1) into the premix B, and uniformly stirring in a stirrer to obtain the special plastering mortar for aerated concrete.
In a further improvement, in step S2, 3 to 5 parts of chlorinated paraffin is further added and mixed with other raw materials, and then the mixture is stirred uniformly in a stirrer.
In a further improvement, in the step S1, the stirring time of the stirring is 50 to 80S, in the step S2, the stirring time of the stirring is 60 to 120S, and the stirring time of the stirring is 3 to 5 min.
In the method, in the step S1, the main materials are fully and uniformly mixed, then the main materials and the auxiliary materials in the step S2 are interacted, and finally the residual fine building sand is added, so that the defect that the mortar is poor in bonding performance due to uneven mixing and caking of the main materials is avoided, and the bonding performance and the compressive strength of the mortar are improved. The stirring time of each step is also critical, the stirring time in the step S1 is 50-80S, the stirring time in the step S2 is 60-120S, if the stirring time is too short, the stirring is not uniform, the adhesive property of the mortar can be reduced, if the stirring time is too long, the main material and the auxiliary material are mixed and then are dried and hardened, the interaction between the auxiliary material and the main material in the subsequent steps is not facilitated, and the performances of the mortar such as water retention property, adhesive property, compressive strength and the like are difficult to guarantee.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the polymer cement waterproof mortar contains the organic silicon hydrophobic agent and calcium stearate, and the organic silicon hydrophobic agent and the calcium stearate act to form a high-molecular reticular silicon resin film to play a dual waterproof role, so that the polymer cement waterproof mortar has excellent waterproof performance.
2. The polymer cement waterproof mortar also contains chlorinated paraffin which is used as a plasticizer and has waterproofness, so that the bonding strength of the polymer cement waterproof mortar can be enhanced, and the chlorinated paraffin can play a synergistic effect with an organosilicon hydrophobic agent and calcium stearate, so that the waterproofness of the polymer cement waterproof mortar is further improved.
3. The polymer cement waterproof mortar disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the compressive strength, the breaking strength and the bonding strength reach the national standards, and the polymer cement waterproof mortar has good crack resistance and structural deformation resistance.
4. The organosilicon hydrophobic agent, the calcium stearate and the chlorinated paraffin in the polymer cement waterproof mortar are matched with other raw materials to play a synergistic effect, so that the polymer cement waterproof mortar has the advantages of acid resistance, corrosion resistance, greenness and environmental protection.

Example 2
S1, weighing 30kg of cement, 10kg of fly ash and 40kg of fine building sand, mixing the weighed cement, fly ash and 28kg of fine building sand, and stirring for 80S by using a dry powder mortar stirrer to obtain premix A;
s2: weighing the following substances in parts by weight: 0.05kg of hydroxymethyl cellulose ether, 2kg of re-dispersible latex powder, 0.1kg of lignin fiber, 0.05kg of polyoxypropylene glycerol, 0.4kg of organic silicon hydrophobing agent and 4kg of chlorinated paraffin, wherein the weighed hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, the re-dispersible latex powder, the lignin fiber, the polyoxypropylene glycerol, the organic silicon hydrophobing agent and the chlorinated paraffin are mixed and then added into the premix A in the step S1, and the mixture is stirred for 2 minutes by a dry powder mortar stirrer to obtain a premix B;
