The preparation method of the quick-setting polymer waterproof slurry comprises the following steps:
s1, firstly, adding a retarder and a water reducing agent, uniformly mixing, and then uniformly mixing the mixture with ordinary cement, quick-setting and quick-hardening sulphoaluminate cement, a filler and slag micropowder to obtain aggregate;

s3, uniformly mixing the aggregate and the liquid material to obtain a premix, putting the pre-secondary retarding particles and water into the premix before use, uniformly stirring, and absorbing and storing part of water by the uniformly dispersed pre-secondary retarding particles in the process of gradually mixing the water with the premix to obtain the waterproof slurry.
The mixing time of the pre-secondary delayed coagulation particles, the aggregate and the liquid material in the S3 is 0.5-1min before construction and use, the time is not easy to overlong, and the waterproof slurry is effectively ensured that the one-time coagulation hardening is not completely completed when batch scraping construction is carried out, so that the waterproof slurry is effectively ensured to have enough batch scraping construction time.
By doping the pre-secondary retarding particles in the premix, referring to fig. 2, when the pre-secondary retarding particles are mixed with the premix together with water before use, the semi-solidified dissolving end 12 absorbs water and is semi-solidified to form a water seepage channel, the pre-water absorbing inner core and the pre-stored water outer shell 11 can absorb water and expand and store part of the water through the water seepage channel, so that the primary hardening speed of the whole waterproof slurry is effectively inhibited, a certain time is strived for batch scraping construction, when the pre-secondary retarding particles are used, the water in the pre-water absorbing inner core and the pre-stored water outer shell can be released outwards under the force of a batch scraping tool, and then the pre-water is contacted and mixed with the external waterproof slurry, so that the waterproof slurry can realize secondary condensation hardening after batch scraping, and can effectively guarantee enough batch scraping construction time under the condition that the whole construction efficiency is not influenced, and further effectively guarantee that a waterproof layer formed at a target waterproof part is more uniform, the waterproof performance is better, and then effectively solve the place waterproof performance that similar roof requires high to waterproof.
