when the mixed liquid in the extraction tank 201 is completely sucked, the second three-way valve 2091 is controlled to communicate the water inlet pipe 2092 with the vertical pipe 210, the first three-way valve 221 is controlled to communicate the sewage discharge connecting pipe 220 with the blanking pipe 222, the valve is opened, the inside of the filter tank 208 is backwashed, and sewage and impurities are discharged from the sewage discharge pipe 217.

Claims (10)

1. A process for preparing a biological extract, comprising: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, cleaning and removing impurities from the raw materials, drying in the air, and then putting the dried raw materials into a pulverizer to pulverize, wherein the pulverizing particle size is 100 meshes;
s2, extracting, namely putting the crushed raw materials prepared in the step S1 into a filtering tank (208) of a device for preparing the biological extract, adding an ethanol solution into the extracting tank (201), enabling the ethanol solution to enter the filtering tank (208) through filtering holes in the filtering tank (208) to soak the raw materials in the ethanol solution, starting a stirring motor (215) to fully and uniformly mix the raw materials in the filtering tank (208) and the ethanol solution to prepare a mixed solution, isolating impurities in the filtering tank (208), and finally discharging the mixed solution through a discharge pipe (217);
s3, purifying, namely discharging the prepared mixed solution from a discharging pipe (222), and conveying the mixed solution to a purification tank (301) through a material suction pump (501) for purification, wherein the temperature during purification is 65-75 ℃, so as to prepare a concentrated solution;
s4, spray drying, and drying the obtained concentrated solution in a spray dryer (401) to obtain a primary extract;
s5, crushing the prepared primary extract, screening, collecting and packaging.
2. An apparatus for obtaining a biological extract according to claim 1, characterized in that: the device comprises a base (100), wherein an extraction mechanism (200), a purification mechanism (300) and a spray dryer (401) are respectively arranged on the base (100);
wherein the extraction mechanism (200) is used for mixing and solid-liquid separation of the raw material and the ethanol solution;
wherein the purification mechanism (300) is used for separating ethanol solution from extract;
wherein, the extraction mechanism (200) comprises an extraction tank (201) and a filter tank (208), a top cover (202) is fixedly installed at the top of the extraction tank (201) through bolts, the extraction tank (201) is fixedly arranged above the base (100) through a support (101), the filter tank (208) is rotatably arranged in the extraction tank (201), the top and the bottom of the filter tank (208) are respectively communicated with an upper rotating pipe (2081) and a lower rotating pipe (2082), the upper end of the upper rotating pipe (2081) is rotatably penetrated through the top cover (202), the top of the upper rotating pipe (2081) is communicated with a feed hopper (203), the lower end of the lower rotating pipe (2082) is rotatably penetrated through the bottom of the extraction tank (201), a mounting seat (214) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the lower rotating pipe (2082), and a stirring motor (215) is fixedly installed on the mounting seat (214), a rotating rod (212) is rotatably arranged in the filter tank (208), a helical blade (213) is fixedly connected to the rotating rod (212), the lower end of the rotating rod (212) is rotatably penetrated through the lower rotating pipe (2082) through a first sealing bearing, the bottom of the rotating rod (212) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the stirring motor (215), a slag discharge port (219) is formed in the lower end of the lower rotating pipe (2082), a sealing sleeve (216) is rotatably sleeved at the lower end of the lower rotating pipe (2082) through a second sealing bearing (218), the slag discharge port (219) is located in the sealing sleeve (216), a sewage discharge pipe (217) is communicated with the sealing sleeve (216), a valve is arranged on the sewage discharge pipe (217), and the bottom of the extraction tank (201) is communicated with a sewage discharge pipe (222);

a material suction pump (501) is fixedly installed on the upper surface of the base (100), a first three-way valve (221) is fixedly installed at the lower end of the discharging pipe (222), a liquid inlet of the material suction pump (501) is communicated with one liquid outlet of the first three-way valve (221) through a first connecting pipe (503), the other liquid outlet of the first three-way valve (221) is communicated with the sewage discharge pipe (217) through a sewage discharge connecting pipe (220), and a liquid outlet of the material suction pump (501) is communicated with the inside of the upper end of the purifying tank (301) through a second connecting pipe (502);
spray dryer (401) fixed mounting be in the upper surface of base (100), the upper surface fixed mounting of base (100) has feeding pump (601), the inlet of feeding pump (601) through connecting pipe three (602) with the bottom of purification jar (301) is inside to be linked together, the outlet of feeding pump (601) through connecting pipe four (603) with the inlet of spray dryer (401) is linked together.

A device for preparing biological extracts as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that: the upper surface of the base (100) is fixedly provided with a control box (102), the inside of the control box (102) is fixedly provided with a controller, and the material suction pump (501), the feeding pump (601), the spray dryer (401), the stirring motor (215), the liquid adding pump (209), the valve, the three-way valve I (221) and the heating rod (303) are controlled by the controller.
