A pet food production system, comprising: the root vegetable processing device comprises a slicing machine, a conveyor, a mincing machine and a feeder which are sequentially connected, and the feeder is connected with the stirring machine; the leaf vegetable processing device comprises a conveyor, a mincing machine and a feeder which are connected in sequence, and the feeder is connected with the stirrer; the raw meat processing device comprises a meat cutter, a meat grinder, a conveyor and a feeder which are connected in sequence, wherein a heater and an ultraviolet sterilizer are arranged in the conveyor in the raw meat processing device, and the feeder is connected with a stirrer; the mixed material processing device comprises a feeder, an emulsifying machine, a conditioner, a cutting machine and a conveyor which are sequentially connected, wherein the conditioner is connected with a hot air generator, and the feeder is connected with a stirring machine;
the stirring machine comprises a cylindrical barrel, a mixing box, an extrusion box and a stirring box which are communicated are sequentially arranged in the barrel from top to bottom, the upper end of the mixing box is connected with feeders in the root vegetable processing device, the leaf vegetable processing device and the raw meat processing device, a stirring impeller is horizontally arranged in the mixing box, an extrusion column is arranged in the extrusion box, the stirring impeller is vertically arranged in the stirring box, and an auxiliary material nozzle and/or an auxiliary material feeding port are/is arranged in the stirring box;
the upper end of the mixing box is provided with a mixing box inlet, the inlet of the mixing box is provided with three feed pipes which are respectively connected with feeders in the root vegetable processing device, the leaf vegetable processing device and the raw meat processing device, and the bottom of the mixing box is provided with a mixing box outlet;
the extrusion box upper end be equipped with the extrusion box entry that the mixing box export links to each other, both ends are equipped with two extrusion box exports about the extrusion box bottom, be equipped with the extrusion post in the extrusion box, the extrusion post both ends link to each other with a stay cord respectively, the stay cord twine in on the kinking wheel of barrel both sides, the kinking wheel links to each other with the output shaft of setting firmly the rope device of drawing on the barrel lateral wall.

A pet food production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the conveyer is high temperature resistant conveyer, the conveyer among rhizome class vegetable processing apparatus, leaf vegetable class vegetable processing apparatus and the raw meat processing apparatus adopts special fluorine dragon band conveyer or drag chain conveyor, the conveyer among the mixed material processing apparatus adopts special fluorine dragon band conveyer.

A pet food production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the root vegetable processing device, the leaf vegetable processing device and the raw meat processing device are all provided with shells, the root vegetable processing device and the leaf vegetable processing device share one hot air generator, hot air enters from one end of a discharge port of the shell of the conveyor, one end of a feed port of the shell of the conveyor is discharged, and vegetables on the conveyor are heated, dehydrated and sterilized.
4. A pet food production system as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the hot-air generator ensures that the temperature inside the conveyor casing is not lower than 100 ℃.

A pet food production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: an ultraviolet sterilizer in the raw meat treatment device is arranged above the conveyor and is used for sterilizing and disinfecting the raw meat conveyed on the conveyor, and the heater is used for heating the raw meat on the conveyor and ensuring that the temperature of the raw meat entering the stirrer is not lower than 45 ℃.
6. A pet food production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the hot air generator in the raw meat processing device heats air to more than 120 ℃ so as to enable the interior of the conditioner to reach the conditioning temperature of 90-100 ℃.
7. A pet food production system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the left end and the right end of the extrusion box are symmetrically provided with two splayed inclined baffles, and two ends of the extrusion column are provided with inclined extrusion blocks corresponding to the inclined baffles.
