本发明所涉及的一种防治桃流胶病混配剂的制备与使用方法,利用松脂酸钠、矿物油、超白高岭土、白砂糖、食盐、清水,按特定比例配制成混配剂,均匀喷布于桃树主干及不含梢、叶的骨干枝上,每年1~2次,可有效防止桃流胶的严重发生,以增强桃树树势、延长桃树栽培经济年限。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防治桃流胶病混配剂的制备与使用方法。
背景技术
流胶病是导致桃树栽培上树势早衰、产量锐减、品质骤降的一个顽症,特别是南方湿热桃产区常年发生范围广、发生程度重,生产上多采用频繁药剂防治方法加于防治,不仅费药、费工、成本高,而且防治效果甚微。
因此,迫切需要提出一种防治效果好、操作简单、成本低廉的防治桃流胶病的方法。
发明内容
本发明所提供一种防治桃流胶病混配剂的制备与使用方法,将松脂酸钠、矿物油、超白高岭土、白砂糖、食盐、清水,按特定的比例配制成混配剂,均匀喷布于桃树主干及不含梢、叶的骨干枝上,每年1~2次,大幅度提高了桃流胶防治效果。发明内容主要包括混配剂的制备材料与配比要求、混配剂制备工艺流程、混配剂喷布于桃树主干及骨干枝的次数与适宜时间、混配剂喷布质量要求等。具体技术方案如下:
一种防治桃流胶病混配剂的制备与使用方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按0.5:0.5:2:1:1:30质量配比要求,称取原料松脂酸钠、矿物油、超白高岭土、白砂糖、食盐、清水;其中松脂酸钠为含量20%松脂酸钠可溶性粉剂、矿物油的有效成分含量为99%、超白高岭土的粒径为2000目、白砂糖的蔗糖含量高于85%、食盐为白色粗海盐。
(2)将清水平均分成两半,其中一半倒入松脂酸钠、矿物油、超白高岭土后充分搅拌溶解,另一半倒入白砂糖、食盐后充分搅拌溶解,然后将两半同时倒入一个更大容器内再充分搅拌均匀,以制成待用的混配剂。
(3)流胶病发生较轻的5年生及以下的中幼龄桃园每年喷布1次,于5月上旬进行;流胶病发生较重的中老龄桃园每年喷布2次,即5月上旬及7月上旬各进行1次。
(4)流胶病发生较重的5年生以上中老龄桃园喷布混配剂前,用果树专用刮刀刮除粗老翘皮、病斑等。
(5)将混配剂装入喷壶加压后,先由下至上,再由上至下将主干及不含梢、叶的骨干枝均匀喷透,特别是要让混配剂将伤口、裂缝充分填满。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供了一种防治桃流胶病混配剂的制备与使用方法,为基于控制桃树流胶病严重发生的一种发明,试验示范证明,采用特定材料、配比、流程配置的混配剂,按照使用时间与使用方法,可使主干及不含梢、叶的骨干枝上流胶病发生程度较传统防治方法减轻90%以上,从而大大延长保持旺盛结果年限与栽培经济年限。
一、各组分作用
桃流胶病成因复杂,病虫为害、生理障碍、温光灼伤、人畜侵害等均导致桃树流胶,且生产上多为多重原因交叉所致,采取单一技术措施均难于达到有效防控目的。该发明是针对可能造成桃树流胶成因而研制的一种具备多功能的复配剂,各组分作用如下:
松脂酸钠:以杀虫为主,兼有杀菌作用,在该发明制剂中主要用于防治桃树蚧类、螨类、炭疽病、腐烂病等可能造成桃树流胶的枝干虫害、病害。
矿物油:具杀虫、杀菌和增效三大功能。在该发明制剂中除利用其杀虫、杀菌作用控制桃树枝干病虫外,更主要是利用其粘着性和延展性,提高松脂酸钠防病治虫效果和制剂的持效性。
超白高岭土:首先利用其超白反射作用,防止高温强光对枝干造成的灼伤;其次高岭土中含有多种矿物营养可供树体吸收利用,以均衡树体营养,防止缺素症等生理病害的发生。再者与其它组分结合形成枝干保护层和填充枝干伤口缝隙等。
白砂糖:在该发明制剂中除具补充树体有机营养外,更主要是利用其粘合性增强制剂附着能力,提高制剂的持效性。
食盐:主要用于增强制剂渗入裂缝伤口,保持水分,防止制剂龟裂剥蚀。
二、松脂酸钠与松脂酸铜功效差异
松脂酸钠杀虫杀菌作用兼备,松脂酸铜仅具较强杀菌作用,且为铜制剂,多次或长久使用,一方面易加剧红蜘蛛等害虫发生,另一方面易引发桃树早期大量落叶。

具体实施方式
为让本发明的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下。
实施例1
如图1~2所示,一种防治桃流胶病混配剂的制备与使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按0.5:0.5:2:1:1:30的质量配比要求,称取含量20%松脂酸钠可溶性粉剂、有效成分含量99%矿物油、2000目超白高岭土、蔗糖含量高于85%白砂糖、白色粗海盐与清水。
(2)将30份的清水平均分成两半,其中一半倒入松脂酸钠、矿物油、高岭土后充分搅拌溶解,另一半倒入白砂糖、海盐后充分搅拌溶解,然后将两半同时倒入一个更大容器内再充分搅拌均匀,以制成待用的混配剂。
(3)流胶病发生较轻的中幼龄桃园每年喷布1次,于5月上旬进行;流胶病发生较重的中老龄桃园每年喷布2次,即5月上旬及7月上旬各进行1次。
(4)用果树专用刮刀刮除主干及骨干枝上的粗老翘皮、病斑等,而后将混配剂装入喷壶内加压充足,按先由下至上,再由上至下将主干及不含梢、叶的骨干枝均匀喷透,特别是要让混配药液将伤口、裂缝充分填满。
本发明防治方法与传统防治方法防效对比
2020年3月12日,在建宁县绿源果业有限公司桃园中进行该发明防治桃流胶病效果试验,选择树冠大小、树势强弱较为一致的11年生锦绣黄桃植株9株,以单株为小区,区组设计,随机排列。处理1:本发明制剂于5月6日及7月5日对枝干各喷施1次,每株每次用量1000g;处理2:3°Be'石硫合剂于5月6日旬及7月5日旬对枝干各喷施1次,每株每次用量1500g;处理3:未用药。于5月16日、7月23日对不同处理组流胶病发生程度各进行调查,分析结果如下表所示:本发明制剂处理1组防治桃流胶病5月中旬、7月下旬单株流胶点、流胶量不仅极显著少于未用药处理,且分别相当于使用石硫合剂传统防治方法15.17%~12.70%、5.55%~9.22%,表现对桃流胶病防治不仅作用强,而且持续期长。石硫合剂处理2组传统防治方法,与未用药处理3组相比,虽然早期(5月中旬)流胶点、流胶量显著较少,但至中后期(7月23日)则差异缩小甚至无差异。

1.一种防治桃流胶病混配剂,其特征在于:所述混配剂由松脂酸钠、矿物油、超白高岭土、白砂糖、食盐、清水,按质量比0.5:0.5:2:1: 1:30配制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治桃流胶病混配剂,其特征在于:松脂酸钠为含量20%松脂酸钠可溶性粉剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治桃流胶病混配剂,其特征在于:矿物油的有效成分含量为99%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治桃流胶病混配剂,其特征在于:超白高岭土的粒径为2000目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治桃流胶病混配剂,其特征在于:白砂糖的蔗糖含量高于85%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治桃流胶病混配剂,其特征在于:食盐为白色粗海盐。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种防治桃流胶病混配剂的制备方法,其特征在于:将清水平均分成两份,其中一份倒入松脂酸钠、矿物油、超白高岭土后充分搅拌溶解,另一半倒入白砂糖、食盐后充分搅拌溶解,然后将二者同时倒入一个更大容器内再充分搅拌均匀,从而制成混配剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治桃流胶病混配剂的使用方法,其特征在于:将混配剂喷布于桃树主干及骨干枝的次数与适宜时间为:流胶病发生较轻的中幼龄桃园每年喷布1次,于5月上旬进行;流胶病发生较重的中老龄桃园每年喷布2次,即5月上旬及7月上旬各进行1次。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种防治桃流胶病混配剂的使用方法,其特征在于:混配剂喷布质量要求:将混配剂装入喷壶加压后,先由下至上,再由上至下将主干及不含梢、叶的骨干枝均匀喷透,特别是要让混配剂将伤口、裂缝充分填满。
