The embodiment of the invention collects the telephone traffic resource giving relationship information, the telephone traffic resource charge integration information and the number card state information of the user in real time, monitors the change of the state information of the telephone traffic resource giving party in real time according to the number card state information, updates the telephone traffic resource charge integration information according to the state information change difference, and charges the telephone traffic resource based on the telephone traffic resource giving relationship information and the telephone traffic resource charge integration information when the user has a telephone traffic resource request, so that the telephone traffic resources between the main card and the auxiliary card can be mutually given for use, and the maximum use of the telephone traffic resource benefits of the calling sharing party and the giving party is realized.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating an embodiment of a traffic resource sharing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment of the present invention does not limit a specific implementation of the traffic resource sharing device.
As shown in fig. 4, the traffic resource sharing device may include: a processor (processor)402, a Communications Interface 404, a memory 406, and a Communications bus 408.
Wherein: the processor 402, communication interface 404, and memory 406 communicate with each other via a communication bus 408. A communication interface 404 for communicating with network elements of other devices, such as clients or other servers. The processor 402, configured to execute the program 410, may specifically perform the relevant steps in the above embodiments for traffic resource sharing method.

The traffic resource sharing device includes one or more processors, which may be the same type of processor, such as one or more CPUs; or may be different types of processors such as one or more CPUs and one or more ASICs.
And a memory 406 for storing a program 410. Memory 406 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The embodiment of the invention collects the telephone traffic resource giving relationship information, the telephone traffic resource charge integration information and the number card state information of the user in real time, monitors the change of the state information of the telephone traffic resource giving party in real time according to the number card state information, updates the telephone traffic resource charge integration information according to the state information change difference, and charges the telephone traffic resource based on the telephone traffic resource giving relationship information and the telephone traffic resource charge integration information when the user has a telephone traffic resource request, so that the telephone traffic resources between the main card and the auxiliary card can be mutually given for use, and the maximum use of the telephone traffic resource benefits of the calling sharing party and the giving party is realized.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the storage medium stores at least one executable instruction, and when the executable instruction is executed on a traffic resource sharing device/apparatus, the traffic resource sharing device/apparatus is caused to execute a traffic resource sharing method in any method embodiment described above.
The embodiment of the invention provides a telephone traffic resource sharing device, which is used for executing the telephone traffic resource sharing method.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer program, where the computer program can be called by a processor to enable a traffic resource sharing device to execute a traffic resource sharing method in any of the above method embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions that, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform a traffic resource sharing method in any of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
The algorithms or displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual system, or other apparatus. Various general purpose systems may also be used with the teachings herein. The required structure for constructing such a system will be apparent from the description above. In addition, embodiments of the present invention are not directed to any particular programming language. It is appreciated that a variety of programming languages may be used to implement the teachings of the present invention as described herein, and any descriptions of specific languages are provided above to disclose the best mode of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for traffic resource sharing, the method comprising:
collecting telephone traffic resource presentation relation information, telephone traffic resource charge integration information and number card state information of a user in real time;
monitoring the change of the state information of a telephone traffic resource provider in real time according to the number card state information, and updating the telephone traffic resource charge integration information according to a state information change difference value;
receiving a telephone traffic resource request sent by a first user;
judging whether the first user has a telephone traffic resource donation relationship in the telephone traffic resource donation relationship information;
if yes, outputting adjusting tariff information according to the telephone traffic resource tariff integration information as a telephone traffic resource charging basis.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the collecting traffic resource donation relationship information, traffic resource tariff integration information, and number card status information of the user in real time comprises:
collecting telephone traffic resource giving relation information, wherein the telephone traffic resource giving relation information comprises a giving party number, a transferor number, giving operation time, transferor tariff information and used resource conditions of the transferor;
collecting telephone traffic resource charge integration information of users with a telephone traffic resource mutual gift sharing relationship, wherein the telephone traffic resource charge integration information comprises a user number, an initial order package and capacity, remittance charge information, gift obtaining charge information and adjusting charge information;
collecting number card state information of a user with a mutual gift sharing relationship of telephone traffic resources, wherein the number card state information comprises gift party state information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the monitoring the change of the status information of the traffic resource donor in real time according to the number card status information comprises:
and determining the user with the changed gift state information as a state change user, and outputting the number of the state change user, the number of the transferor corresponding to the state change user, and a state information change difference value.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said updating the traffic resource tariff integration information based on a status information change difference comprises:
if the state of the donor is changed from normal to abnormal, the telephone traffic resource donated by the donor is frozen;
and if the state of the donor is changed from abnormal to normal, restoring the telephone traffic resource donated by the donor to the original value.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the collecting card number status information of users having a traffic resource complimentary sharing relationship, the card number status information including complimentary party status information, comprises:
binarizing the state information of the donor, wherein if the state of the donor is normal, the value of the state information is 1, and if the state of the donor is abnormal, the value of the state information is 0;
the updating of the traffic resource tariff integration information according to the state information change difference value includes:
if the state information change difference is-1, determining that the previous state of the donor is normal and the current state is abnormal, matching a donor corresponding to the donor, updating the user number in the telephone traffic resource tariff integrated information as the donated tariff information of the donor, and correcting the value of the donated tariff capacity from the donor in the donated tariff information as the used amount of the donated tariff of the donor;
and if the state information change difference is 1, determining that the previous state of the donor is abnormal, determining that the current state is normal, matching a transferor corresponding to the donor, wherein the user number in the telephone traffic resource tariff integrated information is the donated tariff information of the transferor, and correcting the value of the donated tariff capacity obtained from the donor in the donated tariff information to the original value of the donated tariff capacity of the transferor.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the first user does not have the telephone traffic resource giving relationship in the telephone traffic resource giving relationship information, charging according to a traditional telephone traffic resource charging mode.
7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein the traffic resources include one or more of data traffic, voice calls, short messages, and multimedia messages.
8. An apparatus for traffic resource sharing, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring telephone traffic resource giving relationship information, telephone traffic resource charge integration information and number card state information of the user in real time;
the updating module is used for monitoring the change of the state information of the telephone traffic resource presenter in real time according to the number card state information and updating the telephone traffic resource charge integration information according to the state information change difference;
the receiving module is used for receiving a telephone traffic resource request sent by a first user;
the judging module is used for judging whether the first user has a telephone traffic resource donation relationship in the telephone traffic resource donation relationship information;
and the output module is used for outputting the adjusting tariff information according to the telephone traffic resource tariff integrated information if the information exists, and the adjusting tariff information is used as a telephone traffic resource charging basis.
9. A traffic resource sharing device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is configured to store at least one executable instruction that causes the processor to perform the operations of the traffic resource sharing method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein at least one executable instruction that, when executed on a traffic resource sharing device, causes the traffic resource sharing device to perform operations of the traffic resource sharing method of any one of claims 1-7.
