Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. The embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
The communication service package is supported by a communication network, and is a charge service with different grades or different contents, which is designed by combining communication monthly charges, free communication time, preferential data services, value-added services and the like according to the requirements of different users, such as a global commerce package, a mobile phone flow package or a roaming package and the like released by a mobile operator.
In addition, the term "and/or" herein is only one kind of association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three kinds of relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" in this document generally indicates that the preceding and following related objects are in an "or" relationship unless otherwise specified.
Typically, a user subscribes to a communication service package through a terminal device, such as a mobile phone. The mobile phone accesses a Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN) of a General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) backbone Network through a Radio Access Network (RAN), the SGSN is connected with a Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN), the GGSN can generate a product order according to a communication Service package ordered by a user, the product order comprises communication Service package information ordered by the user, the GGSN sends the product order to a Service Operation Support System (Business & Operation Support System, BOSS), and the BOSS charges the communication Service package in the product order according to the received product order, thereby realizing the charging function.
In the existing communication system, the GGSN sends the product order of the previous day to the BOSS at 0 o 'clock each day, that is, the BOSS charges the communication service package from the second day when the user orders the communication service package, and usually charges from 0 o' clock of the second day, that is, charges from a fixed time after the user orders the communication service package, which is called a fixed charging mode. In this way, if the user uses the communication service package during the period between the time when the communication service package is ordered and the fixed time when the fixed charging method starts charging, but the user unsubscribes the communication service package before the fixed charging start time, the BOSS cannot charge the resources such as the traffic provided by the communication service package that the user has used. It can be seen that there may be a hole in this charging method, which may cause a loss to the operator.
In view of this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a new charging method, which is referred to as a real-time charging method in the embodiment of the present invention. In the real-time charging mode, the charging is started from the time of ordering the communication service package by the user, so that even if the user unsubscribes the ordered communication service package before the time of starting the charging specified by the fixed charging mode comes, the use condition of the user in the period can still be charged, thereby avoiding the leak of the fixed charging mode, avoiding the possibility of charge leakage of the communication service package as much as possible, and reducing the loss of an operator.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention is described in the following with the accompanying drawings of the specification.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a charging method for a communication service, where the charging method may be performed by a BOSS. The process of the method is described as follows:
s101: and receiving an order request message input by a user, wherein the order request message is used for requesting to order the communication service package.
S102: determining whether the charging mode set for the communication service package is a real-time charging mode; the real-time charging mode is a mode of charging from the ordering time of the communication service package.
S103: if the charging mode set for the communication service package is a real-time charging mode and the ordering time of the communication service package is not the time when the fixed charging mode starts to charge, charging the communication service package through the real-time charging mode; the fixed charging mode is a mode of charging from fixed time after ordering.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user can send the order request message to the operator, and the order request message can be used for requesting to order the communication service package, such as the global commerce service package. In a possible embodiment, the user may send the subscription request message through a terminal device. For example, the terminal device is a mobile phone, and the user logs in a website or a corresponding Application (APP) provided by an operator through a user account and subscribes to a communication service package. The operator may identify different users through a user account, for example, for a mobile phone, the user account may be a card number of a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) installed in the mobile phone.
After the user sends the order request message, the GGSN may confirm that the user account orders the communication service package according to the order request message, add the communication service package to an existing product order, generate a product order if there is no product order, and add the communication service package to the generated product order. The GGSN can also send the product order to the BOSS, so that the BOSS charges the communication service package in the product order according to the received product order, and the charging function is realized. The GGSN may periodically send the product order to the BOSS to reduce the number of interactions between the GGNS and the BOSS. One product order comprises all communication service package information ordered by all users in one period, namely, as long as in one period, no matter how many ordering request messages are received by the GGSN, a plurality of ordered communication service packages can be added into the existing product order, and one product order is generated without receiving the ordering request messages, so that the management of the GGSN is facilitated. After the GGSN sends a product order to the BOSS, that is, when the next period starts, if a new order request message is received again, a new product order is generated. After the BOSS receives the product order sent by the GGSN, it is determined whether the charging mode set for each communication service package included in the product order is a real-time charging mode according to a mapping relationship between the communication service packages and the charging modes, and if it is determined that the charging modes set for some of the communication service packages are the real-time charging modes, the BOSS can charge the communication service packages in the real-time charging mode provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The real-time charging mode is a mode of charging from the ordering moment of the communication service package, so that once a user orders the communication service package, the BOSS can charge the communication service package in the real-time charging mode to avoid loss of an operator as much as possible.
In order to be more flexible, the embodiment of the invention also supports a fixed charging mode. For example, different billing methods may be selected for different packages of communication services, or even for the same package of communication services, different billing methods may be selected at different times or under different circumstances. The specific communication service package is charged by adopting which charging mode, the charging mode can be set in advance, and the set charging mode can be changed in the charging process. Then, the BOSS can charge the communication service package in a real-time charging manner, and can also charge the communication service package in a fixed charging manner.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the BOSS may set a charging mode for the communication service package in advance, for example, set a real-time charging mode for the communication service package 1 in advance, and set a fixed charging mode for the communication service package 2 in advance. The charging mode set for a communication service package can be determined according to the type of the communication service package. For example, the charging mode of a monthly subscription package may be set as a fixed charging mode, and the charging mode of a value added service package, such as a communication service package including a flow and an oil package, may be set as a real-time charging mode. Of course, the method for setting the charging mode is not limited to this, and the BOSS may also set the charging mode for the communication service package in consideration of other factors. The BOSS can also store the mapping relation between the communication service package and the charging mode after setting the charging mode for the communication service package, so that the BOSS can determine the charging mode set for the communication service package ordered by the user according to the communication service package ordered by the user and the mapping relation.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the communication service package included in the product order is charged, no matter the charging mode set for the communication service package in the product order is a real-time charging mode or a fixed charging mode, all the communication service packages in the product order can be uniformly charged according to the fixed charging mode, so that the loss of an operator caused by charging leakage is avoided as much as possible. The time of starting charging in the fixed charging mode is referred to as a fixed time, such as 0 point per day. The BOSS charges all communication service packages in the product order at a fixed time (0 o ' clock) in a fixed charging manner to settle charges of all communication service packages ordered by the user from the fixed time (0 o ' clock) of the previous day to the fixed time (0 o ' clock) of the next day. Then, even if the product order includes the communication service package whose charging method is the real-time charging method, the BOSS charges the communication service package according to the fixed charging method. For example, if the ordering time of a certain communication service package is exactly a fixed time, and the charging mode set for the communication service package is a real-time charging mode, the BOSS charges the communication service package in the fixed charging mode and the real-time charging mode at the same time, however, for the same communication service package, it is impossible to charge in the two charging modes at the same time, and a conflict may obviously be caused.
In view of this, the BOSS needs to determine whether the charging mode set for some of the communication service packages is a real-time charging mode, and also needs to determine whether the subscription time set for the communication service packages is consistent with the charging start time specified by the fixed charging mode, if not, the BOSS can charge the communication service packages in the real-time charging mode, and if so, the BOSS can charge the communication service packages in the real-time charging mode or the fixed charging mode, that is, one of the charging modes is selected to charge the communication service packages, so as to avoid a conflict.
Furthermore, the fixed charging mode is that the charging is started from a fixed time every day, namely, the communication service package is periodically charged. However, each charging process also requires time, for example, when the BOSS charges all communication service packages in a product order once in a fixed charging manner, it may take 5 minutes, and after each charging, the BOSS waits until the next fixed time arrives and then starts charging, that is, after 5 minutes, until the next fixed time arrives, the BOSS does not continue charging in the fixed charging manner. The time used for each charging may be the same or different. For the whole BOSS, if a fixed charging mode is being used for charging some communication service packages, and a user orders the communication service packages during the fixed charging mode, and the charging mode of the communication service packages is a real-time charging mode, the BOSS needs to charge the communication service packages through the real-time charging mode, which involves a problem of setting the system.
For some systems, the BOSS cannot charge in two charging manners at the same time, that is, at the same time, the BOSS either adopts a real-time charging manner or a fixed charging manner, and the two charging manners cannot coexist. For other systems, the BOSS may charge in two charging manners at the same time, that is, at the same time, the BOSS may charge in a real-time charging manner and a fixed charging manner at the same time, and the two charging manners may coexist, so if the BOSS is charging some communication service packages in the fixed charging manner and determines that the user newly subscribes the communication service package to be charged in the real-time charging manner, the BOSS may charge the communication service package newly subscribed by the user in the real-time charging manner while performing the charging process in the fixed charging manner.
In addition, after the user subscribes the communication service package, even if the BOSS determines that the charging mode set for the communication service package is a real-time charging mode, the communication service package may not be charged, for example, if the BOSS fails, the BOSS may not be charged in time, and may delay charging for a while. That is, even if the communication service package is charged by a real-time charging method, it may cause a loss to the operator.
In view of this, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the charging system in the BOSS starts to charge the communication service package in a real-time charging manner, the charging system may add identification information to the communication service package, where the identification information is used to indicate that the communication service package is charged. Thus, when the communication service package ordered by the user is charged in the fixed charging mode, whether the identification information is added to the communication service package or not can be determined firstly, if the communication service package is determined to be added with the identification information, the communication service package is determined to be charged, and the BOSS prohibits charging the communication service package in the fixed charging mode so as to avoid the occurrence of repeated charging. If the communication service package is determined not to be added with the identification information, the BOSS determines that the communication service package is not charged yet, and charges the communication service package used by the user in a fixed charging mode so as to avoid losses to operators and users as much as possible.
In the embodiment of the invention, once the BOSS determines that the charging mode set for the communication service package ordered by the user is the real-time charging mode, the communication service package can be immediately charged through a charging system in the BOSS, the charging information is generated after charging, the charging information is synchronized to an account system of the BOSS, and the account system collects the charging information to form a bill and then accounts. Compared with the charging system which charges in a fixed charging mode, the charging information of the communication service package can be synchronized to the accounting system of the BOSS only at a fixed moment, the time from the ordering link to the accounting link can be shortened, the timeliness of ordering processing of the communication service package is improved, meanwhile, the pressure of the accounting system on batch accounting of the communication service package is shared, and the burden of equipment is reduced.
In addition, in order to promote sales promotion, some communication service packages may be accompanied by a comp service, such as subscription communication service package a comp traffic 1G. In this case, if the user orders the communication service package a, the BOSS determines that the communication service package a is in a real-time charging mode, and can also enable the given 1G traffic to take effect in time, and if the BOSS uses a fixed charging mode, the given 1G traffic can be enabled to take effect only at a charging start time specified by the fixed charging mode.
