Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a network charging method based on internet of things equipment, as shown in fig. 1, a scenario architecture applicable to the present invention mainly includes: the system comprises a user terminal 01, Internet of things equipment 02, gateway equipment 03 and a charging device 04.
The internet of things device is similar to an internet access device, and has an IMSI serial number legally accessed to a network, for example, the internet of things device has a capability of accessing to a mobile network such as a 3G network and a 4G network of the operator, and specifically, the internet of things device may be a vehicle-mounted device, an intelligent home device or an intelligent warehousing device. In which the in-vehicle device is a network device installed in the vehicle.
The user terminal 01 may refer to a device that can wirelessly access a network, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a notebook computer, and may be a terminal used by a driver or a passenger in a vehicle in this embodiment. Each terminal has its own identity, for example: an IMSI number of a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, an International ISDN number (MSISDN) of a Mobile Station bound to the SIM card, an International Mobile Station Identity (IMEI) of the device, or a user name of an ADSL account. The scenario architecture may include at least one ue 01.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user terminal 01 can access the network through the internet of things device 02.
The Gateway device 03 may be a Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN), and the charging apparatus 04 may be a charging System (CBS).
Under the current mobile data charging, one user mainly corresponds to a three-user model, which includes: client (customer), account (account), user (subscriber). The three concepts of client, account and user form a complete entity for using and subscribing telecommunication service, and the entity has the capability of legally using telecommunication service and paying for the legal use and the capability is the basis of all the following telecommunication service and charging processes.
The customer is a carrier for representing the natural information registered by the customer, including personal information such as the name, address, country, occupation, etc. of the customer, and the information is often acquired by collecting the natural data and certificate information of the customer by an operator at the time of registration of the customer.
The account is the carrier of the customer's ability to pay using the carrier's services, and includes subscription information such as the account's serial number (typically unique), billing address, billing medium (paper bill, electronic bill, etc.). The account is most important to bear the fee or authorization the customer pays for using the service, i.e. the balance of the book (prepaid) or the credit (postpaid), and the operator's fee can only be used if the customer has a sufficient amount of fee or sufficient authorization, for example: in order to use the business to recharge, the fee fund generated by recharging is placed on the account, and the fee fund can be expressed as the account balance of a certain account book of the account.
The user is a service actual carrier of a customer use operator, and a service entity which exists virtually is identified and represents an actual use entity of service occurrence. The information carried by the user comprises: payment type (prepaid or postpaid), network type (third generation mobile communication technology (3G) network, fourth generation mobile communication technology (4G), fixed network, Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) network), notification language type (language for short message notification or sound reminding), and the like. The user is related to the most direct Network usage, and even if Multiple Network applications are under the same client, they also correspond to Multiple user entities, such as a client (a natural person), which registers a package and uses ADSL, Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) networks of a certain operator, respectively, so that there may be three users under the client, which correspond to ADSL, PSTN and CDMA networks, respectively.
The embodiment of the invention is based on the current network architecture, mainly separates the account of the service user from the account of the charging user, and respectively stores the account number of the Internet of things equipment and the account number of the charging user in the charging device. The virtual user information and the charging user information in the following embodiments both include the above three-user information.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a network charging method based on internet of things devices, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, the charging device receives an access request sent by the Internet of things equipment, and the access request carries an identifier of the Internet of things equipment.
The identity of the internet of things device may be an IMSI.
Further, if the access request is for requesting a free service, the following S202 is performed, and if the access request is for requesting a charging service, S203-S204 are performed. In particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
and S202, if the access request is used for requesting a free service, the charging device returns an access response to the Internet of things equipment according to the virtual user information corresponding to the Internet of things equipment.
The access request for requesting the free service may be initiated by the internet of things device itself, or may be initiated by the user terminal, and the access request is sent to the charging device through the internet of things device. In the embodiment of the invention, the charging device does not need to identify the user terminal which actually initiates the access request, and only needs to see that the access request comes from the Internet of things equipment.
The charging device determines that the Internet of things equipment is allowed to access according to the corresponding relation between the virtual user information stored by the charging device and the identification of the Internet of things equipment, and replies an access response, so that the Internet of things equipment can smoothly use free Internet of things flow or access a release website after receiving the access response. It should be noted that these free internet of things traffic or the put-through website can be used without an effective billing user (i.e., an account of the internet of things).
At this time, other user terminals can use free vehicle networking flow or access the put-through website through the internet of things device access network.
And S203, if the access request is used for requesting a charging service, the charging device searches charging user information associated with the virtual user information according to the virtual user information corresponding to the Internet of things equipment.
And S204, the charging device returns an access response to the Internet of things equipment according to the charging user information and deducts the fee from the charging user corresponding to the charging user information.
Specifically, after receiving an access request for requesting a charging service, the charging device performs authentication according to the charging user information, for example, checks whether a balance exists or not, and returns an access response of successful access after passing the authentication, or returns a failure response.
The charging user information is user information registered by a user terminal, and the user terminal has payment capability. The user terminal can be associated with the virtual user information of the Internet of things equipment after registering the charging user information, and once the user terminal initiates a service needing charging or accesses a non-open address through the Internet of things equipment, the charging device can deduct the charge from the charging user associated with the virtual user information.
Therefore, as long as the virtual user of the internet of things equipment is associated with the charging user, other user terminals can access the charging service after accessing the network through the internet of things equipment. It should be noted that no matter which user terminal accessed by the internet of things device initiates the access request, what the charging device sees is the access request sent by the internet of things device, only the charge is deducted from the charging user associated with the virtual user, the problem of charging user switching is avoided, and the session is not interrupted.
The user side does not need to know that the virtual user of the Internet of things equipment is separated from the charging user, and only needs to access the network through a normal process.
In the embodiment, the virtual user information corresponding to the internet of things device and the charging user information registered by the user terminal are independent from each other, after the charging device receives the access request sent by the internet of things device, if the access request is judged to be used for requesting a free service, a response can be directly replied so that the internet of things device or the user terminal accessed to the internet of things device can normally surf the internet, if the access request is judged to be used for requesting a charging service, the charging user information related to the virtual user information of the internet of things device is searched first, and then the access response is returned to the internet of things device so that the user terminal initiating the access request can smoothly perform the charging service, and the charging user can be charged, so that the internet of things device has the independent user information without being bound with the charging account number of the user terminal, and no matter which user terminal accesses the network, user switching is not needed midway, and session interruption is avoided.
On the basis of the above embodiment, before the charging apparatus receives the access request sent by the internet of things device, the method further includes: the charging device distributes virtual user information for the Internet of things equipment.
Specifically, the charging device may account for a plurality of internet of things devices in batches in advance to form a virtual user, that is, the virtual user information may specifically include: the default subscription information, the virtual three-user information and the like can specifically include a client name, a country, a user type and the like, and an account in the virtual user information does not have any effective account book amount or free resources, so that the charging device can conveniently authenticate when the internet of things device is used as a bare device to access the network.
The interaction between the internet of things equipment and the charging device can be carried out through the gateway device.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of a network charging method based on internet of things devices, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, the Internet of things equipment sends an access request to the charging device for the first time.
The access request is generally used for reporting some basic vehicle information to a charging device after the internet of things device is started, for example, the internet of things device identifier, the access mode, the network number, the time, the cell information, the SGSN address and the like, and free traffic is used.
S302, the charging device searches the corresponding virtual user information according to the identification of the Internet of things equipment.
The virtual user information is stored in the charging device, and the internet of things equipment does not have the virtual user information, so that the access request sent by the internet of things equipment can only carry bare equipment information such as identifiers (IMSI and the like). After receiving the access request, the charging device searches the corresponding virtual user information according to the virtual user information of the pre-account opening before and the identification of the Internet of things equipment, and if the virtual user information is found, the charging device can authenticate the access request and then return an access response.
And S303, the charging device returns an access response to the Internet of things equipment according to the virtual user information.
I.e. instructs the gateway device to allow the user to use free traffic. And if the charging device does not find the corresponding virtual user information according to the identifier of the Internet of things equipment, returning a failure response.
S304, the user terminal sends a hotspot connection request to the Internet of things equipment.
S305, the Internet of things equipment returns hotspot connection response to the user terminal.
At the moment, the Internet of things equipment is similar to a router, and the user terminal can be accessed to the Internet of things equipment so as to access the network. After S303, the user terminal can directly access the free address and use the free traffic as long as the user terminal is accessed to the Internet of things equipment.
S306, the Internet of things equipment sends an access request for requesting a charging service to the charging device for the first time.
S307, the charging device sends a redirection request to the user terminal which initiates the access request.
After the charging device receives an access request for requesting a charging service for the first time, it finds that virtual user information corresponding to an internet of things device identifier has no available balance and no associated charging user (i.e. an actual internet of things account number), and immediately redirects the access request to a specific CRM page, such as an account login or registration page, that is, after a redirection request is sent to a user terminal, the user terminal can forcibly enter the page, so that the user terminal initiating the access request can log in or register the charging user according to the page.
S308, the user terminal registers or logs in the charging user in the CRM.
The user can recharge or purchase the internet service package on the CRM page.
S309, the CRM associates the charging user information corresponding to the charging user with the identifier of the Internet of things equipment currently accessed by the charging user.
After the association is completed, a payment-on-behalf relationship is formed between the charging user and the internet of things device.
S310, the CRM synchronizes the association relationship between the charging user information and the identification of the Internet of things equipment to the charging device.
After receiving the association relationship between the charging user information and the identifier of the internet of things equipment, the charging device can allow the user terminal accessed to the internet of things equipment to access the charging service.
Assuming that the internet of things device is a vehicle-mounted device, for example, in a vehicle equipped with the vehicle-mounted device, a driver initiates a charging service through a mobile phone of the driver, for example, watching a charging video, and the like, the charging device directly jumps to a charging user registration or login interface of a page accessed by the mobile phone of the driver according to an access request sent by the vehicle-mounted device, the driver registers or logs in a charging user, CRM associates the charging user information with the virtual user information of the vehicle-mounted device and synchronizes to the charging device, the charging device can allow the vehicle-mounted device to access the charging service, namely, the charging device is similar to a charging service access channel being opened, then, other passengers on the vehicle access the vehicle-mounted device through the device of the driver, and can directly access the charging service, and the charging device charges through the charging user information logged in by the driver.
S311, the user terminal initiates an access request for requesting a charging service.
And S312, the Internet of things equipment sends the access request for requesting the charging service to the charging device.
S313, the charging device searches the corresponding virtual user information according to the identification of the Internet of things equipment in the access request, determines the charging user information related to the virtual user information, and starts charging.
S314, the charging apparatus transmits an access response to the gateway apparatus.
Of course, if the charging device does not find the charging user information associated with the virtual user information, or the balance of the charging user information is insufficient, a failure response may also be returned.
And S315, the gateway device forwards the access request of the charging service to the Internet.
And S316, returning an access response to the user terminal by the Internet. That is, the user terminal smoothly accesses the charging service to be accessed.
Further, since the charging apparatus side of the embodiment of the present invention only senses one charging user and does not pay attention to the actually used user terminal, the charging apparatus needs to provide more detailed billing information to the user. On the basis of the above embodiment, the charging apparatus generates a charging list, where the charging list includes: and deduction information, charging user information and an identifier of the Internet of things equipment. That is, the user can know which internet of things device the fee deduction information generated by the charging user of the user is generated from according to the bill.
Therefore, the user can also directly adopt the identification code of the Internet of things equipment to consult the fee deduction condition for the operator.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a first embodiment of a network charging apparatus based on internet of things devices, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes: a receiving module 401, a first responding module 402, a searching module 403 and a second responding module 404, wherein:
the receiving module 401 is configured to receive an access request sent by an internet of things device, where the access request carries an identifier of the internet of things device.
A first response module 402, configured to return an access response to the internet of things device according to the virtual user information corresponding to the internet of things device when the access request is for requesting a free service.
A searching module 403, configured to search, when the access request is used to request a charging service, charging user information associated with the virtual user information according to the virtual user information corresponding to the internet of things device.
A second response module 404, configured to return an access response to the internet of things device according to the charging user information, and deduct a fee from a charging user corresponding to the charging user information; the charging user information is user information registered by a user terminal.
