The invention provides a method for detecting human body approach of a refrigerator and the refrigerator adopting the method. The method comprises the steps of controlling the infrared array sensor to detect the area in front of the refrigerator to obtain a first group of detection data as background data; controlling the infrared array sensor to perform second detection after a set first time length T1 to obtain a second group of detection data, subtracting background data from the second group of detection data to obtain a group of difference values, and accumulating and summing to obtain S1; when the S1 is greater than a first set threshold SN1, controlling the infrared array sensor to perform third detection after a set second time length T2 to obtain a third group of detection data, subtracting the second group of detection data from the third group of detection data to obtain another group of difference values, and performing cumulative summation to obtain S2; and when the S2 is greater than the second set threshold SN2, judging that the human body approaches the refrigerator. The method can accurately detect whether the human body approaches the refrigerator or not, and reduces misjudgment.

Technical Field

Background
With the continuous progress of society, users put higher demands on the intellectualization and humanization of traditional household appliances. In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a new method for detecting human body approach for a refrigerator and a refrigerator using the same.

The invention aims to provide a method for detecting human body approaching of a refrigerator and the refrigerator adopting the method, which can accurately detect whether the human body approaches the refrigerator, further determine whether to execute corresponding follow-up actions and reduce misjudgment.

controlling the infrared array sensor to perform second detection after a set first time length T1 to obtain a second group of detection data, subtracting background data from the second group of detection data to obtain a group of difference values, accumulating and summing to obtain S1, and comparing S1 with a first set threshold SN 1;
if S1 is less than or equal to SN1, judging that no one approaches the refrigerator;
clearing detection data, and controlling the infrared array sensor to detect the area in front of the refrigerator again to obtain a first group of detection data as background data;
if S1 is greater than SN1, the infrared array sensor is controlled to carry out third detection after a set second time length T2 to obtain a third group of detection data, the second group of detection data is subtracted from the third group of detection data to obtain another group of difference values, the difference values are accumulated and summed to obtain S2, and S2 and a second set threshold SN2 are compared;
if S2 is more than SN2, it is judged that someone approaches the refrigerator.
As a further improvement of the invention, the method also comprises the step of comparing S2 with a second set threshold SN2, and if S2 is less than or equal to SN2, judging that no person approaches the refrigerator;
and clearing the detection data, and controlling the infrared array sensor to detect the area in front of the refrigerator again to obtain a first group of detection data as background data.

Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method for detecting human body proximity according to the present invention; referring to fig. 2, the present invention further provides a refrigerator 100 for detecting whether a human body approaches by using the above method, where the refrigerator 100 includes a refrigerator body 1, a door body 2, an infrared array sensor 3 disposed on the door body 2 and used for detecting a front area of the refrigerator 100, and a control module for controlling the operation of the refrigerator 100. When the detection of the infrared array sensor 3 is completed, a group of array temperature values is obtained correspondingly.
The method comprises the following steps:
the refrigerator 100 is started to operate, the infrared array sensor 3 is controlled to detect the front area of the refrigerator 100 to obtain a first group of detection data1 as background data;
controlling the infrared array sensor 3 to perform second detection after a set first time length T1 to obtain a second group of detection data2, subtracting background data from the second group of detection data2 to obtain a group of difference values, accumulating and summing to obtain S1, and comparing S1 with a first set threshold SN 1;
if S1 is not more than SN1, it is judged that no one approaches the refrigerator, detection data are cleared, the infrared array sensor 3 is controlled to detect the area in front of the refrigerator 100 again, and a first group of detection data1 is obtained and used as background data;
if S1 is more than SN1, controlling the infrared array sensor 3 to perform third detection after a set second time length T2 to obtain a third group of detection data3, subtracting the second group of detection data2 from the third group of detection data3 to obtain another group of difference values, performing cumulative summation to obtain S2, and comparing the S2 with a second set threshold SN 2;
if S2 is not more than SN2, it is judged that no one approaches the refrigerator, detection data are cleared, the infrared array sensor 3 is controlled to detect the area in front of the refrigerator 100 again, and a first group of detection data1 is obtained and used as background data;
if S2 is more than SN2, it is judged that someone approaches the refrigerator. The first set threshold SN1 and the second set threshold SN2 are both empirical constants, typically SN2 is set to be greater than SN 1.
After the detection data are cleared, after a set third time period T3, the infrared array sensor 3 is controlled to detect the area in front of the refrigerator 100 again to obtain a first group of detection data1 as background data. Therefore, the detection frequency of the infrared array sensor 3 can be reduced, and repeated data interaction and processing are avoided.
In other embodiments of the present invention, when S1 ≦ SN1, it is further determined as follows:
when the S1 is not less than 0, clearing the second group of detection data2, reserving the first group of detection data1 as background data, and controlling the infrared array sensor 3 to detect the front area of the refrigerator 100 after a set first time length T1 to obtain a second group of detection data 2;

When S2 ≦ SN2, the method further includes:
subtracting the background data from the third group of detection data3 to obtain another group of difference values, accumulating and summing to obtain S3, and comparing S3 with a first set threshold SN 1;
if S3 is not greater than SN1, clearing the detection data, and controlling the infrared array sensor 3 to perform the detection on the front area of the refrigerator 100 again to obtain the first group of detection data1, and preferably, after a predetermined fourth time period T4 as background data, performing the detection again by the infrared array sensor 3, where the predetermined fourth time period T4 is set to be equal to the predetermined third time period T3;
if S3 is greater than SN1, the infrared array sensor 3 is controlled to detect the front area of the refrigerator 100 after a predetermined second time period T2 to obtain a new third set of detection data 3.
Specifically, when S3 > SN1, the second set of inspection data2 is cleared, the third set of inspection data3 is replaced with the second set of inspection data2, and the infrared array sensor 3 is controlled to inspect the front area of the refrigerator 100 after a predetermined second time period T2 to obtain a new third set of inspection data 3.
In summary, the method for detecting human body approach by using the refrigerator and the refrigerator 100 using the method of the invention can accurately detect whether the human body approaches the refrigerator 100 or not by performing two judgments in sequence according to the detection result of the infrared array sensor 3, thereby determining whether to execute corresponding follow-up actions or not, and effectively reducing the probability of misjudgments.

if S1 is greater than SN1, the infrared array sensor is controlled to carry out third detection after a set second time length T2 to obtain a third group of detection data, the second group of detection data is subtracted from the third group of detection data to obtain another group of difference values, the difference values are accumulated and summed to obtain S2, and S2 and a second set threshold SN2 are compared;
if S2 is more than SN2, it is judged that someone approaches the refrigerator.
