Detailed Description
The invention provides a new work control method of a refrigerator, so that whether a human body approaches the refrigerator or not is detected more accurately, and misjudgment is reduced.
The main inventive concept of the present invention is to provide a control method of a refrigerator, the refrigerator comprising a control device, a detection device for detecting a predetermined detection area in front of the refrigerator, and an interaction device controlled by the control device, the control method comprising the steps of:
when a user enters the preset detection area, the detection device acquires a detection signal of the user entering the preset detection area;
and comparing the strengths of the first detection signal and the second detection signal which are acquired in tandem to judge whether the user is in a trend close to the refrigerator or in a trend far away from the refrigerator.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the overall structure of the refrigerator of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention is described by taking a two-door refrigerator as an example, but the invention is not limited to the two-door refrigerator, and can also be applied to a three-door refrigerator, a side-by-side refrigerator or a multi-door refrigerator. As shown in fig. 1, the refrigerator 100 includes a cabinet 10 having storage compartments for storing articles and a door body that can close the storage compartments, the door body including an upper door 21 and a lower door 22 that respectively close different storage compartments. The detecting device 30 is disposed on the upper door 21 and is used for detecting whether a user approaches the refrigerator in a predetermined detecting area in front of the refrigerator 100, but the detecting device may be disposed on another door body or another position on the door body. The control device 40 of the refrigerator controls whether the interactive device, which may be the user interface 50 provided on the upper door 21 in the present embodiment, is turned on and operates and whether the operation mode of the interactive device is changed, etc., based on the result of the detection of whether the user approaches the refrigerator. Of course, the interactive device can also be a lamp on the refrigerator or a door body capable of being automatically opened and the like. The starting of the operation of the interactive device and the changing of the operation mode of the interactive device may specifically include: lighting and/or changing the brightness of a light of a refrigerator, lighting and/or changing the brightness of a user interface, and automatically opening a refrigerator door, etc.
In order to more accurately detect whether a user approaches the refrigerator, the present invention provides a more complete control method of the refrigerator, and the specific control flow is as shown in fig. 2, the refrigerator 100 starts to operate, and the control device 40 controls the detection device 30 to detect a predetermined detection area in front of the refrigerator, so as to obtain two detection signals at a predetermined time interval in front and behind, which are a first detection signal in front and a second detection signal behind, respectively.
Then, the intensities of the first and second detection signals are compared to determine whether a user approaches the refrigerator. Generally, the detection signal obtained by the detection device is converted into a voltage signal, so as to compare the intensities of different voltage signals. When the intensity of the second detection signal is greater than that of the first detection signal, it indicates that the user is approaching the refrigerator more and more, so the control device determines that the user is approaching the refrigerator based on the intensity of the second detection signal, and further controls the interactive device of the refrigerator to start and perform subsequent work, such as turning on a lamp of the refrigerator or lighting a user interface, and determines that the user is approaching the refrigerator more and more as the intensity of the detection signal is greater and greater, thereby gradually increasing the brightness of the lamp or the user interface. When the intensity of the second detection signal is smaller than that of the first detection signal, it indicates that the user is more and more away from the refrigerator, so the control device determines that the user is in a trend of being away from the refrigerator based on the intensity of the second detection signal, and further controls the interactive device of the refrigerator not to be started.
Further, the control flow can be further optimized such that as shown in fig. 3, the refrigerator 100 starts to operate, and the control device 40 controls the detection device 30 to detect a predetermined detection area in front of the refrigerator, so as to obtain two detection signals at a predetermined time interval in tandem, namely, a first detection signal in front and a second detection signal in back. Then, the intensity of the first detection signal is subtracted from the intensity of the second detection signal to obtain a difference value, the difference value is compared with a predetermined value, and whether a user approaches the refrigerator is determined according to the comparison result.
When the difference is greater than or equal to the preset value, it indicates that the user is closer to the refrigerator, so the control device determines that the user is in a trend of being closer to the refrigerator based on the difference, and further controls the interactive device of the refrigerator to start and perform subsequent work, such as turning on a lamp of the refrigerator or lighting a user interface, and determines that the user is closer to the refrigerator as the intensity of the detection signal is greater, so as to gradually increase the brightness of the lamp or the user interface.
When the difference is larger than zero and smaller than the preset value, the control device judges whether the stay time of the user in the preset detection area exceeds the preset time based on the detection signal, and judges whether the user approaches the refrigerator. When the stay time of the user in the preset detection area exceeds the preset time, the fact that the user intends to use the refrigerator and tends to approach the refrigerator is indicated, and therefore the control device judges that the user tends to approach the refrigerator based on the stay time, and further controls the interactive device of the refrigerator to start and carry out follow-up work. When the stay time of the user in the preset detection area does not exceed the preset time, the fact that the user is far away from the refrigerator is indicated, and therefore the control device judges the trend that the user is far away from the refrigerator based on the stay time, and further controls the interactive device of the refrigerator not to be started.
Or, the control device controls to delay for a preset time and then judges whether a user approaches the refrigerator. After delaying the preset time, if the user is still in the preset detection area in front of the refrigerator, the fact that the user intends to use the refrigerator and is in the trend of approaching the refrigerator is indicated, so that the control device judges that the user is in the trend of approaching the refrigerator on the basis of the trend, and further controls the interactive device of the refrigerator to start and carry out subsequent work. And after the preset time is delayed, if the user is not in the preset detection area in front of the refrigerator, the fact that the user is far away from the refrigerator is indicated, so that the control device judges that the user is in a trend of being far away from the refrigerator based on the fact that the user is far away from the refrigerator, and further controls the interactive device of the refrigerator not to be started.
If the user is always in the preset detection area in front of the refrigerator, the detection device can always obtain the detection signal, and the control device determines whether the user is in the preset detection area in front of the refrigerator or not based on the detection signal, and can also determine the staying time of the user in the preset detection area based on the detection signal.
When the difference value is less than zero, the user is far away from the refrigerator, so that the control device judges the trend that the user is far away from the refrigerator based on the difference value, and further controls the interactive device of the refrigerator not to be started.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
