Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting human body approaching of a refrigerator and the refrigerator adopting the method. The method comprises the steps that the infrared array sensor is controlled to detect the front area of the refrigerator to obtain a first group of detection data serving as background data; controlling the infrared array sensor to perform second detection after the set first time length T1 to obtain a second group of detection data, subtracting background data from the second group of detection data to obtain a group of difference values, and accumulating and summing to obtain S1; when the S1 is larger than a first set threshold SN1, controlling the infrared array sensor to perform third detection after a set second time length T2 to obtain a third group of detection data, subtracting the second group of detection data from the third group of detection data to obtain another group of difference values, and accumulating and summing to obtain S2; when S2 is larger than a second set threshold SN2, the human body is judged to be close to the refrigerator. The method can accurately detect whether the human body approaches the refrigerator or not, and reduce misjudgment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automatic control of household appliances, in particular to a method for detecting human body approaching by a refrigerator and the refrigerator adopting the method.
Background
Along with the continuous progress of society, users have put forward higher demands on the intellectualization and humanization of traditional household appliances. The refrigerator capable of automatically detecting the human body approach is proposed in the industry, and when the refrigerator detects the human body approach, corresponding actions are executed, such as starting or adjusting the brightness of a display screen, so that better use experience is brought to a user, energy sources can be saved, and the service life of corresponding components of the display screen can be prolonged. The method can often generate misjudgment, so that energy waste and misunderstanding of users are caused.
Chinese patent CN102878775 a discloses a control method of a refrigerator, which comprises emitting an infrared signal at a predetermined period according to a PWM signal by an infrared emitting device, and controlling whether the refrigerator enters a predetermined operation mode by judging whether the infrared receiving device receives a reflected signal and whether the number of times of receiving the reflected signal is greater than a predetermined number of times. However, when the user moves in the detection area of the refrigerator for a long time, erroneous judgment can occur; and when the user approaches from different directions, the detection error is also larger.
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a new method for detecting the approach of a human body in a refrigerator and a refrigerator employing the same.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for detecting human body approaching of a refrigerator and the refrigerator adopting the method, which can accurately detect whether the human body approaches the refrigerator or not, further determine whether to execute corresponding follow-up actions and reduce misjudgment.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for detecting the approach of a human body in a refrigerator having a control module and an infrared array sensor for detecting a front area of the refrigerator, the method comprising:
the refrigerator is started to operate, and the infrared array sensor detects the front area of the refrigerator to obtain a first group of detection data serving as background data;
controlling the infrared array sensor to perform second detection after the set first time length T1 to obtain a second group of detection data, subtracting background data from the second group of detection data to obtain a group of difference values, accumulating and summing to obtain S1, and comparing the S1 with a first set threshold SN1;
if S1 is less than or equal to SN1, judging that no one is close to the refrigerator;
clearing detection data, and controlling the infrared array sensor to detect the front area of the refrigerator again to obtain a first group of detection data serving as background data;
if S1 is larger than SN1, controlling the infrared array sensor to perform third detection after the set second time length T2 to obtain a third group of detection data, subtracting the second group of detection data from the third group of detection data to obtain another group of difference values, accumulating and summing to obtain S2, and comparing the S2 with a second set threshold value SN2;
if S2 > SN2, judge that someone is approaching the refrigerator.
As a further improvement of the invention, the method also comprises the steps of comparing the S2 with a second set threshold value SN2, and judging that no one approaches the refrigerator if the S2 is less than or equal to the SN2;
and clearing the detection data, and controlling the infrared array sensor to detect the front area of the refrigerator again to obtain a first group of detection data serving as background data.

When the detection of the infrared array sensor 3 is completed, a group of array temperature values are correspondingly obtained.
The method comprises the following steps:
the refrigerator 100 is started to operate, and the infrared array sensor 3 is controlled to detect the front area of the refrigerator 100 to obtain a first group of detection data1 serving as background data;
controlling the infrared array sensor 3 to perform second detection after the set first time length T1 to obtain a second group of detection data2, subtracting background data from the second group of detection data2 to obtain a group of difference values, accumulating and summing to obtain S1, and comparing the S1 with a first set threshold value SN1;

if S1 is greater than SN1, controlling the infrared array sensor 3 to perform third detection after the set second time length T2 to obtain a third group of detection data3, subtracting the second group of detection data2 from the third group of detection data3 to obtain another group of difference values, accumulating and summing to obtain S2, and comparing the S2 with a second set threshold value SN2;
if S2 is less than or equal to SN2, judging that no one is close to the refrigerator, clearing detection data, and controlling the infrared array sensor 3 to detect the front area of the refrigerator 100 again to obtain a first group of detection data1 serving as background data;
if S2 > SN2, judge that someone is approaching the refrigerator. The first set threshold SN1 and the second set threshold SN2 are both empirical constants, and generally SN2 is set to be greater than SN1.
The method further comprises the steps of after the detection data are cleared, controlling the infrared array sensor 3 to detect the front area of the refrigerator 100 again after a preset third time period T3 is passed, so as to obtain a first group of detection data1 as background data. Therefore, the detection frequency of the infrared array sensor 3 can be reduced, and repeated data interaction and processing are avoided.

subtracting background data from the third group of detection data3 to obtain a further group of difference values, accumulating and summing to obtain S3, and comparing the S3 with a first set threshold SN1;
if S3 is less than or equal to SN1, clearing the detection data, and controlling the infrared array sensor 3 to detect the front area of the refrigerator 100 again to obtain a first group of detection data1, preferably, after a predetermined fourth time period T4 is passed as background data, the infrared array sensor 3 carries out the detection again, where the predetermined fourth time period T4 is set equal to the predetermined third time period T3;
if S3 > SN1, controlling the infrared array sensor 3 to detect the front area of the refrigerator 100 after the predetermined second time period T2 to obtain a new third set of detection data3.
