本发明涉及蒸压加气板的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种节能保温隔热隔音型蒸压加气板材。
背景技术
轻质混凝土又名泡沫混凝土,是通过发泡机的发泡系统将发泡剂用机械方式充分发泡,并将泡沫与水泥浆均匀混合,然后经过发泡机的泵送系统进行现浇施工或模具成型,经自然养护所形成的一种含有大量封闭气孔的新型轻质保温材料。它属于气泡状绝热材料,突出特点是在混凝土内部形成封闭的泡沫孔,使混凝土轻质化和保温隔热化;同时也是加气混凝土中的一个特殊品种,它的孔结构和材料性能都接近于加气混凝土,他们二者的差别,只是在气孔形状和加气手段之间的差别,ALC是蒸压轻质混凝土的简称,是高性能蒸压加气混凝土(ALC)的一种。ALC板是以粉煤灰(或硅砂)、水泥、石灰等为主原料,经过高压蒸汽养护而成的多气孔混凝土成型板材(内含经过处理的钢筋增强)。ALC板既可做墙体材料,又可做屋面板,是一种性能优越的新型建材。
现有技术的蒸压加气板在安装时需要在板材上开孔,还需要配合大量角钢进行安装,非常不方便。

通过采用上述技术方案,当两块蒸压加气板本体组合时,将大凸块对准大凹槽,小凸块对准小槽将两块蒸压加气板本体组合在一起,组合完毕后,通过注浆口注入粘合剂和砂浆使两块蒸压加气板本体连接更为牢固,通过在蒸压加气板本体本部设置钢筋来增加蒸压加气板本体的强度,当需要安装蒸压加气板本体时,将蒸压加气板本体通过防止口放入安装架内部,通过钢筋连接口将钢筋与结构柱上的钢筋进行连接,钢筋连接完毕后,通过浇筑口倒入混凝土,当蒸压加气板本体在安装架内部全部放置完毕后,通过连接板将安装架固定安装于所需位置,当将蒸压加气板本体放入安装架内部后,将连接片插入连接槽,使连接片与蒸压加气板本体固定连接。
可选的,所述连接片为“L”型结构,且所述连接片两侧均开设有第三螺纹孔。
