The mounting frame 51 is driven to slide downwards by a driving cylinder, the reinforcing rod 4 is placed at the crack, the fixing plates 41 at the two ends of the reinforcing rod 4 are respectively positioned in the grooves formed at the two sides of the crack, the supporting plate 831 is driven to slide downwards by a rodless cylinder, so that the ejector rod 832 is driven to be inserted into the mounting sleeve 82, the anchor bolt 81 is ejected out of the mounting sleeve 82, and the anchor bolt 81 penetrates through the mounting hole 411 on the fixing plate 41 and is inserted into the anchor hole; meanwhile, the nut on the anchor bolt 81 enters the connecting groove 8321, the second motor is started to drive the ejector rod 832 to rotate, and the ejector rod 832 drives the nut on the anchor bolt 81 to rotate, so that the anchor bolt 81 is fixed in the anchor hole of the road surface.

Placing the reinforcing rod 4 in a clamping area 74 between the first clamping block 71 and the second clamping block 72, moving the rack 1, driving the mounting frame 51 to slide downwards through the first driving piece 52, placing the reinforcing rod 4 at the crack, and enabling the fixing plates 41 at two ends of the reinforcing rod 4 to be respectively positioned in grooves formed in two sides of the crack; the supporting plate 831 is driven to slide downwards by the fourth driving piece 833, so that the ejector rod 832 is driven to be inserted into the mounting sleeve 82, the anchor bolt 81 is ejected out of the mounting sleeve 82, and the anchor bolt 81 penetrates through the mounting hole 411 on the fixing plate 41 and then is inserted into the anchor hole; meanwhile, the nut on the anchor bolt 81 enters the connecting groove 8321, the second driving source 834 is started to drive the ejector rod 832 to rotate, the ejector rod 832 drives the nut on the anchor bolt 81 to rotate, the anchor bolt 81 is fixed in the anchor hole on the road surface, and therefore the fixing plates 41 at the two ends of the reinforcing rod 4 are respectively fixed in the grooves at the two sides of the crack.
After the reinforcing rod 4 is installed, the valve 33 is opened, crack pouring glue in the glue storage tank 3 is poured into cracks through the discharge pipe 32, the cracks are filled, and pavement cracks are repaired; after the pavement crack is repaired, the reinforcing rods 4 form certain tensioning force on two sides of the crack, so that the crack is not easy to continue to expand.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a method for repairing the pavement crack of the expressway, which comprises the following steps:
s1, when the pavement crack is repaired, the reinforcing rods 4 are placed in the material storage box 2, and the anchor bolts 81 are placed in the two mounting sleeves 82; the frame 1 is moved to a crack of a road, the first hinge post 63 and the second hinge post 64 are respectively positioned above two sides of the crack, the first driving source 653 drives the first hinge post 63 and the second hinge post 64 to rotate, the mounting plate 61 is driven to slide downwards by the second driving piece 62, so that two sides of the crack of the road surface are respectively grooved, and meanwhile, the anchor rod 66 is provided with an anchor hole at the bottom of the groove;
s2, after the pavement is grooved, conveying the reinforcing rod 4 to a clamping interval 74 between a first clamping block 71 and a second clamping block 72 through a third driving piece 23, moving the rack 1, driving the mounting frame 51 to slide downwards through the first driving piece 52, placing the reinforcing rod 4 at the crack, and enabling the fixing plates 41 at the two ends of the reinforcing rod 4 to be respectively positioned in the grooves formed at the two sides of the crack;
s3, the anchor bolt 81 in the nail storage box 821 is pushed into the mounting sleeve 82 through the limiting component 9, the supporting plate 831 is driven to slide downwards through the fourth driving piece 833, so that the ejector rod 832 is driven to be inserted into the mounting sleeve 82, the anchor bolt 81 is ejected out of the mounting sleeve 82, and the anchor bolt 81 penetrates through the mounting hole 411 in the fixing plate 41 and is inserted into the anchor hole; meanwhile, the nut on the anchor bolt 81 enters the connecting groove 8321, the second driving source 834 is started to drive the ejector rod 832 to rotate, the ejector rod 832 drives the nut on the anchor bolt 81 to rotate, the anchor bolt 81 is fixed in the anchor hole of the road surface, and therefore the fixing plates 41 at two ends of the reinforcing rod 4 are respectively fixed in the grooves at two sides of the crack;
and S4, opening the valve 33 after the reinforcing rod 4 is installed, and filling the crack with the crack pouring glue in the glue storage tank 3 through the discharge pipe 32 to fill the crack.
