Abstract

本发明公开了高铝质纤维浇注料,配方包括:一级高铝矾土骨料、二级高铝矾土骨料、耐火纤维、氧化铝粉末、高强纤维、氧化铬、硅灰、高铝水泥、矾土熟料、三聚磷酸钠和减水剂,本发明通过将陶瓷纤维和石棉纤维作为耐火纤维添加到配方中,增强了浇注料的耐高温能力,同时配方中加入氧化铬,氧化铬增加了浇注料的结晶度,并且浇注料的结合更加紧密,有利于提升浇注料的耐腐蚀能力,通过氧化铝、钢纤维和碳纤维的加入,增强了浇注料的结构强度,避免了冲击和碰撞导致的浇注料破裂脱落的现象发生,通过对骨料进行分级,添加不同粒度的骨料,保证了浇注料的粒径均匀,降低了浇注料的孔隙率,提升了浇注料的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及浇注料技术领域,具体为高铝质纤维浇注料。
背景技术
浇注料又称耐火浇注料,是一种由耐火物料加入一定量结合剂制成的粒状和粉状材料,具有较高流动性,以浇注方式成型的不定形耐火材料,同其他不定形耐火材料相比,结合剂和水分含量较高,流动性较好,故而浇注料应用范围较广,可根据使用条件对所用材质和结合剂加以选择,既可直接浇注成衬体使用,又可用浇注或震实方法制成预制块使用;
浇注料的种类多种多样,高铝质纤维浇注料也是其中一种,现如今市面上的高铝质纤维浇注料结构强度较差,在工作或者运输过程中容易受到碰撞和冲击,极易造成浇注的成品破裂,大大缩短了使用寿命,同时高铝质纤维浇注料应用在高温窑炉、热风炉中,工作环境温度高、盐分高,对浇注层的耐高温性能要求极高,同时高盐分的环境会浇注层腐蚀的现象出现,并且现有的技术骨料不分级,水泥用量大且颗粒粗,水泥无法完全水化,增大了浇注料的空隙,大大降低了浇注料的品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供高铝质纤维浇注料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:高铝质纤维浇注料,配方包括:一级高铝矾土骨料、二级高铝矾土骨料、耐火纤维、氧化铝粉末、高强纤维、氧化铬、硅灰、高铝水泥、矾土熟料、三聚磷酸钠和减水剂,各组分的重量份数分别是:45-50份的一级高铝矾土骨料、20-25份的二级高铝矾土骨料、5-7份的耐火纤维、8-10份的氧化铝粉末、2-3份的高强纤维、2-5份的氧化铬、3-5份的硅灰、5-7份的高铝水泥、10-15份的矾土熟料、0.1-0.2份的三聚磷酸钠和0.1-0.2份的减水剂。
优选的,所述一级高铝矾土骨料得粒度为3-5mm。
优选的,所述二级高铝矾土骨料的粒度为1-2mm。
优选的,所述耐火纤维为石棉纤维和陶瓷纤维按照1∶1的重量份数之比混合而成。
优选的,所述高强纤维为钢纤维和碳纤维按照10∶1的重量份数之比混合而成。
优选的,所述矾土熟料的粒度为0.5-1mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明通过将陶瓷纤维和石棉纤维作为耐火纤维添加到配方中,增强了浇注料的耐高温能力,同时配方中加入氧化铬,氧化铬增加了浇注料的结晶度,并且浇注料的结合更加紧密,有利于提升浇注料的耐腐蚀能力,有效的延长了浇注料在高温、高盐分下的使用寿命;
2.本发明通过氧化铝、钢纤维和碳纤维的加入,增强了浇注料的结构强度,避免了冲击和碰撞导致的浇注料破裂脱落的现象发生;
3.本发明通过对骨料进行分级,添加不同粒度的骨料,保证了浇注料的粒径均匀,同时减少了水泥的用料,有利于保证浇注料具有高致密度,同时降低了浇注料的孔隙率,提升了浇注料的质量。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供的一种技术方案:
实施例1:
高铝质纤维浇注料,配方包括:一级高铝矾土骨料、二级高铝矾土骨料、耐火纤维、氧化铝粉末、高强纤维、氧化铬、硅灰、高铝水泥、矾土熟料、三聚磷酸钠和减水剂,各组分的重量份数分别是:45份的一级高铝矾土骨料、20份的二级高铝矾土骨料、5份的耐火纤维、8份的氧化铝粉末、2份的高强纤维、2份的氧化铬、3份的硅灰、5份的高铝水泥、10份的矾土熟料、0.1份的三聚磷酸钠和0.1份的减水剂,且一级高铝矾土骨料得粒度为5mm,二级高铝矾土骨料的粒度为2mm,耐火纤维为石棉纤维和陶瓷纤维按照1∶1的重量份数之比混合而成,高强纤维为钢纤维和碳纤维按照10∶1的重量份数之比混合而成,矾土熟料的粒度为1mm。
实施例2:
高铝质纤维浇注料,配方包括:一级高铝矾土骨料、二级高铝矾土骨料、耐火纤维、氧化铝粉末、高强纤维、氧化铬、硅灰、高铝水泥、矾土熟料、三聚磷酸钠和减水剂,各组分的重量份数分别是:48份的一级高铝矾土骨料、22份的二级高铝矾土骨料、6份的耐火纤维、9份的氧化铝粉末、2.5份的高强纤维、3份的氧化铬、4份的硅灰、6份的高铝水泥、13份的矾土熟料、0.12份的三聚磷酸钠和0.11份的减水剂,且一级高铝矾土骨料得粒度为5mm,二级高铝矾土骨料的粒度为2mm,耐火纤维为石棉纤维和陶瓷纤维按照1∶1的重量份数之比混合而成,高强纤维为钢纤维和碳纤维按照10∶1的重量份数之比混合而成,矾土熟料的粒度为1mm。
实施例3:
高铝质纤维浇注料,配方包括:一级高铝矾土骨料、二级高铝矾土骨料、耐火纤维、氧化铝粉末、高强纤维、氧化铬、硅灰、高铝水泥、矾土熟料、三聚磷酸钠和减水剂,各组分的重量份数分别是:50份的一级高铝矾土骨料、25份的二级高铝矾土骨料、7份的耐火纤维、10份的氧化铝粉末、3份的高强纤维、5份的氧化铬、5份的硅灰、7份的高铝水泥、15份的矾土熟料、0.2份的三聚磷酸钠和0.2份的减水剂,且一级高铝矾土骨料得粒度为3mm,二级高铝矾土骨料的粒度为1mm,耐火纤维为石棉纤维和陶瓷纤维按照1∶1的重量份数之比混合而成,高强纤维为钢纤维和碳纤维按照10∶1的重量份数之比混合而成,矾土熟料的粒度为0.5mm。

基于上述,本发明的配方中的耐火纤维的加入,有效的增强了浇注料的耐高温能力,同时高强纤维和氧化铝粉末的加入,增强了浇注料的结构强度,避免了碰撞和冲击导致的破裂损坏的情况出现,并且氧化铬的加入,提高了浇注料各原料之间的结合强度,提升了耐腐蚀能力,有利于延长浇注料在高温高盐的环境下的使用寿命,本发明的原料进行了粒度分级,避免了原料粒度不一导致的空隙较大的问题,有利于提高浇注料的质量。

1.高铝质纤维浇注料,配方包括:一级高铝矾土骨料、二级高铝矾土骨料、耐火纤维、氧化铝粉末、高强纤维、氧化铬、硅灰、高铝水泥、矾土熟料、三聚磷酸钠和减水剂,其特征在于:各组分的重量份数分别是:45-50份的一级高铝矾土骨料、20-25份的二级高铝矾土骨料、5-7份的耐火纤维、8-10份的氧化铝粉末、2-3份的高强纤维、2-5份的氧化铬、3-5份的硅灰、5-7份的高铝水泥、10-15份的矾土熟料、0.1-0.2份的三聚磷酸钠和0.1-0.2份的减水剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高铝质纤维浇注料,其特征在于:所述一级高铝矾土骨料得粒度为3-5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高铝质纤维浇注料,其特征在于:所述二级高铝矾土骨料的粒度为1-2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高铝质纤维浇注料,其特征在于:所述耐火纤维为石棉纤维和陶瓷纤维按照1∶1的重量份数之比混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高铝质纤维浇注料,其特征在于:所述高强纤维为钢纤维和碳纤维按照10∶1的重量份数之比混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高铝质纤维浇注料,其特征在于:所述矾土熟料的粒度为0.5-1mm。
