The blade 710 is inclined, so that when the rotating plate 6 is rotated, food can block the blade 710, and it is difficult to rotate the rotating plate 6 to cover the addition port. When the rotating plate 6 is rotated, a medical worker holds the rotating head 7 with a hand to drive the rotating rod 791 to rotate for a certain angle, the rotating blade 713 is rotated under the action of the auxiliary groove 714, the blade 710 is driven to rotate through the first connecting rod 712, the axes of the blade 710 and the central shaft 79 are in the same plane, the blade 710 cuts food, and the resistance of the food to the blade 710 is reduced. A torsion spring 794 is provided for resetting the rotating lever 791. A sealing ring 711 is provided to prevent liquid from entering the first cavity and growing bacteria.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the crushing device includes an extrusion plate 78, a pressing cylinder 71, a plurality of second connecting rods 73, and a plurality of grinding protrusions 782; the extrusion plate 78 is arranged in the crushing cylinder 5, sleeved on the central shaft 79, positioned above the blade 710 and below the rotating plate 6, and the edge of the extrusion plate 78 is connected with the inner side surface of the crushing cylinder 5; the pressing cylinder 71 is sleeved on the central shaft 79 and positioned above the rotating plate 6, and the inner diameter of the pressing cylinder 71 is larger than the diameter of the central shaft 79; the second connecting rod 73 is vertically arranged, the lower end of the second connecting rod downwards penetrates through the rotating plate 6 to be connected with the extrusion plate 78, and the upper end of the second connecting rod is connected with the pressing barrel 71; the plurality of blades 710 are adjacent to the inner bottom surface of the crushing cylinder 5 and are uniformly arranged around the central shaft 79, the upper edges of the blades 710 are smooth edges, and the planes of the upper edges of the plurality of blades 710 are vertical to the axis of the central shaft 79; the lower part of the extrusion plate 78 is provided with a plurality of accommodating grooves 781, and the accommodating grooves 781 are vertically arranged and are respectively matched with the plurality of blades 710; a plurality of protrusions 782 of polishing are provided on the bottom surface of the pressing plate 78, and are radially provided along the pressing plate 78, and the side surfaces of the protrusions 782 of polishing are engaged with the receiving grooves 781. The side of the protrusion 782 that polishes is matched with the receiving groove 781, and the side of the protrusion 782 that polishes is an inclined plane, so that the blade 710 moves to the receiving groove 781 under the effect of the side of the protrusion 782 that polishes. 732 second connecting rods; 7824 protrusions are polished; 7814 accommodating grooves.
After the blade 710 pulverizes the food, push down and press a section of thick bamboo 71, make the stripper plate 78 move down through second connecting rod 73, make the blade 710 rotate and get into in the holding tank 781 through holding tank 781 and the arch 782 of polishing, then extrude the food with a crushing section of thick bamboo 5 together, only leave impurity. A grinding protrusion 782 is provided for grinding the food.
The driving device comprises a driving motor 76, a driving gear 75 and a driven gear 77; the driven gear 77 is a helical gear, is sleeved on the central shaft 79 and is fixed with the central shaft 79, the axis of the driven gear 77 is overlapped with the axis of the central shaft 79, and the driven gear 77 is positioned above the rotating plate 6 and below the pressing cylinder 71; the driving motor 76 is arranged on the rotating plate 6; the driving gear 75 is a helical gear, is positioned on the side of the driven gear 77, and is engaged with the driven gear 77, and the center of the driving gear 75 is fixed to the rotating shaft of the driving motor 76.
The drive motor 76 is started to rotate the drive gear 75, and the driven gear 77 rotates the center shaft 79.
The crushing device comprises a return spring 72 and a second limiting ring 74; the second limit ring 74 is sleeved on the central shaft 79, is positioned above the driven gear 77 and is fixed with the rotating plate 6 through a support frame, and the inner diameter of the second limit ring 74 is larger than the diameter of the central shaft 79; the return spring 72 is sleeved on the central shaft 79, is located above the second limit ring 74 and below the pressing cylinder 71, and the upper end and the lower end of the return spring 72 are connected with the pressing cylinder 71 and the second limit ring 74 respectively.
A return spring 72 is provided for returning the pressing plate 78. A second stop ring 74 is provided to prevent the return spring 72 from engaging the driven gear 77 and affecting its rotation.
The crushing device comprises an anti-rotation cylinder 793; the upper part of the pressing cylinder 71 is connected with the bottom surface of the rotating head 7, and the top surface of the pressing cylinder 71 is a smooth surface; prevent revolving a section of thick bamboo 793 cover and locate dwang 791, be located the torsional spring 794 top, prevent that the upper portion of revolving a section of thick bamboo 793 is fixed bottom the rotating head 7, prevent that the diameter of revolving a section of thick bamboo 793 is less than the internal diameter of pressing a section of thick bamboo 71, prevent being provided with a plurality of first slides on the medial surface of revolving a section of thick bamboo 793, the vertical setting of a plurality of first slides, and be in the top of preventing revolving a bottom surface of section of thick bamboo 793, be provided with first slider 792 in the first slide, a plurality of first sliders 792 are fixed with dwang 791.
By pressing the rotary head 7, the pressing cylinder 71 is pushed to move downward. The anti-rotation barrel 793 is arranged and used for driving the rotating rod 791 to rotate through rotating the rotating head 7.
The feeding device comprises a collecting cylinder 4, an electric push rod 21, a sealing head 23, a feeding cylinder 2 and a sealing layer 22; the collecting cylinder 4 is cylindrical and vertically arranged in the shell 1, the upper end of the collecting cylinder 4 is provided with an opening and is communicated with the adding port upwards, the inner diameter of the collecting cylinder 4 is larger than the diameter of the crushing cylinder 5, and the bottom surface of the collecting cylinder 4 is a concave surface; the feeding cylinder 2 is vertically arranged in the shell 1 and is positioned below the collecting cylinder 4, the upper end of the feeding cylinder 2 is provided with an opening and is upwards communicated with the lowest point of the bottom surface in the collecting cylinder 4; the electric push rod 21 is vertically arranged below the feeding barrel 2, the electric push rod 21 comprises a telescopic rod, and the telescopic rod penetrates through the feeding barrel 2 upwards and extends into the feeding barrel 2; the sealing head 23 is arranged in the feeding barrel 2, the side surface of the sealing head 23 is tightly attached to the inner side surface of the feeding barrel 2, a rubber layer is arranged on the surface of the sealing head 23, and the top surface and the bottom surface of the sealing head 23 are convex conical surfaces; the sealing layer 22 is made of rubber materials, covers the bottom surface of the feeding barrel 2, is fixed with the bottom surface of the feeding barrel 2, is sleeved on the telescopic rod and is tightly attached to the telescopic rod, and the top surface of the sealing layer 22 is matched with the bottom surface of the sealing head 23.
The food crushed by the crushing device enters the collecting cylinder 4 and then flows into the feeding cylinder 2, and then the electric push rod 21 is controlled to contract, so that the sealing head 23 moves downwards to enter the feeding cylinder 2 and pushes the food to flow, and the patient is fed. A sealing layer 22 is provided to prevent the food in the feeding cylinder 2 from flowing out.
The feeding device comprises a guide pipe 25, an electric clamp 24 and an observation window; the conduit 25 is a hose, one end of which is communicated with the bottom of the feeding cylinder 2, and the other end of which penetrates through the shell 1 and is positioned in the outside air; the electric clamp 24 is clamped on the conduit 25 and is close to the feeding barrel 2; the rotating plate 6 is provided with an insertion hole 64, the insertion hole 64 is a through hole, the inner diameter of the insertion hole 64 is matched with that of the conduit 25, and the insertion hole 64 is tightly attached to the first limiting ring 63 and corresponds to the adding port; the feeding cylinder 2 is made of transparent material; the observation window is arranged on the shell 1 and corresponds to the feeding cylinder 2.
The medical staff observes the condition in the feeding barrel 2 through the observation window and controls the electric push rod 21 through the control panel. A conduit 25 is provided for feeding food to the patient. A motorized clamp 24 is provided for opening and closing of the catheter 25.
The feeding device comprises a plurality of water spraying holes, a plurality of first pipelines 31 and an access pipe 3; a plurality of water spray holes are dispersedly arranged on the inner side surface of the collecting cylinder 4; the access pipe 3 is arranged on the shell 1, and the upper port of the access pipe 3 is positioned in the outside air; one end of the first pipeline 31 is communicated with the water spraying hole, and the other end is communicated with the lower end of the access pipe 3; the heating device comprises a plurality of electric heating wires 41 and a thermometer; a plurality of heating wires 41 are disposed on the outer bottom surface of the collecting cylinder 4; the thermometer is disposed on the upper portion of the sealing head 23.
Medical personnel will insert pipe 3 and water pipe intercommunication, make water spout from the hole for water spraying, wash collecting cylinder 4 and feeding section of thick bamboo 2. An electric heating wire 41 and a thermometer are provided for heating the food in the collecting cylinder 4.
The crushing device comprises a fixed ring 61 and a plurality of electromagnets 62; a closed groove is formed in the bottom surface of the rotating plate 6 and is matched with the first limiting ring 63; the rotating plate 6 is tightly attached to the upper surface of the shell 1; the first limit ring 63 is made of ferromagnetic material; the electromagnets 62 are arranged in the rotating plate 6 and correspond to the first limiting ring 63; the fixing ring 61 is made of ferromagnetic material, and is disposed in the housing 1 and corresponds to the electromagnets 62.
An electromagnet 62 and a fixing ring 61 are provided for fixing the rotating plate 6 and the crushing cylinder 5 more stably.
The working process of the embodiment is as follows: the medical staff puts food into the crushing barrel 5, then twists the rotating head 7, drive the dwang 791 through the anti-rotation barrel 793 and rotate, make the rotating piece 713 rotate under the effect of the auxiliary groove 714, make the first connecting rod 712 rotate, make the blade 710 rotate and be in the coplanar with the axis of center pin 79, then rotate the rotor plate 6, make the rotor plate 6 meet with the top surface of casing 1, make a plurality of blades 710 enter into crushing barrel 5, then start the electro-magnet 62, it is fixed with rotor plate 6 and first spacing piece, then open the rotating head 7, under the effect of torsional spring 794, make the dwang 791 revolve, make the rotating piece 713 rotate through the auxiliary groove 714, make the blade 710 rotate to the inclined position through the first connecting rod 712. Then, the driving motor 76 is started to rotate the driving gear 75, and the driven gear 77 rotates the central shaft 79 to rotate the blade 710, thereby crushing the food. After the crushing process, press the rotor 7, make and press a section of thick bamboo 71 downstream, make the stripper plate 78 downstream through second connecting rod 73, make blade 710 rotate and get into in the holding tank 781 through holding tank 781 and the arch 782 of polishing, then together extrude food with crushing barrel 5, make the liquid food flow out from filtering hole 51, only leave impurity. When the rotary head 7 is released, the pressing cylinder 71 is returned by the return spring 72, and the pressing plate 78 moves upward.
The sealing head 23 is initially positioned in the collecting cylinder 4, and food flowing out of the filtering holes 51 enters the collecting cylinder 4 and flows into the feeding cylinder 2. When feeding is required, the electric clamp 24 is opened, and then the electric push rod 21 is controlled to contract, so that the sealing head 23 moves downwards into the feeding barrel 2, and the food is pushed to flow, and the patient is fed through the conduit 25.
When feeding water or liquid medicine, the crushing barrel 5 is taken out, the sealing head 23 is controlled to move to the upper port of the feeding barrel 2 through the electric push rod 21, the upper port of the feeding barrel 2 is blocked, then the water or liquid medicine is added into the collecting barrel 4, the rotating plate 6 is rotated, the heating wire 41 is started, the blade 710 is rotated through the driving motor 76 to stir, the interior of the collecting barrel 4 is heated, then the sealing head 23 is controlled to move upwards, so that the water or liquid medicine enters the feeding barrel 2, and then the feeding process is carried out. When it is necessary to mix a plurality of medical liquids or nutrient liquids, they may be mixed.
When cleaning, medical personnel take out crushing cylinder 5 and wash, then pour into the washing liquid into collection cylinder 4, because the outer end of pipe 25 is used for feeding, put into collection cylinder 4 through patchhole 64 with the outer end of pipe 25 and wash, then control electronic clamp 24 and open, control electric putter 21 reciprocating motion, make the washing liquid circulation in collection cylinder 4 and the feeding section of thick bamboo 2. Then the outer end of the guide pipe 25 is taken out, the access pipe 3 is communicated with a water pipe, water is sprayed out from the water spraying hole, the inner wall of the collecting cylinder 4 and the blade 710 are washed, meanwhile, the sealing head 23 is controlled to reciprocate up and down, the feeding cylinder 2 is washed, then the sealing head 23 is controlled to move upwards into the collecting cylinder 4 through the electric push rod 21, the side surface and the upper and lower surfaces of the sealing head 23 are washed, and generated sewage is discharged through the guide pipe 25. Finally, the outer surface of the conduit 25 is cleaned by clean water, and then the outer end of the conduit 25 is put into the collecting cylinder 4 through the inserting hole 64 for preservation and waiting for the next use.
