Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the present application provides a cleaning device, which includes a body 1, the body 1 includes a body 10, a rolling brush 20, a dirt scraping member 30, a clean water tank 40, a blower 50 and a sewage tank 60, the rolling brush 20, the dirt scraping member 30, the clean water tank 40, the blower 50 and the sewage tank 60 are all connected to the body 10, and the rolling brush 20 is rotatable relative to the body 10. The clean water tank 40 is used for supplying water to the roll brush 20, the roll brush 20 is in contact with the surface to be cleaned and performs a cleaning operation on the surface to be cleaned during rotation, the dirt scraping member 30 is used for scraping off the sewage on the roll brush 20, and the fan 50 is used for driving the sewage to be recovered into the sewage tank 60.
Wherein, a recovery channel 11 is formed in the machine body 10, and the roller brush 20 is rotatably coupled to the machine body 10 and disposed facing the dirt inlet of the recovery channel 11. Scrape dirty piece 30 and have the link of relative setting and scrape dirty end, the link joins in marriage and connects in organism 10, scrapes dirty end controlled and round brush 20 butt. Wherein, the rolling brush 20 can perform forward rotation (counterclockwise direction b as shown in fig. 5) when the machine body 1 advances, and perform reverse rotation (clockwise direction a as shown in fig. 5) when the machine body 1 retreats, and the dirt scraping member 30 is located downstream of the recovery passage 11 in the process of performing forward rotation and reverse rotation of the rolling brush 20. The "dirt scraping member 30 is located downstream of the recovery channel 11 in the process of the normal rotation and the reverse rotation of the roller brush 20", and then the same position point on the roller brush 20 firstly passes through the recovery channel 11 and then passes through the dirt scraping member 30 in the process of the normal rotation and the reverse rotation of the roller brush 20.
It is understood that the wash water is separated from the roll brush 20 by the pressing action of the scraping member 30, and then, the wash water is driven by the fan 50 and collected in the wash water tank 60 through the wash water recovery passage 11. The machine body 1 provided in the embodiment of the present application, no matter the machine body 1 moves forward or backward, the sewage on the rolling brush 20 can be scraped into the recycling channel 11 by the scraping member 30 and recycled, so that the machine body 1 has a better cleaning effect.
Preferably, scrape dirty 30 and be platelike structure, and scrape dirty 30 and scrape dirty end and extend to the relative both ends of round brush 20 along the axial of round brush 20 to make the dirty end of scraping dirty 30 can scrape sewage along the axial of round brush 20, consequently, scrape dirty 30 and have higher dirty efficiency of scraping, and can scrape dirty to round brush 20 comprehensively.
Specifically, the recycling passage 11 may be one, and the scraping member 30 may be one or more. For example, taking the recovery channel 11 as one, and the scraping member 30 as one example, when the roller brush 20 performs forward rotation, the scraping end is located above the recovery channel 11 and abuts against the roller brush 20; when the rolling brush 20 performs reverse rotation, the dirt scraping end is located below the recovery passage 11 and abuts against the rolling brush 20. For another example, two scraping members 30 are taken as an example, wherein one scraping member 30 is disposed above the recycling channel 11, and the other scraping member 30 is disposed below the recycling channel 11. When the roller brush 20 rotates forwards, the dirt scraping end of the dirt scraping piece 30 positioned above the recovery channel 11 is abutted against the roller brush 20 and scrapes the dirt of the roller brush 20, and the dirt scraping end of the dirt scraping piece 30 positioned below the recovery channel 11 is separated from the roller brush 20; when the round brush 20 executed the reversal, the dirty end of scraping dirty piece 30 that lies in the below was scraped dirty end and round brush 20 butt and is scraped dirty to round brush 20, is located scraping dirty end and the separation of round brush 20 of scraping dirty piece 30 of the top of recovery channel 11.
Referring to fig. 6, the dirt inlet of the recycling channel 11 is divided into a first sub-opening 14 and a second sub-opening 15, and the first sub-opening 14 and the second sub-opening 15 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the roller brush 20. Wherein, the dirt scraping end of the dirt scraping piece 30 is positioned between the first sub-opening 14 and the second sub-opening 15. When the roller brush 20 rotates forward, the dirt scraping member 30 scrapes the sewage on the roller brush 20 into the recovery channel 11 through the first sub-opening 14, and when the roller brush 20 rotates backward, the dirt scraping member 30 scrapes the sewage on the roller brush 20 into the recovery channel 11 through the second sub-opening 15. Because scrape dirty 30 and be located between first rim of mouth 14 and the second rim of mouth 15, consequently, only set up one and scrape dirty 30 and keep scraping dirty 30 for fixed the condition relative organism 10 under, scrape dirty 30 all can carry out scraping dirty to round brush 20 to be convenient for promote the convenience of scraping dirty.
Further, the first sub-opening 14 and the second sub-opening 15 are configured to be partitioned by the dirt scraping member 30. Specifically, the scraping member 30 partially extends into the recycling channel 11 and separates the dirt inlet of the recycling channel 11 into a first sub-port 14 and a second sub-port 15, and the tail part of the scraping end far away from the connecting end protrudes out of the recycling channel 11 and abuts against the roller brush 20. It will be appreciated that the first sub-apertures 14 may be formed entirely separated by the attachment ends, or alternatively, may be formed separated by the scraping ends. Since the first sub-opening 14 and the second sub-opening 15 are formed by separating the dirt scraping member 30, it is not necessary to separate the dirt removing opening of the recycling passage 11 by using other members, so that the assembling difficulty of the machine body 1 can be reduced, and the machine body 1 has high assembling efficiency.
In some embodiments, the connecting end of the dirt scraping member 30 is located in the recycling channel 11 and is coupled to the machine body 10, and the connecting end extends to the dirt outlet of the recycling channel 11 along the axial direction of the recycling channel 11, and separates the recycling channel 11 into a first sub-channel 12 and a second sub-channel 13 which are independent of each other, the first sub-port 14 is configured to form the dirt inlet of the first sub-channel 12, the second sub-port 15 is configured to form the dirt inlet of the second sub-channel 13, and the dirt scraping end of the dirt scraping member 30 completely protrudes out of the dirt inlet of the recycling channel 11. In other embodiments, the connecting end of the dirt scraping member 30 may be located in the recycling channel 11 and separate the dirt inlet section of the recycling channel 11 into the first sub-channel 12 and the second sub-channel 13, and the dirt outlet of the first sub-channel 12 and the dirt outlet of the second sub-channel 13 together form the dirt inlet of the dirt outlet section of the recycling channel 11.
Further, the first sub-port 14 is located below the second sub-port 15 in the gravity direction. When the roll brush 20 performs the normal rotation, the contaminated water can be separated from the roll brush 20 by the roll brush 20 and flow into the recovery passage 11 by gravity and the fan 50. When the rolling brush 20 performs reverse rotation, the separated sewage can be carried on the upper surface of the scraping member 30 under the action of gravity, and then is driven by the fan 50 and recovered to the recovery channel 11. As can be seen from the above, the first sub-opening 14 is located below the second sub-opening 15, so that the separated sewage can be recovered into the recovery channel 11 under the action of gravity and the fan 50, and thus, a better recovery effect is achieved.
The body 1 further comprises a wind shielding member 70 coupled to the body 10, the wind shielding member 70 comprises a wind shielding main body 71, and the wind shielding main body 71 has a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged; the first end is movably arranged on one side of the dirt inlet, which is adjacent to the surface to be cleaned, and the second end is abutted against the surface to be cleaned when the machine body 1 moves forwards. Due to the blocking of the wind shielding member 70, the convection of air between the side of the wind shielding member 70 opposite to the roller brush 20 and the other side of the wind shielding member 70 facing the roller brush 20 is weakened, so that the air flow supplemented from the side of the wind shielding member 70 opposite to the roller brush 20 to the other side of the wind shielding member 70 facing the roller brush 20 is reduced, and therefore, the first sub-port 14 and the second sub-port 15 can maintain a higher vacuum degree, and the sewage recovery efficiency and the recovery effect are effectively improved.
Wherein, in order to improve the blocking effect of the wind shielding main body 71, the wind shielding main body 71 may be arranged to extend to two opposite ends of the roller brush 20 along the axial direction of the roller brush 20.
Preferably, the wind shielding body 71 is disposed rearward of the roll brush 20 when the body 1 is moved forward. Therefore, a dirt suction passage can be defined between the wind shielding main body 71 and the roller brush 20, and the dirt outlet of the dirt suction passage coincides with the first sub-opening 14. In the process of advancing the machine body 1, the sewage dripped to the surface to be cleaned can be recovered to the recovery channel 11 through the sewage suction channel. Due to the blocking of the roller brush 20 and the wind shielding main body 71, the air flow mainly enters the dirt suction channel from the two ends of the roller brush 20 in a supplementing manner, so that the supplementing speed of the air flow can be reduced, and the vacuum degree at the first sub-port 14 can be further improved.
Further, the second end of the wind shielding body 71 can also be controlled to separate from the surface to be cleaned when the body 1 is retracted. It is understood that when the body 1 retreats, the wind shielding main body 71 also retreats synchronously with the body 10. If the second end of the wind shielding main body 71 is still in contact with the surface to be cleaned, the dirt on the surface to be cleaned may move backward under the pushing of the wind shielding main body 71, and thus, the rolling brush 20 always has a distance from the pushed dirt, and the dirt cannot be removed. In the embodiment provided by the present application, since the second end of the wind shielding body 71 can also be controlled to be separated from the surface to be cleaned when the body 1 is retracted, the dirt on the surface to be cleaned cannot be pushed by the wind shielding body 71 and can be kept in a fixed area. When the rolling brush 20 retreats and approaches the area, the rolling brush 20 acts on the area so that the dirt can be separated from the surface to be cleaned and recovered to the recovery passage 11, thereby enabling the surface to be cleaned to have a better cleaning effect.
Further, the wind shielding member 70 further includes a support portion 73, the support portion 73 is fitted to a side of the wind shielding main body 71 facing the surface to be cleaned; the support portion 73 is supported between the wind shielding main body 71 and the surface to be cleaned when the body 1 is retracted. Due to the effect of the supporting part 73, when the body 1 retreats, the wind shielding main body 71 can be ensured to be always arranged at an interval with the surface to be cleaned, so that the surface to be cleaned has a better cleaning effect.
Preferably, the second end is of a silicone structure. The second end of the silica gel structure support has better elasticity, so that the second end can be directly operated to be abutted against or separated from the surface to be cleaned under the condition that a rotating structure is not arranged, and better operation simplicity is realized. Moreover, even if the second end abuts against the surface to be cleaned due to a failure when the body 1 is retracted, the second end is prevented from scratching the surface to be cleaned due to the elastic contact between the second end and the surface to be cleaned.
It is understood that in some embodiments, only the second end may be of a silicone structure, and in other embodiments, the first end and the second end may also be of an integrally formed silicone structure.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the body 1 further includes a motor 80 and a speed reducer 90, the motor 80 and the speed reducer 90 are both connected to the body 10, and the motor 80, the speed reducer 90 and the rolling brush 20 are connected in sequence. Among them, the roll brush 20 can be driven by the motor 80 to perform forward rotation when the body 1 moves forward, and can be driven by the motor 80 to perform reverse rotation when the body 1 moves backward. Under the condition that the output power of the motor 80 is not changed, the speed reducer 90 can increase the output torque of the motor 80, so that the rotating speed of the motor 80 input to the rolling brush 20 is reduced, and the cleaning requirement of the machine body 1 can be met. It can be understood that, when the motor 80 normally works, the output shaft 81 thereof rotates at a high speed, and if the output shaft 81 of the motor 80 is directly connected with the roller brush 20 in a transmission manner, the roller brush 20 will also have a higher rotation speed under the driving of the output shaft 81. If the rotation speed of the roller brush 20 is too high, the roller brush 20 may contact a single area to be cleaned for a short time during forward or backward movement, thereby resulting in poor cleaning performance. In the present application, due to the arrangement of the speed reducer 90, the speed reducer 90 can reduce the rotation speed of the motor 80 and then input the reduced rotation speed to the rolling brush 20, so that the contact time between the rolling brush 20 and a single area can be prolonged, and a better cleaning effect can be achieved.
Specifically, the speed reducer 90 includes a planetary gear train, a driving wheel 92, a driven wheel 93 and a belt 94, the belt 94 is sleeved on the driving wheel 92 and the driven wheel 93, and the output shaft 81 of the motor 80, the planetary gear train, the driving wheel 92, the belt 94, the driven wheel 93 and the rotating shaft of the rolling brush 20 are sequentially connected in a transmission manner, so as to reduce the rotation speed of the motor 80 and output the reduced rotation speed to the rolling brush 20.
The body 1 further comprises a power assisting element 110 and a collecting element 120, wherein the collecting element 120 is configured to collect current traveling parameters of the body 1, and the power assisting element 110 is configured to output power assisting according to the current traveling parameters, so that acting force of a user in the process of operating the body 1 to move forwards and backwards can be properly reduced, and the user can save more labor.
Specifically, the collecting element 120 and the power assisting element 110 are further electrically connected with a controller, target advancing parameters are arranged in the controller, the collecting element 120 collects current advancing parameters of the body 1 in the advancing or retreating process of the body 1, the controller calculates and obtains the power assisting to be provided by the power assisting element 110 according to the target advancing parameters and the current advancing parameters, and then the controller controls the power assisting element 110 to output the power assisting.
Specifically, the current travel parameter may be a current travel speed, a current travel driving force, a current travel acceleration, or the like. The target traveling parameter may be a target traveling speed, a target traveling driving force, a target traveling acceleration, etc., and the target traveling parameter corresponds to the current traveling parameter.
