肾虚指肾脏精气阴阳不足,肾虚的种类有很多,其中最常见的是肾阴虚、肾阳虚,肾阳虚表现为腰膝酸痛、筋骨萎软、神疲乏力、身体沉重、性欲减退、性功能低下、手足冰冷、畏寒怕风、易受凉腹泻、身体浮肿等等,此外,女子肾阳虚会出现遗尿等症状。现代科学证明,当人发生肾虚时,无论肾阴虚还是肾阳虚,都会导致人的免疫能力的降低。有更多证据表明,肾虚发生时,肾脏的免疫能力降低,肾脏的微循环系统亦会发生阻塞,肾络不通。

一种温补肾阳固体饮料,由下述重量份的原料制成:酶解牡蛎肽1-3份,黄精1-3份,肉桂0.1-0.5份,冬虫夏草0.1-0.5份,蛹虫草0.2-0.7份,覆盆子1-3份,桑葚1-3份。
本发明的配方机理:
牡蛎肽:富含精氨酸,亚铅,牡蛎锌,具有牡蛎肽可以恢复疲劳、改善睡眠、增强性功能等功效。
黄精:黄精有补肾益精的作用,对于肾精阴亏引起脱发、须发早白、眩晕耳鸣等病症有一定的功效。
肉桂:具有温补肾阳的效果,对于尿频阳痿有一定的治疗功效。
冬虫夏草:冬虫夏草可以补肾益精,能兴阳起痿,多用于治疗肾阳不足、精血亏虚而导致的阳痿遗精、腰膝酸软等症。
蛹虫草:主要用于治疗肾虚而导致的阳痿、遗精以及腰膝酸痛。
覆盆子:比较适合肾虚的患者服用,能够帮助改善阳痿早泄、遗精滑精等症状,同时还有助阳的功效,能够促进荷尔蒙分泌、提高精子活性,起到预防男性性冷淡以及勃起功能障碍的作用。

本发明还提供一种温补肾阳固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据上述一种温补肾阳固体饮料称取各原料;
(2)将黄精、肉桂、冬虫夏草、蛹虫草、覆盆子和桑葚清洗,浸泡,蒸煮,过滤得滤液,然后经高压分离,浓缩,喷雾干燥成粉末,得混合物,备用;
(3)将酶解牡蛎肽和混合物混合搅拌,得温补肾阳固体饮料。
进一步,上述酶解牡蛎肽的制备方法为:将牡蛎锻制后蒸煮,然后置入酶解罐中加入木瓜酶和碱性酶进行酶解,经活性炭脱苦,脱色,高压分离过滤,再进行超滤,经20mpa高压均质,双效浓缩,65℃干燥喷粉,得酶解牡蛎肽。
进一步,上述将牡蛎锻制后蒸煮温度为45℃,蒸煮时间为4h。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种温补肾阳固体饮料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:酶解牡蛎肽2份,黄精2份,肉桂0.3份,冬虫夏草0.2份,蛹虫草0.5份,覆盆子1份,桑葚1份。
3.一种温补肾阳固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据权利要求1或2所述一种温补肾阳固体饮料称取各原料;
(2)将黄精、肉桂、冬虫夏草、蛹虫草、覆盆子和桑葚清洗,浸泡,蒸煮,过滤得滤液,然后经高压分离,浓缩,喷雾干燥成粉末,得混合物,备用;
(3)将酶解牡蛎肽和混合物混合搅拌,得温补肾阳固体饮料。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种温补肾阳固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酶解牡蛎肽的制备方法为:将牡蛎锻制后蒸煮,然后置入酶解罐中加入木瓜酶和碱性酶进行酶解,经活性炭脱苦,脱色,高压分离过滤,再进行超滤,经20mpa高压均质,双效浓缩,65℃干燥喷粉,得酶解牡蛎肽。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种温补肾阳固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述将牡蛎锻制后蒸煮温度为45℃,蒸煮时间为4h。
6.根据权利要求4所述一种温补肾阳固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述酶解温度为40-45℃,酶解时间为36h。
7.根据权利要求3所述一种温补肾阳固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述浸泡时间为2h。
8.根据权利要求3所述一种温补肾阳固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,蒸煮次数为2-3次,蒸煮温度为90℃,每次蒸煮时间为35min。
9.根据权利要求3所述一种温补肾阳固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,喷雾干燥进风温度为120-160℃,出风温度为65-75℃。
