The U-shaped heating plate unit 3 comprises a U-shaped groove 301 arranged on the lower surface of the rectangular plate body 101, an in-groove shaft body 302 arranged in the U-shaped groove 301 and close to one side position of the heating wire hole 103, a U-shaped rotating plate 303 sleeved on the in-groove shaft body 302 after holes are formed in two ends, a spiral heating wire 304 arranged in the U-shaped rotating plate 303, and a clamping column 305 arranged on the U-shaped rotating plate 303 and used for being inserted into the inserting hole 104.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the U-shaped rotating plate 303 are respectively provided with a mounting hole, and the two inner shaft bodies 302 in the grooves correspond to the two mounting holes, so that the U-shaped rotating plate 303 can be stably rotated downwards to be opened and rotated upwards to be folded within a range of about 90 degrees.
In addition, the spiral heating wire 304 is provided with a wire which is led out and inserted into the heating wire hole 103 and is externally connected with a power supply, the wire needs to be relatively long, and proper winding and retracting functions are also needed, so that at least the following two points are ensured: 1. when the U-shaped rotating plate 303 rotates to a vertical working state, the length of the lead is enough; 2. when the U-shaped rotary plate 303 rotates to a horizontal inactive state, the wires will not drop down greatly, otherwise they will be twisted in by the combined stirring column unit 2.
At least the portion of the U-shaped rotating plate 303, in which the spiral heating wire 304 is disposed, is required to have a better heat conducting capability, such as thin-wall metal, while the material of the clamping post 305 is a medium elastic rubber, so as to ensure that the clamping post 305 can be stably clamped and fixed.
The clamping post 305 is smaller at the top and larger at the bottom and is provided with a bevel for receiving the pushing action of the radial cylinder unit 4.
In this embodiment, the clamping post 305 is small at the top and large at the bottom, so that the elastic clamping force is enough, and the multiple steps can be adjusted, and the inclined surface thereof is oriented to the direction in which the radial cylinder unit 4 rotates, so that the clamping post 305 can be pushed downward, and the U-shaped rotating plate 303 can be opened naturally, i.e. rotated downward.
Of course, the plugging friction force at the inner shaft 302 in the groove can be appropriately larger, so as to avoid the direct rotation of the U-shaped rotating plate 303 over the head when the rotation falls down, and frequently impact the side wall of the barrel 11.
Finally, a radial hole may be further formed in the clamping post 305, and when the clamping post 305 is inserted into the insertion hole 104 together, the radial hole is higher than the upper surface of the rectangular plate 101, and a stop rod is inserted into the radial hole and is blocked on the upper surface of the rectangular plate 101, so as to serve as a "safety catch" to prevent the U-shaped heating plate unit 3 from being accidentally rotated and opened.
And the stop lever needs to be pulled out in advance before the radial cylinder unit 4 needs to push down to open the clamping post 305.
The radial cylinder unit 4 includes a fixed cylinder 401 provided on a motor shaft of the motor 12 and vertically coinciding with the fixed cylinder 201, and a sleeve 402 provided on the fixed cylinder 401 and used for pushing down the clamping cylinder 305.
In this embodiment, when the mixer is used for mixing wet materials and the U-shaped heating plate unit 3 does not need to be turned down to be opened, the sleeve 402 is inserted and fastened radially inwards on the fixing column 401, so that the sleeve 402 cannot touch the clamping column 305 when being turned up.
When the U-shaped heating plate unit 3 needs to be rotated downwards to be opened, the motor 12 is turned off, then the sleeve 402 is pulled out properly, finally the radial cylinder unit 4 is rotated manually, so that the sleeve 402 is extruded onto the inclined surface of the clamping column 305, the clamping column 305 is extruded downwards, and the U-shaped rotating plate 303 is rotated smoothly to be opened.
In addition, before the U-shaped rotating plate 303 is rotated upwards to be folded, the motor 12 together with the combined stirring column unit 2 cannot rotate, the U-shaped rotating plate 303 is manually rotated upwards, the clamping column 305 is relatively forcefully inserted into the inserting hole 104, and finally the sleeve 402 is folded again, so that the subsequent rotation stirring operation can be performed.
The U-shaped heating plate unit 3 is rotated and unfolded downward after the motor 12 is turned off.
In this embodiment, two conditions must be met before the motor 12 is turned on: 1. the U-shaped heating plate unit 3 is folded upwards in a rotating way and is fixed; 2. the sleeve 402 has been retracted radially inward and does not touch the clamping post 305.
Therefore, the sleeve 402 is made of rubber, and is hard to be pulled out and pushed into the fixing post 401.
