Description

Pesticide solid preparation for reducing decomposition rate of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticide plant growth regulator preparations, in particular to a pesticide solid preparation for reducing the decomposition rate of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate.
Background
The diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate raw material is colorless to pale yellow oily liquid, is insoluble in water and is easily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, acetone, chloroform and the like. Because of the existence of amino in the chemical structure, the stock solution is more alkaline, and the ester bond in the chemical structure is more damaged, so that the stock solution is directly poor in stability, can be easily decomposed under normal temperature storage, and is more decomposed under the heat storage condition. In actual production, the original drug manufacturer mainly coordinates the original drug with citric acid to form salt to prepare the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate, so that the stability of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate can be properly improved, and in addition, the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate is in a solid state and can be completely water-soluble, so that the problems of difficult storage and transportation of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and water solubility are solved.
The diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate is white to off-white solid crystal or powder, has light ester flavor and greasy feel, is easy to dissolve in water, can be dissolved in polar organic solvents such as ethanol, methanol, acetone and the like, and can be prepared into water-soluble liquid preparations and solid preparations. The liquid preparation of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate has the advantages that the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate is easy to hydrolyze, alcoholyze and ammonolysis reaction at normal temperature due to the existence of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate in an aqueous, alcohol or polar solvent system, and particularly when the temperature is higher, the decomposition is accelerated, so that the validity period of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate preparation is generally short. Experimental research shows that after the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate is compounded with a plurality of fillers and solvents, the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate has higher heat storage decomposition rate, and the drug effect and the shelf life of the product are influenced. Particularly, when the conditions are poor and the stock time at the high-temperature and high-humidity places is long, the content is reduced by more than 50 percent, particularly, the water-based preparation is longer in storage time, the temperature is higher, the content degradation reaches more than 90 percent, and the storage stability of the related preparation product is seriously disqualified.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments thereof in order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical aspects of the invention.
The invention firstly provides a pesticide solid preparation which comprises diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate and sugar alcohol, wherein the weight ratio of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate to the sugar alcohol is 1 (1-25). Preferably, the weight ratio of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate to the sugar alcohol is 1 (2.5-25).
The decomposition of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate is mainly influenced by temperature, pH, moisture and filler, the storage temperature of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate preparation cannot be controlled, and the moisture in the liquid preparation has the greatest influence on the stability of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, so that the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate preparation is preferably prepared into a solid preparation. The medicine has a lot of interactions with auxiliary materials, mainly physical and chemical effects or both. The auxiliary materials are selected, so that the results of the actions are considered, the results of the physical actions are weak, the results of the chemical actions are complex, such as hydrolysis reaction, alcoholysis reaction, ammonolysis reaction, oxidation-reduction reaction and the like, and the medicine is decomposed to generate impure substances. The diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate can be prepared into a preparation by selecting a plurality of different auxiliary materials, and the different auxiliary materials have fixed acid-base property, and can have different effects on the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate preparation when being used together with the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate, so that the selection of the auxiliary materials has a vital effect on the stability and the validity period of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate solid preparation. The research shows that after the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate is compounded with a plurality of fillers (such as potassium dihydrogen phosphate, potassium sulfate, sodium polyborate, magnesium sulfate and the like), the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate has higher heat storage and Chang Chu decomposition rate, and the drug effect of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate is influenced. Especially, if the conditions are poor and the stock time at the high-temperature and high-humidity places is long, the content is even reduced by more than 50%, so that the thermal stability of the related preparation products is seriously disqualified. The invention prolongs the effective period of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate preparation by using sugar alcohol substances and soluble sugar as auxiliary materials. By reducing the decomposition of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, the action time and the action effect of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate are greatly improved.
The unique polyol structure of the sugar alcohol is beneficial to uniformly wrapping the sugar alcohol on the surface of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate, so that the moisture is isolated as much as possible. Therefore, sugar alcohol is used as an auxiliary material of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate soluble powder, so that the contact of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate with water can be reduced, the hydrolysis of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate can be delayed, and the validity period of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate citrate solid preparation can be prolonged. Furthermore, sugar alcohols play an important role in the life cycle of plants. It not only provides energy and metabolic intermediate products for the growth and development of plants, but also has a signal function. It is also an important regulator of plant growth and development and gene expression. Sugar alcohol can be used as carrier of other nutrient elements such as boron, and can carry mineral nutrient for rapid transportation in phloem of plant. The plant phloem juice is a natural extract in the plant phloem juice, and has no toxicity and no damage to plants and human bodies; the molecular weight is low, the plant is easy to be absorbed by the leaves, and the plant is easy to degrade and release nutrients, so that the energy consumption is low; in particular, the sugar alcohol is a natural wetting agent, has a moisturizing function, can avoid the failure of the liquid medicine caused by rapid drying of the leaves, and prolongs the time of the leaves for absorbing nutrient elements; the natural surfactant can spread and uniformly cover nutrient elements on the whole blade, improve the absorption area of the blade, and avoid burning the blade due to overhigh local concentration of micronutrients; sugar alcohols can also improve stress resistance of plants. On the one hand, sugar alcohols are important substances involved in intracellular osmotic regulation. Under the stress of salt damage, drought, flooding and the like, the sugar alcohol can adjust the cell permeability of the plant to adapt the plant to the stress growth; on the other hand, the sugar alcohol can improve the resistance to active oxygen and avoid the damage of plant active oxygen caused by ultraviolet sunburn, drought, disease, hypoxia and other reasons.
In order to enable the sugar alcohol to be better complexed with medium and trace elements and to be rapidly transported in phloem, the sugar alcohol is at least one of sorbitol, mannitol, maltitol, lactitol and xylitol.
In order to enable the invention to be better applied to the growth of crops, the invention also provides a pesticide solid preparation, and the pesticide solid preparation also comprises an auxiliary agent acceptable in agriculture and pharmacy.
In order to adapt to different plant planting environments, the dosage form of the pesticide-planting solid preparation can be one of soluble powder, soluble granules and soluble tablets.
More preferably, the pesticide formulation is soluble powder and soluble granule.
The auxiliary agent can be at least one of wetting agent, dispersing agent, anti-caking agent, filler, disintegrating agent and synergist according to different dosage form requirements.
In the pesticide solid preparation for reducing the decomposition rate of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, in order to make the solid material more easily soaked by water, a wetting agent can be added, wherein the wetting agent is one or more of alkylphenol ethoxylates, formaldehyde condensate sulfate, alkylphenol ethoxylate phosphate, phenethyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, alkyl sulfate, alkyl sulfonate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, sodium alkyl naphthalene sulfonate (Morwet EFW), alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensate sulfate and alkylamidyl taurate.
In the pesticide solid preparation for reducing the decomposition rate of the diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, a synergistic agent can be added for improving the application performance of the preparation to crops, wherein the synergistic agent is at least one of organosilicon synergistic agent, tea saponin, azone, thioketone, penetrant JFC (fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether) and fast T (dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate).
When the solid preparation is soluble powder, the pesticide solid preparation can also comprise an anti-caking agent, preferably anhydrous magnesium sulfate, white carbon black and the like, in order to prevent the soluble powder from caking and keep good fluidity of materials.
When the solid preparation is in the form of soluble powder, soluble granule or soluble tablet, the filler is saccharide. More preferably, the saccharide is at least one of glucose, sucrose, lactose, starch, cellulose, and cyclodextrin.
