Specifically, the hoisting equipment can be an electric hoist, a winch, a chain block and the like.
When the whole walking mechanism needs to be taken down, the lifting equipment is used for hooking the lifting point supporting legs 5 and lifting the whole body upwards for a small distance to separate the walking crawler assembly 2 from the walking hanging points 7, then the swing arm 3 is pushed by the linear displacement driving device 41 to rotate to enable the walking crawler assembly 2 to be close to the frame 1, and then the whole walking mechanism is put down by the lifting equipment.
In order to reduce the track cost, the walking hanging points 7 are reasonably arranged, the distance between the walking hanging points 7 along the bridge direction is slightly larger, in order to ensure that enough walking hanging points 7 support the walking crawler belt assembly 2 in the walking process, the walking crawler belt assembly 2 needs to be lengthened, if one group of walking crawler belt assemblies 2 is adopted, the crawler belt 21 is difficult to tension, the middle dropping amplitude is larger, and the problem of two-way walking of the walking crawler belt assemblies 2 is solved by adopting at least more than two groups of walking crawler belt assemblies 2.
The track is replaced by the walking hanging points 7, so that the track of the beam bottom inspection vehicle is prevented from being arranged on the whole line, the workload of laying the track is greatly reduced, and the cost is effectively reduced; meanwhile, the integral installation and disassembly of the beam bottom inspection vehicle are facilitated, the transportation and storage of the inspection vehicle are facilitated, and the use of one vehicle of multiple bridges 6 or multiple bridge sections can be realized.
When the inspection vehicle does not need to be overhauled, the whole inspection vehicle can be detached and placed indoors, so that the damage of the inspection vehicle when the inspection vehicle is not used is reduced, and meanwhile, the use of one vehicle of multiple bridges 6 or multiple bridge sections is realized.
The invention is not limited to the foregoing embodiments. The invention extends to any novel feature or any novel combination of features disclosed in this specification and any novel method or process steps or any novel combination of features disclosed.
