Specifically, the hoisting equipment can be an electric hoist, a winch, a chain block and the like.
When the whole walking mechanism needs to be taken down, the lifting equipment is used for hooking the lifting point supporting legs 5 and lifting the whole body upwards for a small distance to separate the walking crawler assembly 2 from the walking hanging points 7, then the swing arm 3 is pushed by the linear displacement driving device 41 to rotate to enable the walking crawler assembly 2 to be close to the frame 1, and then the whole walking mechanism is put down by the lifting equipment.
In order to reduce the track cost, the walking hanging points 7 are reasonably arranged, the distance between the walking hanging points 7 along the bridge direction is slightly larger, in order to ensure that enough walking hanging points 7 support the walking crawler belt assembly 2 in the walking process, the walking crawler belt assembly 2 needs to be lengthened, if one group of walking crawler belt assemblies 2 is adopted, the crawler belt 21 is difficult to tension, the middle dropping amplitude is larger, and the problem of two-way walking of the walking crawler belt assemblies 2 is solved by adopting at least more than two groups of walking crawler belt assemblies 2.
The track is replaced by the walking hanging points 7, so that the track of the beam bottom inspection vehicle is prevented from being arranged on the whole line, the workload of laying the track is greatly reduced, and the cost is effectively reduced; meanwhile, the integral installation and disassembly of the beam bottom inspection vehicle are facilitated, the transportation and storage of the inspection vehicle are facilitated, and the use of one vehicle of multiple bridges 6 or multiple bridge sections can be realized.
When the inspection vehicle does not need to be overhauled, the whole inspection vehicle can be detached and placed indoors, so that the damage of the inspection vehicle when the inspection vehicle is not used is reduced, and meanwhile, the use of one vehicle of multiple bridges 6 or multiple bridge sections is realized.

Claims (10)
1. A track-distance-variable crawler-type traveling mechanism for bridge maintenance is characterized by comprising a frame, traveling crawler assemblies, a driving mechanism and a track, wherein the traveling crawler assemblies are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the frame and are positioned on the outer sides of the frame; the driving mechanism is arranged on the frame.

The track-pitch-variable crawler-type traveling mechanism for bridge overhaul according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises at least two sets of swinging arm members with the same structure and two ends respectively hinged with the traveling crawler assembly and the frame, and a linear displacement driving device hinged with one set of the swinging arm members and installed in the frame.

The track-pitch-variable crawler-type traveling mechanism for bridge maintenance according to claim 2, wherein the linear displacement driving device comprises a lead screw arranged along the length direction of the frame, a lead screw driving motor connected with one end of the lead screw, a lead screw nut sleeved outside the lead screw and used in cooperation with the lead screw, a lead screw nut mounting seat used for mounting the lead screw nut, a connecting rod with one end hinged to the lead screw nut and hinged to one group of swing arm members, and a sliding rail arranged in the frame, in sliding fit with the lead screw nut mounting seat and arranged along the length direction of the lead screw.

The track pitch-variable crawler-type traveling mechanism for bridge overhaul according to claim 2, wherein the traveling crawler assembly comprises two sets of crawlers which are arranged in parallel and positioned on the outer side of the frame, and crawler frames which are arranged corresponding to the crawlers; the swing arm piece includes two sets of symmetrical arrangement and respectively with two sets of track frame articulated swing arm.

The track-pitch-variable crawler-type traveling mechanism for bridge overhaul according to claim 4, wherein the traveling crawler assembly further comprises chain wheels which are arranged at two ends of the crawler frame in the length direction of the frame and are in transmission fit with the crawler, and a chain wheel driving motor which is in transmission connection with one group of chain wheels.

The track-pitch-variable crawler-type traveling mechanism for bridge overhaul according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of guide wheels are arranged on the outer side of the crawler frame along the longitudinal direction thereof, and a plurality of support wheels in transmission connection with the crawler are arranged on the top of the crawler frame along the longitudinal direction thereof.

The track-pitch-variable crawler-type traveling mechanism for bridge maintenance according to claim 1, wherein the frame comprises two sets of truss pieces arranged in parallel along the bridge direction, a connecting plate connected with the two sets of truss pieces respectively, a swing arm mounting rack arranged corresponding to the swing arm piece and having one end hinged with the swing arm piece, and lifting point support legs connected with the two sets of truss pieces and located at the bottoms of the truss pieces; the truss is provided with a through hole for the swing arm piece to pass through.

The track-pitch-variable crawler-type running mechanism for bridge overhaul according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein at least two groups of running crawler assemblies are arranged along the length direction of the frame; the driving mechanisms and the walking crawler assemblies are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
in a walking state, a gap exists between two adjacent groups of walking crawler assemblies on the same side along the bridge direction.

The track-pitch-variable crawler-type traveling mechanism for bridge overhaul according to claim 7, wherein the track comprises a plurality of sets of traveling hanging points arranged along the bridge-wise direction and in transmission connection with the traveling crawler assemblies, and the length of a single set of traveling crawler assemblies along the bridge-wise direction is greater than twice the distance between two adjacent sets of traveling hanging points arranged along the bridge-wise direction.
10. The track-pitch-variable crawler-type traveling mechanism for bridge overhaul according to claim 9, further comprising a vertical lifting device connected with the lifting point supporting legs and the traveling hanging points respectively.
