Each clamping block 72 is provided with a clamping groove 721, and the shape of the clamping groove 721 is matched with the shape of the vertex angle of the box body, so that the function of positioning and clamping the vertex angle of the box body by the clamping blocks 72 is realized. Also, in order to improve the stability of the attachment of the clamp block 72 to the surface of the box body, a silicone cushion for enhancing friction may be disposed in the clamp slot 721 of the clamp block 72.
In one embodiment, the first, second, third and fourth drive structures 42, 23 and 73 may be one or more of a servo drive module, a pneumatic drive module, a hydraulic drive module, and an electric drive module.
Since the first driving structure 42 and the fourth driving structure 73 can respectively drive the frame 30 and the clamping block 72 to move on the first track set 41 and the clamping arm 71, the clamping and displacing device for box polishing can be suitable for clamping and polishing cabinets with different sizes.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a box polishing method, where the clamping and position changing device for box polishing includes: the box body is hoisted on the bearing platform 10, and the positioning component 20 clamps and positions the box body; sequentially polishing the side surfaces of the box body except the bottom surface; the clamping assembly 70 moves to the position of the box body, clamps the top angle of the box body and rises to a proper position, rotates freely in 360 degrees and hovers at any angle, and is matched with the polishing head to complete the polishing of the inside and the outside of the box body; the clamping assembly 70 rotates the box body and then places the box body on the bearing platform 10, withdraws to a safe distance, and the positioning assembly 20 clamps and positions the box body and then polishes the bottom surface which is not polished, so that the whole box body is polished.
