It should be noted that the elastic adjusting assembly can support the mounting frame 2, so that the conveying roller 1 can convey floors with different thicknesses, and the application range of the device is expanded. After the floor is placed on the conveying roller 1, the first elastic piece 51 and the second elastic piece 52 are elastically deformed, the guide rod 3 plays a role in guiding, and the limiting table 4 can prevent the elastic adjusting assembly from falling off.
The first elastic piece 51 and the second elastic piece 52 are both compression springs, and the first elastic piece 51 and the second elastic piece 52 are both sleeved on the periphery of the guide rod 3, so that the guide rod can be used for a long time, cannot fall off, and is high in stability.
The invention also provides a working method of the gluing device for wood-plastic floor production, which comprises the following steps:
s1, placing the floor to be glued on a conveying mechanism, and conveying the floor by the conveying mechanism, wherein the floor can be conveyed into and out of the mounting cover 27 through an inlet and an outlet;
s2, starting the fan 6, enabling the first nozzle 11 to spray air, blowing dust on the floor into the dust collecting cavity through the air inlet channel, enabling the air to be discharged out of the air guide piece 12 through the filtering holes, enabling the dust to be trapped inside the dust collecting cavity, achieving shunting of the dust and the air, and preventing the air from flowing back to the air inlet channel;
s3, conveying the floor into the mounting cover 27, conveying the glue in the glue storage box 23 into the glue discharging cylinder 25 through the connecting pipe 24, coating the glue on the glue roller 26 by the glue discharging cylinder 25, carrying out glue coating treatment on the floor by the glue roller 26, and enabling the glue roller 26 to be in contact with the surface of the floor to uniformly and fully coat the glue;
s4, the second nozzle 22 sprays air to dry the floor after being coated with glue, so that sundries are prevented from being attached to the glue, and the glue coating quality is guaranteed;
s5, the floor conveying mechanism is conveyed out from the mounting cover 27.
Claims (10)
1. A floor gluing and air-drying device is characterized by comprising a processing table (28), an air guide piece (12), an installation cover (27), a gluing mechanism and an air guide mechanism; a material conveying mechanism for conveying the floor is arranged on the processing table (28); the air guide piece (12) is of a spiral plate-shaped structure, the two longitudinal ends of the air guide piece (12) are connected with side plates (13) and are installed on a processing table (28) through the side plates (13), the air guide piece (12) is positioned above the material conveying mechanism, an air inlet channel and a dust deposition cavity which are communicated are arranged between the air guide piece (12) and the side plates (13), the inner wall of the dust deposition cavity is provided with a filter hole, and the opening of the air inlet channel faces the conveying direction of the material conveying mechanism; the mounting cover (27) is arranged at the conveying rear part of the material conveying mechanism, the air guide mechanism is arranged on the mounting cover (27), the air guide mechanism is provided with two exhaust ports which are respectively positioned in the front and the rear of the gluing mechanism, the front side exhaust port is opposite to the opening of the exhaust channel, and the rear side exhaust port is used for drying the floor after gluing.

The floor gluing and air-drying device according to claim 1, wherein the air guide mechanism comprises a fan (6), an air outlet pipe (7), a three-way pipe (8), a first air conveying pipe (9), a first exhaust pipe (10), a first nozzle (11), an air guide piece (12), a support (19), a second air conveying pipe (20), a second exhaust pipe (21) and a second nozzle (22);
the air blower (6) is arranged on the mounting cover (27), the output end of the air blower (6) is communicated with the air outlet pipe (7), the three-way pipe (8) is provided with an air inlet end and two air outlet ends, the air inlet end is communicated with the air outlet pipe (7), the two air outlet ends are respectively communicated with the first air pipe (9) and the second air pipe (20), one end of the first air pipe (9) far away from the three-way pipe (8) is communicated with the first exhaust pipe (10), the first nozzle (11) is communicated with the first exhaust pipe (10), the first nozzles (11) are arranged in parallel, the first nozzles (11) face the air inlet channel, one end of the second air pipe (20) far away from the three-way pipe (8) is communicated with the second exhaust pipe (21), the second nozzle (22) is positioned inside the mounting cover (27), and the second nozzle (22) is arranged in parallel; the air guide piece (12), the first nozzle (11), the gluing mechanism and the second nozzle (22) are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism; the two exhaust ports are the first nozzle (11) and the second nozzle (22) respectively.

A floor gluing and air-drying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gluing mechanism comprises a glue storage box (23), a connecting pipe (24), a glue discharging cylinder (25) and a glue spreading roller (26); store up gluey case (23) and set up at installation cover (27) top, store up gluey case (23), connecting pipe (24) and a rubber tube of arranging (25) communicate in proper order, rubber tube of arranging (25) set up on installation cover (27) inner wall, rubber tube of arranging (25) are located glue spreader (26) top, glue spreader (26) rotate and set up inside installation cover (27), installation cover (27) set up on processing platform (28), be provided with the exit that is used for passing the floor along the defeated material direction of defeated material mechanism on installation cover (27).
4. A floor gluing and air-drying device according to claim 1, characterised in that a scraping plate (18) is arranged at the bottom of the air guide (12).

A floor gluing and air-drying device as claimed in claim 1, characterized by further comprising a dust cleaning assembly, wherein the dust cleaning assembly comprises a dust scraping plate (14), a connecting rod (15), a connecting plate (16) and a holding portion (17), the dust scraping plate (14) is attached to the inner wall of the dust collecting cavity, the dust scraping plate (14), the connecting rod (15), the connecting plate (16) and the holding portion (17) are sequentially connected, the connecting plate (16) and the dust scraping plate (14) are identical in structure, and a mounting hole for embedding the connecting plate (16) is formed in one side plate (13).

The floor gluing and air-drying device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the glue discharging cylinder (25) is internally provided with a storage cavity and a discharge channel which are communicated from top to bottom, and the discharge channel is gradually reduced from top to bottom along the radial distance of the glue spreading roller (26).
7. A floor gluing and air-drying device according to claim 1, characterized in that glue blocking rings are arranged at both axial ends of the glue roll (26).

The floor gluing and air-drying device according to claim 1, characterized in that the material conveying mechanism comprises a conveying roller (1), a mounting frame (2) and an elastic adjusting assembly, the conveying roller (1) is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame (2), the conveying roller (1) is arranged in parallel along the conveying direction, the mounting frame (2) is horizontally arranged above the processing table (28), the elastic adjusting assembly is provided with a plurality of groups, the elastic adjusting assembly comprises a guide rod (3), a limiting table (4), a first elastic member (51) and a second elastic member (52), the guide rod (3) is vertically arranged at the bottom of the mounting frame (2), the guide rod (3) is slidably arranged on the processing table (28), the limiting table (4) is arranged at the bottom of the guide rod (3), the first elastic member (51) and the second elastic member (52) are both vertically arranged, two ends of the first elastic member (51) are respectively connected with the mounting frame (2) and the processing table (28), two ends of the second elastic piece (52) are respectively connected with the processing table (28) and the limiting table (4).

A floor gluing and air-drying device as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the first elastic member (51) and the second elastic member (52) are both compression springs, and the first elastic member (51) and the second elastic member (52) are both sleeved on the outer periphery of the guide rod (3).
10. An operating method of the glue spreading device for wood-plastic flooring production according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s1, placing the floor to be glued on a material conveying mechanism, and conveying the floor by the material conveying mechanism;
s2, starting the air guide mechanism, spraying air from the front side air outlet, blowing dust on the floor into the dust collecting cavity through the air inlet channel, discharging the air out of the air guide piece (12) through the filter hole, and intercepting the dust in the dust collecting cavity;
s3, the floor enters the mounting cover (27), and a gluing mechanism is used for gluing the floor;
s4, spraying air from the rear side exhaust port simultaneously, and drying the floor after gluing;
s5, the floor conveying mechanism is conveyed out from the mounting cover (27).
