A gluing device for wood-plastic floor production is characterized by comprising a fan (6), an air outlet pipe (7), a three-way pipe (8), a first air delivery pipe (9), a first exhaust pipe (10), a first nozzle (11), an air guide piece (12), a support (19), a second air delivery pipe (20), a second exhaust pipe (21), a second nozzle (22), a glue storage box (23), a connecting pipe (24), a glue discharging cylinder (25), a gluing roller (26), an installation cover (27) and a processing table (28);
a material conveying mechanism for conveying the floor is arranged on the processing table (28), and supporting legs are arranged at the bottom of the processing table (28); the air guide piece (12) is of a spiral plate-shaped structure, the two longitudinal ends of the air guide piece (12) are connected with side plates (13), an air inlet channel and a dust deposition cavity which are communicated are arranged between the air guide piece (12) and the side plates (13), the inner wall of the dust deposition cavity is provided with a filter hole, the opening of the air inlet channel faces the conveying direction of the material conveying mechanism, the air guide piece (12) is arranged on a support (19), and the support (19) is arranged on a processing table (28); the fan (6) is arranged on the mounting cover (27), the output end of the fan (6) is communicated with the air outlet pipe (7), the three-way pipe (8) is provided with an air inlet end and two air outlet ends, the air inlet end is communicated with the air outlet pipe (7), the two air outlet ends are respectively communicated with the first air pipe (9) and the second air pipe (20), one end of the first air pipe (9) far away from the three-way pipe (8) is communicated with the first exhaust pipe (10), the first nozzle (11) is communicated with the first exhaust pipe (10), the first nozzles (11) are arranged in parallel, the first nozzles (11) face the air inlet channel, one end of the second air pipe (20) far away from the three-way pipe (8) is communicated with the second exhaust pipe (21), the second nozzle (22) is positioned inside the mounting cover (27), and the second nozzle (22) is arranged in parallel, the glue storage box (23) is arranged at the top of the mounting cover (27), the glue storage box (23), the connecting pipe (24) and the glue discharging cylinder (25) are sequentially communicated, the glue discharging cylinder (25) is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting cover (27), the glue discharging cylinder (25) is positioned above the glue coating roller (26), the glue coating roller (26) is rotatably arranged inside the mounting cover (27), the mounting cover (27) is arranged on the processing table (28), and an inlet and an outlet for penetrating through a floor are formed in the mounting cover (27) along the material conveying direction of the material conveying mechanism; the air guide piece (12), the first nozzle (11), the glue spreader (26) and the second nozzle (22) are sequentially arranged along the material conveying direction of the material conveying mechanism.
2. The gluing device for the production of wood-plastic floors according to claim 1, characterized in that a scraping plate (18) is arranged at the bottom of the air guide (12).
3. The gluing device for wood-plastic floor production as recited in claim 1, wherein dust-absorbing cotton is attached to the inner wall of the dust chamber.

The gluing device for wood-plastic floor production according to claim 1, further comprising a dust cleaning assembly, wherein the dust cleaning assembly comprises a dust scraping plate (14), a connecting rod (15), a connecting plate (16) and a handle (17), the dust scraping plate (14) is attached to the inner wall of the dust collecting cavity, the dust scraping plate (14), the connecting rod (15), the connecting plate (16) and the handle (17) are sequentially connected, the connecting plate (16) and the dust scraping plate (14) are identical in structure, and a mounting hole for embedding the connecting plate (16) is formed in one side plate (13).

The gluing device for the wood-plastic floor production as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inside of the glue discharging cylinder (25) is provided with a storage cavity and a discharge channel which are communicated from top to bottom, and the discharge channel is gradually reduced from top to bottom along the radial distance of the glue spreading roller (26).
6. The gluing device for the production of wood-plastic floors as claimed in claim 1, wherein both axial ends of the glue roller (26) are provided with glue blocking rings.

The gluing device for the wood-plastic floor production according to claim 1, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying roller (1), a mounting frame (2) and an elastic adjusting assembly, the conveying roller (1) is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame (2), the conveying roller (1) is arranged in parallel along the conveying direction, the mounting frame (2) is horizontally arranged above the processing table (28), the elastic adjusting assembly comprises a plurality of groups, the elastic adjusting assembly comprises a guide rod (3), a limiting table (4), a first elastic member (51) and a second elastic member (52), the guide rod (3) is vertically arranged at the bottom of the mounting frame (2), the guide rod (3) is slidably arranged on the processing table (28), the limiting table (4) is arranged at the bottom of the guide rod (3), the first elastic member (51) and the second elastic member (52) are both vertically arranged, two ends of the first elastic member (51) are respectively connected with the mounting frame (2) and the processing table (28), two ends of the second elastic piece (52) are respectively connected with the processing table (28) and the limiting table (4).

The gluing device for wood-plastic floor production as claimed in claim 7, wherein the first elastic member (51) and the second elastic member (52) are both compression springs, and the first elastic member (51) and the second elastic member (52) are both sleeved on the outer peripheral side of the guide rod (3).
9. An operating method of the glue spreading device for wood-plastic flooring production according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, placing the floor to be glued on a material conveying mechanism, and conveying the floor by the material conveying mechanism;
s2, starting a fan (6), enabling air to be sprayed out of a first nozzle (11), blowing dust on the floor into the dust collecting cavity through an air inlet channel, enabling the air to be discharged out of an air guide piece (12) through a filtering hole, and enabling the dust to be trapped inside the dust collecting cavity;
s3, enabling the floor to enter the mounting cover (27), conveying rubber in the rubber storage box (23) into the rubber discharging cylinder (25) through the connecting pipe (24), coating the rubber on the rubber coating roller (26) by the rubber discharging cylinder (25), and performing rubber coating treatment on the floor by the rubber coating roller (26);
s4, spraying air from a second nozzle (22) and drying the floor after gluing;
s5, the floor conveying mechanism is conveyed out from the mounting cover (27).
