Examples
The invention relates to an environment-friendly anti-corrosion treatment method for a household wood board, which comprises the following steps: 1) cutting the wood board to a proper size, and polishing the surface to be smooth; 2) dipping a layer of wood wax oil on the surface of the wood board by cloth, and standing and airing at room temperature; 3) spraying anticorrosive paint on the surface of the wood board by using a spraying device, taking out the wood board after spraying, drying at the temperature of 35-40 ℃, coating a preservative film layer on the surface of the wood board, and uniformly poking small holes on the preservative film layer; then placing the wood board coated with the preservative film layer into a steam chamber, introducing high-temperature steam into the steam chamber, heating to 110-115 ℃, treating for 30-45min, stopping introducing the high-temperature steam, standing in the steam chamber, naturally cooling to 40-45 ℃, taking out the wood board, stripping the preservative film layer, and drying; 4) spraying finish paint on the surface of the wood board by using a spraying device again, after the wood board is naturally dried, placing the wood board in a heating device for processing at 75-80 ℃ for 15-20min, quickly taking out the wood board when the wood board is not cooled, placing the wood board in the spraying device, spraying a layer of anticorrosive paint on the surface of the finish paint, drying by hot air, covering the wood board with wet cloth, wrapping the wood board and the wet cloth by using a preservative film layer with small holes uniformly poked, placing the wood board in the heating device for processing at the temperature of 100 ℃ and 110 ℃ until the wet cloth is completely dried, taking out the wood board, placing the wood board at room temperature, and cooling, wherein the liquid soaked in the wet cloth is formed by mixing the anticorrosive paint and clear water at the ratio of 1: 10-12; 5) and taking down the preservative film layer and the wet cloth coated outside the wood board, and finally brushing a protective wax layer on the surface of the wood board to obtain the finished wood board.
The environment-friendly anti-corrosion treatment method disclosed by the invention can ensure that the anti-corrosion coating can penetrate into the surface of the wood board, and the finish paint layer and the anti-corrosion coating layer can be mutually permeated and fused, so that the bonding and adhesion capacity between the anti-corrosion coating and the wood board is greatly improved, the mutual bonding force between the finish paint and the anti-corrosion coating is enhanced, the anti-corrosion coating is fully permeated, the anti-corrosion effect is improved, the anti-corrosion coating cannot easily fall off, and the service life of the wood board is prolonged. Firstly, spraying a layer of anticorrosive paint on the surface of the wood board, then adopting a mode of wrapping a preservative film layer, and treating the wood board by high-temperature steam in a steam chamber, wherein the anticorrosive paint has certain fluidity at high temperature, and meanwhile, the steam penetrates through the preservative film layer and is mixed with the anticorrosive paint through small holes, so that the anticorrosive paint gradually permeates into the wood board at high temperature, and meanwhile, the preservative film layer can ensure that the water contained in the anticorrosive paint cannot rapidly pass, and plays a role of wrapping a lone star on the paint, so that the anticorrosive paint is convenient to be coagulated in the natural cooling process after the steam treatment is finished; after the treatment is finished, spraying a layer of finish paint, heating to 75-80 ℃, then spraying a layer of anticorrosive paint, when the anticorrosive paint is sprayed on the finish paint, because of the high temperature of the finish paint, the anti-corrosion coating is heated to increase the fluidity and can be slightly infiltrated into the finish paint layer, then covering the wet cloth and wrapping the wet cloth by a preservative film to be heated at high temperature, contacting the liquid in the wet cloth with the anticorrosive coating layer, under the heating condition, the anti-corrosion coating layer, the finish paint and the anti-corrosion coating layer coated on the wood board are heated, and the moisture of wet cloth is supplemented, so that the wood board, the anticorrosive coating layer, the finish paint and the anticorrosive coating layer mutually permeate, the uniformity and the bonding capability of the finish paint and the anticorrosive coating are improved, meanwhile, the wet distribution and the preservative film layer can maintain the moisture in the finish paint and the anticorrosive paint, and the phenomenon that the performance of the finish paint and the anticorrosive paint is influenced by excessive loss of the moisture is avoided.
