A film covering method for a wood-plastic floor comprises the following steps:

Secondly, when the floor passes through the floor cleaning assembly 4, the floor cleaning assembly 4 is arranged at the upper end of the floor in parallel through the supporting rollers and the supporting rollers 402, and the coated surface is effectively cleaned by the two cleaning cylinder brushes 403 which rotate oppositely and the dust collector 18 when the floor passes through, so that impurities on the surface of the floor are removed.
Thirdly, when the floor passes through the lower part of the gluing component 6, glue is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the floor through the atomizing spray head 603, the glue coating can be fully and uniformly distributed through the arrangement of the scraper blade 605 and the leveling pad 604, and secondly, fog drops generated by glue spraying are sucked and discharged through the demisting pipe 606.
And fourthly, when the decorative film is guided out, the decorative film is influenced by the vacuum of the vacuumizing assembly 8, the decorative film is attached to the surface of the film guide part 802 and then contacts with the surface of the floor, and the decorative film is adsorbed on the surface of the floor.
And fifthly, when the floor is coated with the film, the vacuum cover 15 forms a negative pressure area at the bottom of the contact area of the decorative film, and a negative pressure state is formed in the equipment, so that air can be effectively prevented from entering between the film and the floor.
And sixthly, after the floor is contacted with the decorative film, the floor is compacted and tightly attached by a film pressing roller 9 at the rear end, and the attaching part of the floor is positioned in a vacuum area of the equipment, so that the film coating processing between the decorative film and the floor can be finished.
