A neck flexion and extension trainer comprises a chassis mechanism (6), wherein an upright post mechanism (1) and a seat mechanism (7) are arranged on the chassis mechanism (6), a chest adjusting mechanism (3), a display mechanism (4) and a damping output mechanism (5) are arranged on the upright post mechanism (1), and the output end of the damping output mechanism (5) is connected with a neck adjusting mechanism (2);
the method is characterized in that: the chest adjusting mechanism (3) comprises a chest adjusting outer sleeve (301) and a chest adjusting inner sleeve (302) connected with the chest adjusting outer sleeve (301), the chest adjusting outer sleeve (301) is fixedly mounted on the upright post mechanism (1), one end of the chest adjusting inner sleeve (302) is in limited insertion connection in the chest adjusting outer sleeve (301) through a bolt (307), and one side of the bolt (307) is connected with a manual traction piece.

The neck flexion and extension trainer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plug pin (307) is L-shaped, the plug pin (307) is rotatably disposed in the chest adjustment inner sleeve (302) via a third bolt (315), the vertical section of the plug pin (307) is connected with a manual traction part, the horizontal section is provided with a limiting post, the chest adjustment inner sleeve (302) and the chest adjustment outer sleeve (301) are both provided with a set of limiting holes corresponding to the limiting posts, and the diameter of the limiting holes is greater than that of the limiting posts.

A neck flexion and extension training device according to claim 2, wherein the manual traction means comprises a pull ring wire (312) and a pull ring (311) arranged at the outer end of the pull ring wire (312), a first fixing piece (313) and a second fixing piece (314) are respectively arranged in the chest adjusting inner sleeve (302) and the chest adjusting outer sleeve (301), two ends of the pull ring line (312) respectively penetrate through the first fixing piece (313) and the second fixing piece (314), the outer end of the pull ring (311) is located on the outer side of the chest adjusting inner sleeve (302), the inner end of the pull ring line (312) is connected with a vertical section of the bolt (307), a spring (310) is sleeved on the outer side of the inner end of the pull ring line, the spring (310) is located between the second fixing piece (314) and the bolt (307), the spring (310) is horn-shaped, and the diameter of the spring on one side of the bolt (307) is larger than that of the spring on the other side of the bolt.

A neck flexion and extension training aid according to claim 3, characterized in that the chest adjustment outer sleeve (301) is connected to the chest adjustment inner sleeve (302) by a gas spring (306), one end of the gas spring (306) being fixedly mounted on the chest adjustment inner sleeve (302) and the other end being fixedly mounted on the chest adjustment outer sleeve (301).
5. A neck flexion and extension training aid according to claim 4, characterised in that the other end of the chest adjustment inner sleeve (302) is fitted with a third sponge baffle (305).

A neck flexion and extension training aid as claimed in claim 5, wherein the lower part of the chest adjustment outer sleeve (301) is provided with a second limit screw (316), the chest adjustment inner sleeve (302) is provided with an elongated slot, the second limit screw (316) is fixedly mounted on the chest adjustment outer sleeve (301), and the upper end of the second limit screw (316) passes through the elongated slot of the chest adjustment inner sleeve (302).

The neck flexion and extension trainer according to claim 1 or 6, characterized in that the upright post mechanism (1) comprises an upright post outer sleeve (101) and an upright post inner sleeve (102) which are fixedly mounted on the chassis mechanism (6), the lower end of the upright post inner sleeve (102) is inserted into the upright post outer sleeve (101), an inner and outer nested part (106) matched with the upright post inner sleeve (102) is arranged at the upper part of the upright post outer sleeve (101), a push rod (103) is arranged inside the upright post outer sleeve (101), the upright post inner sleeve (102) is arranged on the push rod (103), and an upright post nylon gasket (107) is arranged between the push rod (103) and the upright post inner sleeve (102).

The neck flexion and extension trainer according to claim 7, wherein the damping output mechanism (5) comprises a hydraulic cylinder (501), the hydraulic cylinder (501) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the inner sleeve (102) of the upright post, and the neck adjusting mechanism (2) is connected with the output end of the hydraulic cylinder (501).

The neck flexion and extension trainer according to claim 8, wherein the neck adjusting mechanism (2) comprises a neck adjusting outer sleeve (201) and a neck adjusting inner sleeve (202) which are oppositely arranged, the neck adjusting outer sleeve (201) and the neck adjusting inner sleeve (202) are both L-shaped structures, the horizontal section of the neck adjusting inner sleeve (202) is inserted inside the horizontal section of the neck adjusting outer sleeve (201), and is connected in a limiting way through an adjusting bolt (209), a first sponge baffle (207) and a second sponge baffle (208) are respectively arranged on the vertical section of the neck adjusting outer sleeve (201) and the vertical section of the neck adjusting inner sleeve (202), the lower part of the neck adjusting outer sleeve (201) is fixedly provided with a first limit screw (211) and a swing arm (210), and the swing arm (210) is connected with the output end of the hydraulic cylinder (501).
10. The neck flexion and extension training aid as claimed in claim 9, wherein the end of the vertical section of the neck adjustment outer sleeve (201) is provided with a plug (203), and the end of the horizontal section of the neck adjustment inner sleeve (202) is covered with a neck sleeve nylon gasket (204).
