Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the whitening milk disclosed by the invention adopts 4-butyl resorcinol, a gentian root extract, an olive leaf extract, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and carnosine as main components, wherein the 4-butyl resorcinol effectively inhibits the activity of the tyrosinase; the radix Gentianae extract can inhibit cyclooxygenase activity, reduce irritation, and inhibit skin pigmentation due to inflammatory reaction caused by ultraviolet; the olive leaf extract can remove free radicals and resist oxidation; the ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate is efficient, mild, whitening and antioxidant; carnosine scavenges reactive oxygen radicals and is resistant to glycation. The combined whitening product has mild texture and has the obvious effects of resisting oxidation, fading chloasma, inhibiting activity of tyrosinase and inhibiting inflammation and pigmentation induced by ultraviolet rays.

The preparation method of the whitening milk containing the whitening and freckle removing combination comprises the following steps:

step 2: dispersing xanthan gum and ammonium polyacryloyldimethyl taurate in glycerol uniformly, adding deionized water, heating to 82 ℃, adding sodium pyrosulfite, EDTA disodium, hydrogenated lecithin, 1, 2-hexanediol and p-hydroxyacetophenone, and preparing a water phase material, and keeping the temperature at 81 ℃ for later use;
and step 3: adding PEG-100 stearate, glyceryl stearate, polydimethylsiloxane, caprylic/capric triglyceride, and ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate into an oil pan, heating to 80 deg.C, dissolving completely to obtain oil phase material, and keeping at 82 deg.C;
and 4, step 4: adding the water phase into an emulsification tank, maintaining the temperature at 85 ℃, pumping the oil phase into the emulsification tank in vacuum, keeping the temperature and homogenizing for 10min, and then cooling;
and 5: cooling to below 40 deg.C, adding 4-butylresorcinol, radix Gentianae extract, Olea europaea leaf extract, and carnosine which are completely dissolved in butanediol, stirring for 10min, mixing, and discharging.
Comparative example: the whitening essence milk is sold in the market.
Experiment: whitening and spot-lightening essence milk efficacy test
In order to verify the efficacy of the present invention in whitening and spot-lightening, the following experiments were performed.
Experiment one (control experiment):

75 volunteers were selected for the study, and the age was between 30 and 45 years and divided into A, B, C, D groups and E groups, wherein the group A used the whitening essence milk of example 1, the group B used the whitening essence milk of example 2, the group C used the whitening essence milk of example 3, the group D used the whitening essence milk of example 4, the group E used the commercially available whitening essence milk, the test part was the face, and the test time was 8 weeks after 1 application in the morning and evening. During the test period, no other essence is used, and the rest skin care products are consistent.

3. Spot sticker safety test
Selecting qualified patch material, sucking 0.025ml of the substance to be tested and blank control distilled water by a liquid-moving machine, respectively dripping on a filter paper sheet, applying the patch device with whitening essence emulsion on the curved side of the forearm of the subject, lightly pressing with palm to uniformly apply the patch on the skin, and keeping for 24 h. The patch was removed and the skin reaction was observed. All 75 subjects had negative reactions and no adverse reactions.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be able to cover the technical solutions and the inventive concepts of the present invention within the technical scope of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. The whitening and freckle-removing composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
0.5-2 parts of 4-butyl resorcinol, 1-5 parts of gentian root extract, 0.1-1 part of olive leaf extract, 1-3 parts of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and 0.1-0.5 part of carnosine.

The whitening and freckle-removing combination according to claim 1, further comprising the following components in parts by mass: 0.8-1.5 parts of 4-butyl resorcinol, 2-4 parts of gentian root extract, 0.4-0.8 part of olive leaf extract, 1.2-2.8 parts of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and 0.2-0.4 part of carnosine.
3. The whitening and freckle-removing combination according to claim 1, further comprising the following components in parts by mass: 1.2 parts of 4-butyl resorcinol, 3 parts of gentian root extract, 0.6 part of olive leaf extract, 2 parts of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate and 0.3 part of carnosine.
4. The whitening milk containing the whitening and freckle-removing combination according to claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 0.5-2 parts of 4-butyl resorcinol, 1-5 parts of radix gentianae extract, 0.1-1 part of olive leaf extract, 1-3 parts of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, 0.1-0.5 part of carnosine, 3-10 parts of glycerol, 3-7 parts of butanediol, 1-2 parts of PEG-100 stearate, 1-2 parts of glycerol stearate, 1-4 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2-3 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.1-0.3 part of xanthan gum, 0.3-0.8 part of ammonium polyacryloyl dimethyl taurate, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium metabisulfite, 0.05-0.10 part of disodium EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 0.3-0.5 part of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and water which are supplemented to 100 parts.

The whitening milk containing the whitening and freckle-removing combination according to claim 4 is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 0.8-1.5 parts of 4-butylresorcinol, 2-4 parts of radix gentianae extract, 0.4-0.8 part of olive leaf extract, 1.2-2.8 parts of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, 0.2-0.4 part of carnosine, 5-8 parts of glycerol, 4-6 parts of butanediol, 1.2-1.8 parts of PEG-100 stearate, 1.2-1.8 parts of glycerol stearate, 2-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2.2-2.8 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.12-0.28 part of xanthan gum, 0.4-0.7 part of ammonium polyacryloyldimethyltaurate, 0.12-0.28 part of sodium metabisulfite, 0.06-0.09 part of disodium EDTA (EDTA), 0.35-0.45 part of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and water to 100 parts.

The whitening milk containing the whitening and freckle-removing combination according to claim 5 is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 1.2 parts of 4-butyl resorcinol, 3 parts of gentian root extract, 0.6 part of olive leaf extract, 2 parts of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, 0.3 part of carnosine, 6 parts of glycerol, 5 parts of butanediol, 1.5 parts of PEG-100 stearate, 1.5 parts of glycerol stearate, 2.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2.5 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.2 part of xanthan gum, 0.5 part of ammonium polyacryloyl dimethyl taurate, 0.2 part of sodium metabisulfite, 0.075 part of disodium EDTA, 0.4 part of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and water which are supplemented to 100 parts.
7. The method of preparing a whitening lotion containing a combination of whitening and spot removing according to claim 4, comprising the steps of:
step 1: preparing raw materials according to the following components by weight: 0.5-2 parts of 4-butylresorcinol, 1-5 parts of radix gentianae extract, 0.1-1 part of olive leaf extract, 1-3 parts of ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, 0.1-0.5 part of carnosine, 3-10 parts of glycerol, 3-7 parts of butanediol, 1-2 parts of PEG-100 stearate, 1-2 parts of glycerol stearate, 1-4 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2-3 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.1-0.3 part of xanthan gum, 0.3-0.8 part of ammonium polyacryloyldimethyl taurate, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium metabisulfite, 0.05-0.10 part of disodium EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 0.3-0.5 part of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and water to be supplemented to 100 parts;
