Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物及其应用,所述组合物包括活性组分宁南霉素和芸苔素内酯,宁南霉素的浓度为1mL/L,芸苔素内酯的浓度为20mg/L。同时提供了该组合物在防治植物病害中的应用,以及在防治月季茎肿瘤病中的应用。本发明所用的宁南霉素和芸苔素复配后具有协同增效作用,提高了对植物病害的防治效果,尤其是能有效用于预防月季茎肿瘤病的发生。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物及其应用,特别涉及一种含宁南霉素和芸苔素内酯的抗月季茎肿瘤病的药物组合物,还涉及该组合物在防治植物病害中的应用,以及在防治月季茎肿瘤病中的应用。
背景技术
月季是常绿、半常绿低矮灌木,四季开花,月季花被称为花中皇后,一般为红色,或粉色,偶有白色和黄色,是很好的观赏植物,月季的品种繁多,世界上已有近万种,中国也有千种以上。不论地栽、盆栽均可,适用于美化庭院、装点园林、布置花坛等,也可作切花,用于做花束和各种花篮。栽培较为广泛,但近年来在月季茎部发现一种肿瘤病害,发病较为严重,且发病后植株不开花或开花质量差,严重影响了月季的产量和品质,导致花农重大经济损失。
宁南霉素(ningnamycin)是一种从诺尔斯链酶菌西昌变种CGMCC No.0194中分离出的碱性水溶性胞嘧啶核苷类抗生素,对革兰氏阴性和阳性细菌有抑制作用,尤其对水稻白叶枯病以及小麦黄瓜、豆类和花卉等植物的白粉病以及烟草花叶病毒、番茄斑萎病毒等有良好的防治作用。宁南霉素是一种广泛使用的杀菌剂和抗病毒药剂。
芸苔素内酯是一种新型绿甾体植物生长调节剂,其主要功效是提高植物体内酶的活性,可以提高蔬菜、瓜类、水果、花卉等种子活力、促进作物生长,可增强光合效率,改善作物品质,提高作物产量,使作物色泽艳丽、叶片更厚实,也能提高作物耐寒、耐旱、耐涝、耐盐碱及抗逆境能力。目前芸苔素内酯主要作为植物生长调节促进剂使用。
发明内容
为了解决月季茎肿瘤病发病严重问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种新的含宁南霉素和芸苔素内酯的农药组合物,该组合物高效、安全且有利于月季茎肿瘤病防治。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物,该农药组合物包含活性组分宁南霉素和芸苔素内酯,宁南霉素的浓度为1mL/L,芸苔素浓度为20mg/L。
一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物,该组合物由下列组分组成:宁南霉素1mL,芸苔素内酯20mg,75%乙醇1-2mL溶解芸苔素内酯,水定容至1L。
一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物,所述农药组合物为水溶剂,其是由下述方法制备而得的:芸苔素内酯20mg,用1-2mL 75%酒精溶解,用少许水稀释,加入1mL宁南霉素,定容至1L,搅拌均匀。
一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物的制备方法,该制备方法包括下述步骤:取芸苔素内酯20mg,用1-2mL 75%酒精溶解,用少许水稀释,加入1mL宁南霉素,定容至1L,搅拌均匀。
所述的一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物在防治植物病害中的应用。
所述的一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物在防治月季茎肿瘤病中的应用。
如所述的应用,大面积使用时采用喷雾,小面积使用时采用涂抹。
如所述的一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物在防治月季茎肿瘤病中的应用,用该组合物在月季茎划伤部位上涂抹一次,涂抹6小时后,涂抹月季茎肿瘤病发病组织研磨液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明所用的宁南霉素和芸苔素内酯复配后具有明显的协同增效作用,宁南霉素与芸苔素内酯组合物对月季茎肿瘤病的防治效果达77.5%,高于单独使用宁南霉素和芸苔素内酯的防治效果。提高了对植物病害的防治效果,尤其是能有效用于预防月季茎肿瘤病的发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,用本发明的实施例中进一步说明本发明的实质性内容,但并因此而限定本发明。
实施例1
1.本发明农药组合物的制备:取芸苔素内酯20mg,用1-2mL 75%酒精溶解,用少许水稀释,加入1mL宁南霉素,定容至1L,搅拌均匀。得到本发明的含宁南霉素和芸苔素内酯的农药组合物。
2.芸苔素内酯与宁南霉素复配对月季茎肿瘤病的防治实验。
实验对象:月季茎肿瘤病病株和健康植株来自云南云秀花卉有限公司,栽培于中国科学院昆明植物研究所玻璃温室内。
实验方法:将月季分为四组,用灭菌刀片将健康植株嫁接部位切伤,一组在伤口处涂抹上述制备所得到的本发明的农药组合物,二组在伤口处涂抹浓度为1mL/L宁南霉素,三组在伤口处涂抹浓度为20mg/L芸苔素内酯,四组涂抹灭菌水。6小时后,采集一株月季茎肿瘤病,研磨,涂抹于伤口处。15天后调查植株发病情况并采集接种部位,电镜切片观察。发病情况见表1。

由表1试验结果可以看出,宁南霉素与芸苔素内酯组合物对月季茎肿瘤病的防治效果达77.5%,高于单独使用宁南霉素和芸苔素内酯的防治效果。清水对照幼叶出现发病症状早于药剂组合。由此说明宁南霉素与芸苔素内酯组合物使用,实际防治效果优于单独使用药剂,说明二者组合具有提高防治效果的作用。
尽管已经有研究表明,宁南霉素具有抗菌和抗病毒作用,但是对月季茎肿瘤病这一近年来出现的发病严重的新病害,并未见有效的药剂研究报道,同时,由于芸苔素内酯具有促进植物生长的作用,能够提高植物免疫力,在植物受病原物侵染前喷施,与宁南霉素共同作用,能够达到很好的协同增效作用,能够很好的防治月季茎肿瘤病的发生。

1.一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物,其特征在于所述农药组合物包含活性组分宁南霉素和芸苔素内酯,宁南霉素的浓度为1mL/L,芸苔素浓度为20mg/L。
2.一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物,其特征在于该组合物由下列组分组成:宁南霉素1mL,芸苔素内酯20mg,75%乙醇1-2mL溶解芸苔素内酯,水定容至1L。
3. 一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物,其特征在于所述农药组合物为水溶剂,其是由下述方法制备而得的:芸苔素内酯20mg,用1-2mL 75%酒精溶解,用少许水稀释,加入1mL宁南霉素,定容至1L,搅拌均匀。
4.一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物的制备方法,其特征在于该制备方法包括下述步骤:取芸苔素内酯20mg,用1-2mL 75%酒精溶解,用少许水稀释,加入1mL宁南霉素,定容至1L,搅拌均匀。
5.权利要求1或2或3所述的一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物在防治植物病害中的应用。
6.权利要求1或2或3所述的一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物在防治月季茎肿瘤病中的应用。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的应用,其特征在于大面积使用时采用喷雾,小面积使用时采用涂抹。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种抗月季茎肿瘤病的农药组合物在防治月季茎肿瘤病中的应用,其特征在于用该组合物在月季茎划伤部位上涂抹一次,涂抹6小时后,涂抹月季茎肿瘤病发病组织研磨液。
