Abstract

一种防治烟草普通花叶病的方法,属烟草栽培技术领域。对于烤烟封顶前发病的,每亩烟田将按本发明方法制备的坡柳提取物溶液30L,芸薹素内酯4g~8g,宁南霉素1~2g,尿素200g~400g,硫酸锌20g~60g,混溶后每7天喷撒一次,连续喷洒3~5次;对于烤烟封顶后发病的,每亩烟田将将按本发明方法制备的坡柳提取物溶液30L,芸薹素内酯4g~8g,宁南霉素1~2g,硫酸锌20g~60g,混溶后每7天喷撒一次,连续喷洒3~5次,若进入采收期则采收前3~5天停止使用。可有效防治烟草普通花叶病,与化学方法防治相比,成本低、残留低、病虫害不易产生抗药性,能保护烟草病虫害天敌。

一种防治烟草普通花叶病的方法
技术领域
本发明属烟草栽培技术领域,具体涉及烟草普通花叶病的防治。
背景技术
烟草普通花叶病由烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco Mosaic Virus,简称TMV)引起,极易传染,在全世界各烟区普遍发生,局部地区严重流行。近年来,受气候和农事操作因素的影响,烟草普通花叶病的危害日趋严重,已成为制约烤烟生产可持续发展的因素之一。
目前,虽然化学方法防治烟草普通花叶病应用最为广泛,但其效果有限,并且我国烟叶生产上已明令禁止了一些高毒、高残留农药的使用。以生物农药为主进行烟草普通花叶病的防治,具有成本低、残留低、不易产生抗药性,可保护病害天敌等优点,在烟草病害的防治中具有良好应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种防治烟草普通花叶病的方法,该方法主要使用生物农药。
本发明方法按以下步骤:
1、制备坡柳提取物溶液:
将坡柳带叶片鲜品粉碎后与水按1:15的重量比混合,于40℃±5℃用水浸提并于该温度下自然发酵12小时±2小时,粗滤取上清液,调节pH至4.0±0.5,快速降温至4±0.2℃,静置至室温,取滤液而得。最好是用草酸调节pH,最后过20μm滤袋。
或者是将坡柳整株干品粉碎后与水按1:20的重量比混合,于45℃±5℃用水浸提并于该温度下自然发酵20小时±4小时,粗滤取上清液,调节pH至4.0±0.5,快速降温至4±0.2℃,静置至室温,取滤液而得。最好是用草酸调节pH,最后过20μm滤袋。
或者是将上述所说得到的滤液先浓缩干燥成粉储存,使用时再按1:2000的重量比加水而成提取物溶液。
2、对于烤烟封顶前发病的,每亩烟田将坡柳提取物溶液30L,芸薹素内酯4g~8g,宁南霉素1~2g,尿素200g~400g,硫酸锌20g~60g,混溶后每7天喷撒一次,连续喷洒3~5次;
对于烤烟封顶后发病的,每亩烟田将坡柳提取物溶液30L,芸薹素内酯4g~8g,宁南霉素1~2g,硫酸锌20g~60g,混溶后每7天喷撒一次,连续喷洒3~5次,若进入采收期则采收前3~5天停止使用。
以下表一至表三为将30L溶液(水及坡柳提取物);芸薹素内酯8g(表内简称:芸);坡柳提取物(表内简称:坡柳);尿素400g(表内简称:尿);硫酸锌60g(简称:硫)分别组合,每次喷洒后第6天,对相关数据的进行统计分析的结果。
表一:各组药物使用后发病率(%)
发病率计算公式为:发病率(%)=病株数/调查株数×100
表二:各组药物使用后病情指数(%)
病情指数计算公式为:病情指数(%)=Σ(发病株数×该病级代表值)/(调查总株数×最高级代表值)×100
表三:各组药物使用后相对防效(%)
相对防效计算公式为:相对防效(%)=(对照病情指数-处理病情指数)/对照病情指数×100
以上数据显示:使用本发明组方的药剂显著降低了烟草花叶病的发病率及病情指数,并且该组方对烟草花叶病防治效果远远高于相同实验条件下的另外六组。结论:坡柳提取物与芸薹素内酯及其他几种成分的组合能够大幅提高烟草对普通花叶病毒的抵抗能力。
本发明的积极效果:将坡柳提取物与芸薹素内酯混合配伍,于烟草普通花叶病发病初期连续使用,可有效防治烟草普通花叶病,与化学方法防治相比,成本低、残留低、病虫害不易产生抗药性,能保护烟草病虫害天敌。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:封顶前期发现普通花叶病症状后,将坡柳带叶片鲜品2kg,粉碎后加水30L,加热至40℃,保持该温度12小时,并每3小时搅拌混匀一次,加草酸调节pH值至4.0,快速降温至4℃,静止至室温,过20μm滤袋,取滤液加水补足至30L,加入芸薹素内酯4g,2%的宁南霉素50ml,尿素200g,硫酸锌20g混合后均匀喷洒,连续使用3次,每次间隔7天。防治效果良好。
实施例2:封顶前期发现普通花叶病症状后,将坡柳带叶片鲜品2kg,粉碎后加水40L,加热至45℃,保持该温度10小时,并每3小时搅拌混匀一次,加草酸调节pH值至4.0,快速降温至4℃,静止至,过20μm滤袋,取滤液30L,加入芸薹素内酯8g,2%的宁南霉素100ml,尿素400g,硫酸锌60g混合后均匀喷洒,连续使用3次,每次间隔7天。防治效果良好。
实施例3:封顶前期发现普通花叶病症状后,将坡柳整株干品2kg,粉碎后加水30L,加热至50℃,保持该温度14小时,并每3小时搅拌混匀一次,加草酸调节pH值至4.0,快速降温至4℃,静止至室温,过20μm滤袋,取滤液30L,加入芸薹素内酯6g,2%的宁南霉素80ml,尿素300g,硫酸锌50g混合后均匀喷洒,连续使用3次,每次间隔7天。防治效果良好。
实施例4:封顶期后发现普通花叶病症状后,将坡柳带叶片鲜品2kg,粉碎后加水30L,加热至45℃,保持该温度12小时,并每3小时搅拌混匀一次,加草酸调节pH值至4.0,快速降温至4℃,静止至室温,过20μm滤袋,取滤液加水补足至30L,加入芸薹素内酯4g,2%的宁南霉素50ml,尿素200g,硫酸锌20g混合后均匀喷洒,连续使用3次,每次间隔7天,如期间采收每次采收时间为喷洒药物后第4天—6天。防治效果良好。
实施例5:封顶前期发现普通花叶病症状后,将坡柳带叶片鲜品2kg,粉碎后加水30L,加热至45℃,保持该温度12小时,并每3小时搅拌混匀一次,加草酸调节pH值至4.0,快速降温至4℃,静止至室温,过20μm滤袋,取滤液加水补足至30L,加入芸薹素内酯4g,2%的宁南霉素50ml,尿素200g,硫酸锌20g混合后均匀喷洒,连续使用3次,每次间隔7天。防治效果良好。

Claims (2)

1.一种防治烟草普通花叶病的方法,其特征在于按以下步骤:
(1)、制备坡柳提取物溶液:
将坡柳带叶片鲜品粉碎后与水按1:15的重量比混合,于40℃±5℃用水浸提并于该温度下自然发酵12小时±2小时,粗滤取上清液,调节pH至4.0±0.5,快速降温至4±0.2℃,静置至室温,取滤液而得;
或者是将坡柳整株干品粉碎后与水按1:20的重量比混合,于45℃±5℃用水浸提并于该温度下自然发酵20小时±4小时,粗滤取上清液,调节pH至4.0±0.5,快速降温至4±0.2℃,静置至室温,取滤液而得;
或者是将上述所说得到的滤液先浓缩干燥成粉储存,使用时再按1:2000的重量比加水而成提取物溶液;
(2)、对于烤烟封顶前发病的,每亩烟田将坡柳提取物溶液30L,芸薹素内酯4g~8g,宁南霉素1~2g,尿素200g~400g,硫酸锌20g~60g,混溶后每7天喷撒一次,连续喷洒3~5次;
对于烤烟封顶后发病的,每亩烟田将坡柳提取物溶液30L,芸薹素内酯4g~8g,宁南霉素1~2g,硫酸锌20g~60g,混溶后每7天喷撒一次,连续喷洒3~5次,若进入采收期则采收前3~5天停止使用。
2.如权利要求1所述的防治烟草普通花叶病的方法,其特征在于所述的调节pH至4.0±0.5,快速降温至4±0.2℃,静置至室温,取滤液而得,是采用草酸调节pH,最后过20μm滤袋。
