Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticide chemical industry, relates to a pesticide preparation technology, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of a water suspending agent containing spirodiclofen and 5-nitrouracil.
Background
The spirodiclofen is a chemical substance with a brand new structure and a unique action mechanism, has white powder appearance, no special smell, contact action and no systemic property. The miticide has good killing effect on eggs, young mites and nymphs of harmful mites, is ineffective on adult mites, and has the effect of inhibiting the hatching rate of eggs of female mites. In addition, the spirodiclofen has good control effect on red spider, yellow spider, phyllocoptruta oleivora, yellow tea mite, tetranychus cinnabarinus, tetranychus urticae koch and the like, and can be used for controlling mite damage of fruit trees such as oranges and grapes and solanaceae crops such as eggplants, peppers, tomatoes and the like. Meanwhile, the pesticide composition has a good effect of treating pests such as psylla chinensis, elm shuriococci, leafhopper and the like. The acaricide has the characteristics of wide acaricidal spectrum, strong adaptability, killing of eggs and young, long lasting period, low toxicity, low residue, good safety, no mutual resistance with most pesticides and the like, and is sought by people in recent years.
The 5-nitrouracil is a pharmaceutical biochemical intermediate, is a specific inhibitor of uridine diphosphate glycosyltransferase (UGTs), can enhance the lethal effect of tetranychus cinnabarinus, has a unique acaricidal action mechanism, and is considered to be compounded with spirodiclofen for use to enhance the acaricidal effect.
At present, some old acaricides (such as dicofol and chlordimeform, etc.) in China are prohibited from being used due to the safety and resistance problems, but acaricides products with relatively high safety and better control effect are increasingly highlighted due to long-term use. In recent years, although new acaricides are developed and produced, because mites are easy to generate resistance and the control effect is poor after long-term use, the acaricides with different action mechanisms are required to be alternately used. At present, the most applied product in the market is a 24% spirodiclofen water suspending agent, but the spirodiclofen water suspending agent has long application time and obvious resistance, and has undesirable effect on preventing and controlling red spiders and spider mites.

the invention was set up with 7 treatments, examples 1-5 of the invention, a control agent of 24% spirodiclofen aqueous suspension (Beijing, New Ruifeng technology) and a blank control.
The test site is a new meeting area of Jiangmen City in Guangdong province, the medicine is applied at the initial prosperity stage of the citrus, the application time is 3, 8 and 3 months in 2020, and the medicine is applied once. Before and during the test without any bactericide or insecticide applied, each treatment was repeated 3 times, the cells were randomly arranged, and the area of each cell was 20m2The manual knapsack sprayer is used for conventional spraying, the medicine is required to be uniformly and meticulously used, and the specific result is as follows:
the investigation method comprises the following steps: at least 4 red spider citrus plants are selected in each cell, and the number of red spiders on the front and back sides of each leaf is marked by each brand.
The drug effect calculation method comprises the following steps:
oral cavity decline rate (%) [ (predrug number-predrug number)/predrug number ] × 100
Control effect (%) < 1- (number of insects before application in the blank area x number of insects after application in the treatment area)/number of insects after application in the blank area x number of insects before application in the treatment area) ] × 100
Field pesticide effect result for preventing and controlling citrus red spiders
As can be seen from the above table, the control effect of the agent of the example on citrus red mites is significantly better than that of the control agent, and the control effect of the agent of the example 2 is the best. From the aspect of quick action, the control effect of the embodiment is improved by 9.67 percent compared with that of a control medicament one day after the control medicament is applied, the medicament effect is in an ascending trend along with the prolonging of time, and the control effect is higher than that of the control medicament. When the content of the active ingredients is the same, the higher the content of the 5-nitrouracil is, the better the prevention and treatment effect is; when the content of the spirodiclofen is the same, the higher the content of the 5-nitrouracil is, the better the effect is, but the difference of the control effect is not obvious.
2. The results of the drug effects of the above 5 examples and the control drug on controlling two-spotted spider mite of cotton are as follows:
the invention was set up with a total of 7 treatments, examples 1-5 in the invention; a contrast agent, 24% spirodiclofen aqueous suspension (Beijing, New Ruifeng science); and a clear water control.
The test site is Anyang city yellow county in Henan province, and the pesticide is applied at the initial stage of the cotton tetranychus urticae, wherein the pesticide application time is 7 months and 25 days in 2019, and the pesticide application time is once. Before and during the test without any bactericide or insecticide applied, each treatment was repeated 3 times, the cells were randomly arranged, and the area of each cell was 30m2The backpack electric sprayer is adopted for conventional spraying, the medicine is required to be uniformly and meticulously taken, and the specific result is as follows:
the investigation method comprises the following steps: 5 spots per cell, 2 plants per spot, and 10 plants in total were investigated. Fixing 3, 4 and 3 leaves of each plant according to the upper, middle and lower 3 layers, respectively, investigating the number of live insects on the leaves, and calculating the reduction rate of insect population and the prevention and treatment effect.
Field pesticide effect result for preventing and controlling two-spotted spider mite of cotton
As can be seen from the table above, the effect of the embodiment on controlling tetranychus urticae koch is obviously superior to that of a control medicament, and the control effect is obvious no matter the quick-acting effect or the lasting period exists, which shows that the 5-nitrouracil has the synergistic effect. Compared with the example 3, the control effect is best when the 5-nitrouracil is used at 6% under the condition that the content of the spirodiclofen is the same; as can be seen from examples 1 and 4, the increase in the amount of 5-nitrouracil (10%) was insignificant for improving the drug effect (compared with example 3). Therefore, the mixing control effect of the spirodiclofen and the 5-nitrouracil is obviously higher than that of a single agent.
Yield increase results for the above 5 examples and the control
As can be seen from the above table, the yield increasing effect of the examples and the control samples is significant compared to the blank control, and the yield increasing effect of the examples is significantly higher than that of the control sample, wherein the yield increasing rate of the example 2 is the highest. When the dosage of the embodiment is consistent with that of the control sample (No. 6), the yield increase rate of the embodiment is obviously higher than that of the control sample, and the synergistic effect of the spirodiclofen and the 5-nitrouracil is obvious; when the content of the spirodiclofen is consistent, the higher the content of the 5-nitrouracil is, the higher the yield increasing effect is.
The spirodiclofen and 5-nitrouracil suspension concentrate developed by the invention has obviously better control effect than a reference medicament, good quick action, long lasting period, obvious synergism and better yield increasing effect. Compared with other formulations, the preparation process is simpler, the raw material sources are safer, the pesticide effect is obvious, the product stability is better, and the pesticide composition can be used for preventing and controlling crop pests such as red spider, tetranychus urticae and the like.
