Claims (10)
1. The air disinfection and filtration device for the livestock and poultry farm is characterized by comprising a shell, wherein the shell comprises an air inlet and an air outlet which are oppositely arranged, and an air flow channel is formed between the air inlet and the air outlet; a biogas burner, a cooling device, an air outlet filtering device and a first exhaust fan are sequentially arranged in the air flow channel along the air flowing direction; the biogas burner is arranged at the air inlet, and air entering the shell is heated and sterilized by flame of the biogas burner, then is cooled by the cooling device, is filtered by the air outlet filtering device and is discharged from the air outlet; the first exhaust fan is arranged at the air outlet so as to provide suction air pressure for air to enter from the air inlet and to be discharged from the air outlet; the air outlet is communicated with the livestock and poultry farm.
2. The air disinfecting and filtering device for the livestock and poultry farm according to claim 1, wherein the cooling device comprises a water inlet manifold, a water outlet manifold and a plurality of cooling water pipes, wherein the water inlet manifold and the water outlet manifold are arranged outside the shell, the plurality of cooling water pipes vertically penetrate through the inside of the shell, and a water inlet and a water outlet are respectively arranged on the water inlet manifold and the water outlet manifold.
3. The air disinfecting and filtering device for the livestock and poultry farm according to claim 1, wherein the cooling water pipe is made of a heat conducting material.
4. The air sterilizing and filtering device for livestock and poultry farms of claim 1, wherein a plurality of combustion nozzles are provided on the biogas burner.
5. The air sterilizing and filtering device for livestock and poultry farms according to claim 1, wherein an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp for secondary sterilization is arranged between the air outlet filtering device and the first exhaust fan.
6. The air disinfecting and filtering device for the livestock and poultry farm according to claim 1, wherein a second exhaust fan is arranged between the air inlet and the biogas burner.
7. The air disinfecting and filtering device for the livestock and poultry farm according to claim 6, wherein an air inlet filtering device is further arranged between the second exhaust fan and the biogas burner.
8. The air disinfecting and filtering device for the livestock and poultry farm according to claim 1, wherein a high-temperature air buffer section is formed on one side of the biogas burner facing the air outlet, a guide plate is further arranged in the high-temperature air buffer section, and a circulating water cooling buffer section is formed on one side of the cooling device facing the air outlet.
9. The air sterilizing and filtering device for livestock and poultry farms according to claim 8, wherein the high temperature air buffer section is provided with a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of air.
10. The air sterilizing and filtering device for livestock and poultry farm according to claim 4, wherein said housing is square, and a plurality of said combustion nozzles of said biogas burner are uniformly disposed on the inner wall of said housing around said housing to form a circular combustion nozzle.
