1. A middle island range hood, which is characterized by comprising:
the two ends of the suspender component extend along the up-down direction;
the air outlet assembly is hollow to form a first cavity, an opening structure is arranged below the first cavity, the air outlet assembly is provided with a plurality of air outlets at intervals around the axis of the suspender assembly, all the air outlets are communicated with the first cavity, and the upper end of the air outlet assembly is connected with the lower end of the suspender assembly;
the fan assembly is arranged in the first cavity, the upper end of the fan assembly is connected with the lower end of the suspender assembly, the fan assembly is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is positioned below the air outlet, and the air inlet and the opening structure are oppositely arranged;
the oil fume filtering component is connected with the fan component and is arranged below the air inlet;
and the smoke collecting hood is connected with the fan assembly and is arranged below the oil fume filtering assembly.

The mid-island range hood according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet assembly comprises a plurality of guide plates, the guide plates are arranged around the axis circumference of the boom assembly, a first gap is formed between every two adjacent guide plates, and the first gap is the air outlet.
3. The mid-island range hood according to claim 2, wherein the upper end of the deflector is clamped to the boom assembly, and the lower end of the deflector is clamped to the fan assembly.

10. The mid-island range hood according to claim 9, wherein the boom assembly is hollow to form a second cavity, and the electric control box is arranged in the second cavity.
