Description

Fume exhaust fan
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of kitchen appliances, in particular to a range hood.
Background
The range hood is a kitchen appliance for purifying the kitchen environment. Common range hoods in the market include top suction type, side suction type and diving type. The top-suction type range hood adopts the oil smoke rising principle, generates a negative pressure area right above a cooking bench, and sucks and exhausts naturally rising oil smoke generated during cooking. The side-draft range hood power source is close to the cooking bench, and most of the oil smoke close to the cooking bench is absorbed in an arc form. The suction inlet of the submerged range hood is closer to a cooking bench, the negative pressure area is close to a smoke source, the path of the movement of the oil smoke is reduced, and compared with other two forms, the range hood has a better oil smoke absorption effect, but the range hood has the following problems that the oil smoke is easy to escape to the periphery under the large oil smoke state such as stir-frying and the like, the negative pressure area is not concentrated when the gas stove cooks in a single pot, the oil smoke absorption effect is poor, and the submerged range hood is disclosed in the range hood which can collect the oil smoke and is disclosed in the application number CN 201821202552.0.
Therefore, the application No. CN201910686470.0 (invention publication No. CN110397970A) discloses a range hood, which includes a smoke collecting hood and a box body disposed above the smoke collecting hood, wherein the bottom of the smoke collecting hood and the bottom of the box body are disposed on the front side of the smoke collecting hood, and are both provided with air inlets, and each air inlet is provided with a smoke baffle plate capable of opening or closing the corresponding air inlet. The smoke baffle comprises a first smoke baffle matched with the first air inlet, a second smoke baffle matched with the second air inlet and a third smoke baffle matched with the third air inlet. An oil cup is arranged below the space between the first air inlet and the second air inlet, the oil cup is connected with the smoke collecting hood, the first air inlet is gradually inclined downwards from the left end to the middle part close to the oil cup, and the second air inlet is gradually inclined downwards from the right end to the middle part close to the oil cup. The range hood can fully utilize the advantages of low-suction, side-suction and top-suction range hoods by arranging the plurality of air inlets, and has better oil smoke suction effect under the cooking states of small oil smoke amount and large oil smoke amount.
However, the range hood has certain disadvantages in the use process, when single-stove cooking operation is performed, for example, when cooking is performed on the left side, although the smoke baffle on the left side can be turned over and opened leftwards to increase the smoke collecting area, the oil smoke generated in the cooking process on the left side still can cross over the bottom of the range hood to escape to the right area of the range hood, and the use experience of a user is influenced; on the other hand, after long-time use, grease can also be accumulated on the bottom part of the range hood (such as a frequently-arranged illuminating lamp), and the cleaning difficulty is high.
Therefore, the existing range hood needs to be further improved.

The second auxiliary fan 44 of the air curtain device 40 is turned off, and the first auxiliary fan 43 is turned on, so that the air flow is sucked into the right side of the bottom of the range hood through the air outlet holes of the second air flow distribution box 42, and is downwardly sprayed through the air outlet holes of the first air flow distribution box 41 to form an air curtain, the air curtain can isolate the smoke generated in the cooking area on the left side and avoid escaping to the right side, wherein the path of the air curtain air flow can be seen in dotted lines and arrows in fig. 6, and the arrow is realized as the rising track of the smoke generated on the left side. In addition, in this state, the first smoke barrier 31 turned open on the left side also increases the smoke collection area relatively to the left, and reduces the escape of the smoke at the edge of the left side. The first state is adapted to the working condition of cooking processing on the left side of the bottom of the range hood.
In the second state, the first smoke barrier 31 closes the first air inlet 11, and the second smoke barrier 32 deflects to the right to open the second air inlet 12. The first auxiliary fan 43 of the air curtain device 40 is turned off, the second auxiliary fan 44 is turned on, and the air flow is sucked in the left region of the range hood through the air outlet holes of the first air flow distribution box 41 and is sprayed downward through the air outlet holes of the second air flow distribution box 42 to form an air curtain. The air curtain airflow can isolate smoke generated in the right cooking area and avoid escaping to the right side. The second state is adapted to the working condition of cooking processing at the right side of the bottom of the range hood.
In the third state, the first smoke baffle 31 turns left to open the first air inlet 11, the second smoke baffle 32 turns right to open the second air inlet 12, and the first auxiliary fan 43 and the second auxiliary fan 44 of the air curtain device 40 are both turned off, i.e., in this state, the air curtain device 40 does not need to be started, and this third state is adapted to the working condition of cooking processing performed on the left and right sides of the bottom of the range hood.
The state recognition means of the present embodiment includes current detection means (not shown) for current information to the first electric tumbling motion mechanism 33 and the second electric tumbling motion mechanism 34. When the range hood starts to work, under the condition that only the first electric turnover movement mechanism 33 acts, only the second electric turnover movement mechanism 34 acts and both the first electric turnover movement mechanism 33 and the second electric turnover movement mechanism 34 act, the current detection device detects that the currents in the circuits are different, and therefore whether the corresponding smoke baffle is in an opening state or not can be identified. The detection process and the operation principle of the current detection device are the prior art and are not described herein. It is conceivable that the state recognition device of the present embodiment may employ various conventional technologies such as a distance sensor, a micro switch, and the like, in addition to the above-described current detection device.
