It can be understood that, in general, the auxiliary smoking opening 301 is a rectangular hole, which may be a single hole, or a plurality of rectangular holes arranged side by side; as shown in fig. 1, in consideration of the small height of the smoke collecting part 300, the auxiliary smoke suction port 301 is set as a single rectangular hole with a large length, so as to enlarge the air suction area as much as possible and help to increase the smoke discharge speed. Of course, the auxiliary smoke outlet 301 can be further configured as a plurality of strip-shaped slits or meshes which are closely arranged, so that the requirements of absorbing and exhausting oil smoke can be met.
Referring to fig. 1, it can be understood that a smoke barrier 400 is connected to an outer end of the smoke collection portion 300, and the smoke barrier 400 is used to cooperate with the smoke collection portion 300 to block smoke, so that the smoke barrier 400 is disposed above the auxiliary smoke suction port 301, and the smoke barrier 400 extends toward the center of the cooking bench 110, i.e., away from the panel 220. The smoke baffle 400 is utilized to block the oil smoke below the smoke baffle 400, namely outside the auxiliary smoke suction port 301, so that the oil smoke is conveniently sucked away from the auxiliary smoke suction port 301, and the oil smoke escape is reduced.

It can be understood that when the smoke baffle 400 rotates to store, the smoke baffle 400 can be rotated to cover the auxiliary smoke suction port 301, the dust is reduced to enter the inside of the smoke collecting part 300, and the appearance attractiveness of the integrated kitchen range can be improved.
It can be understood that a driving member (not shown in the figure) is mounted on the smoke collecting portion 300, and the driving member is connected to the smoke barrier 400 and is used for driving the smoke barrier 400 to rotate, so that the integrated cooker 100 has an automation performance and is more convenient to use. Referring to fig. 2, it can be understood that one or more air guide members 310 are disposed inside the smoke collection portion 300, an air guide cavity 311 is formed inside the air guide member 310, the air guide cavity 311 is disposed in a penetrating manner, one end of the air guide cavity 311 is communicated with the auxiliary smoke suction port 301, and the other end is communicated with the air duct 211. The air guiding part 310 is used for guiding the oil smoke sucked in the auxiliary smoke inlet 301 to the air channel 211, so that the oil smoke can be accurately guided to flow, the influence of the part of the oil smoke on the main smoke inlet 221 is reduced, and most of the oil smoke is favorably sucked through the main smoke inlet 221.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, it can be understood that the air guiding cavity 311 is inclined, oil smoke sucked in the auxiliary smoke inlet 301 can be quickly guided into the air duct 211, one end of the air guiding component 310 connected to the auxiliary smoke inlet 301 is at a high position, one end of the air guiding component 310 connected to the air duct 211 is at a low position, when the oil smoke enters the air guiding cavity 311, a part of the oil smoke contacts the inner wall of the air guiding cavity 311 for cooling, and oil is condensed on the inner wall of the air guiding cavity 311, because the air guiding cavity 311 is inclined, the oil flows along the inner wall of the air guiding cavity 311, and only flows into the air duct 211, but does not flow out from the auxiliary smoke inlet 301 and drops on the cooking bench 110, so that dirt is reduced, condensed oil is convenient to collect, and a user can clean the cooking bench.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, it can be understood that the air guiding component 310 includes a bottom plate 312 and an upper cover 313, the upper cover 313 is located above the bottom plate 312, the air guiding cavity 311 is disposed between the bottom plate 312 and the upper cover 313, both the bottom plate 312 and the upper cover 313 are arranged obliquely, and oil condensed on the opposite surfaces of the bottom plate 312 and the upper cover 313 flows to the air duct 211, so as to be collected and cleaned conveniently.
The bottom surface of the bottom plate 312 serves as the bottom surface of the smoke collecting portion 300, the oil smoke rises and is blocked by the smoke collecting portion 300, part of the oil smoke is condensed into oil liquid on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 312, and the oil liquid flows along the bottom surface of the inclined bottom plate 312 and cannot drop on the cooking bench 110, so that the pollution is reduced.
It can be understood that an included angle a is formed between the axis of the air guiding cavity 211 and the horizontal plane, where a is greater than or equal to 12 °, and where a is 14 ° is a preferable scheme, which can not only smoothly connect the auxiliary smoking opening 301 and the air duct 211, but also guide the condensed oil away with less flow resistance.

Of course, the upper end of the end plate 320 may be relatively close to the panel 220, and the lower end of the end plate 320 is further away from the panel 220, so that the oil smoke is blocked by the smoke baffle 400 and can be sucked from the auxiliary smoke outlet 301.
Referring to fig. 4 to 8, an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention provides an integrated cooker 100, where the integrated cooker 100 includes a box body 130 and a smoke exhaust assembly 200 of the first aspect of the present invention, an upper end of the box body 130 is a cooking bench 110, a cooking range (not shown) and the smoke exhaust assembly 200 are disposed on the cooking bench 110, a disinfection cabinet, a storage cabinet, and an exhaust fan 120 are integrated inside the box body 130, an air inlet end of the exhaust fan 120 is communicated with an air duct 211, and an air outlet end of the exhaust fan 120 is communicated with a smoke exhaust port 131 on a side surface of the box body 130 through a pipeline. As shown in fig. 8, an air draft housing 132 is disposed in the box 130, an inner cavity for accommodating the air draft fan 120 is defined between the air draft housing 132 and the back plate 133, the inner cavity is communicated with the air duct 211, and when the air draft fan 120 operates, air is drawn from the inner cavity and then discharged to the smoke outlet 131.
