The first air inlet 1152 with larger oil smoke throughput is used for filtering oil smoke, so that the filtering and condensing effects of the oil smoke are ensured, and the oil smoke pumping and exhausting effects are improved; the second air inlet 1153 may not need to provide the filter screen 6 because the throughput of the oil smoke is relatively small, so as to reduce the overall cost of the smoke collecting device 100.
In order to improve the filtering and condensing effect of the oil smoke passing through the second air inlet 1153, the ventilation area of the second air inlet 1153 is 200mm 2 ~1000mm 2 The partial condensation and attachment of the oil fume are realized while the ventilation smoothness is ensured. The ventilation area of the second air inlet 1153 is more preferably 400mm 2 ~800mm 2 . Further, the second air inlet 1153 is formed by opening a hole on the wall of the smoke collecting cavity 1151, so that processing is simplified, a filter screen or an air plate is not required to be arranged in the second air inlet area, and the second air inlet 1153 is formed by processing, so that cost is reduced.
The second air inlet 1153 is preferably in a strip structure, and a plurality of second air inlets 1153 are arranged in the second air inlet region side by side along the width direction of the second air inlet 1153, and a shielding portion is formed between two adjacent second air inlets 1153. Thereby enabling the size of the single second air inlet 1153 to be reduced while increasing the range covered by the second air inlet region, and simultaneously enabling the number and area of the shielding portions to be increased, so that part of the oil smoke may be condensed while passing through the second air inlet 1153.
In this embodiment, the second air inlet 1153 is a long hole extending along the set direction, and a plurality of second air inlets 1153 are disposed at intervals along the left-right direction. In other embodiments, the second air inlet 1153 may be a long hole extending along the left-right direction, and a plurality of second air inlets 1153 are disposed at intervals along the set direction. Or the extending direction of the second air inlet 1153 may be inclined with respect to the left-right direction. In other embodiments, the second air inlet 1153 may also have a rectangular shape, an oval shape or other shapes, and a plurality of second air inlets 1153 are arranged in an array.
In this embodiment, the width of the second air inlet 1153 is 18 mm-30 mm, so as to improve the processing convenience of the second air inlet 1153 while realizing the functions of filtering and air intake of the oil smoke.
In this embodiment, the filter screen 6 is detachably connected with the air inlet side plate 112, so that the filter screen 6 can be detached and cleaned when oil stains are more attached, and the usability of the smoke collecting device 100 is ensured. In order to improve the dismouting convenience of filter screen 6, filter screen 6 can be dismantled and assembled through outer air intake 1121, need not to dismantle other structures when dismantling filter screen 6 from this, promotes the dismouting convenience of filter screen 6, promotes the dismouting efficiency of filter screen 6 to improve the clearance and the change convenience of filter screen 6.
In order to improve the convenience of installing and dismantling the filter screen 6 at the first air inlet 1152, the first air inlet area is concavely provided with a mounting groove 1154 in a direction away from the outer air inlet 1121, the bottom of the mounting groove 1154 is provided with the first air inlet 1152, and the filter screen 6 is installed in the mounting groove 1154, so that the mounting groove 1154 provides positioning and limiting for the installation of the filter screen 6.
Preferably, the mounting groove 1154 is provided with a mounting hole 1155 towards or away from a side wall of the second air inlet area, a side of the bottom of the mounting groove 1154 away from the mounting hole 1155 is provided with a mounting hole, one side of the filter screen 6 is provided with an inserting sheet 61, the inserting sheet 61 is inserted into the mounting hole 1155, and the other opposite side of the filter screen 6 is connected through a fastener penetrating through the mounting hole. In the arrangement, when the filter screen 6 is installed, firstly, the inserting sheet 61 of the filter screen 6 is inserted into the inserting opening 1155 through the inclined arrangement of the filter screen 6, and then the filter screen 6 is attached to the groove wall of the installation groove 1154, and then the filter screen 6 and the smoke collecting cover 1 are locked through the installation hole by the fastening piece; when the filter screen 6 is detached, the fastening piece is removed, and then the insert piece 61 is pulled out of the insert hole 1155.
According to the disassembly and assembly mode of the filter screen 6, when the fastener is installed, the filter screen 6 can be positioned and limited, so that the filter screen 6 is prevented from shaking or shifting, the disassembly and assembly operation of the filter screen 6 can be completed by only one operator, and the convenience and reliability of disassembly and assembly of the filter screen 6 are improved; meanwhile, as only one side of the filter screen 6 is connected with the fume collecting hood 1 through the fastening piece, the number of the fastening pieces is reduced, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the filter screen 6 is improved.
In this embodiment, the mounting groove 1154 sets up the cartridge mouth 1155 towards one side of second air intake 1153 for the downside cell wall of mounting groove 1154 can support filter screen 6 better, in order to make things convenient for the user to aim at cartridge mouth 1155 with inserted sheet 61, also avoids shelter from the structure to cause the shielding to the installation fastener simultaneously. In other embodiments, the mounting groove 1154 may be provided with the above-described insertion opening 1155 on the upper side wall or the left and right side walls. Further, at least two of the inserting openings 1155 are arranged at intervals along the second direction, so as to improve the positioning and limiting effects on the filter screen 6. The filter screen 6 is preferably fastened to the bottom of the installation groove 1154 by two fasteners provided at both ends.
In other embodiments, four corners of the filter screen 6 may be connected to the bottom of the mounting groove 1154 by fastening screws. In other embodiments, two opposite sides of the filter screen 6 may be engaged with the groove wall of the installation groove 1154, or the filter screen 6 may be magnetically connected to the groove wall of the installation groove 1154.
In this embodiment, the air intake side plate 112 forms a lower cavity bottom of the smoke collecting cavity 116, that is, the smoke collecting cavity 116 is located at an upper side of the air intake side plate 112, the first air intake 1152 and the second air intake 1153 are both located at an upper side of the outer air intake 1121, and the second air intake 1153 is located at a rear side of the first air intake 1152. Namely, the smoke collecting device 100 provided in this embodiment is suitable for a range hood with a top suction air intake mode.
In other embodiments, the air intake side plate 112 may be a front side wall of the smoke collecting cavity 116, and the smoke collecting cavity 116, the first air inlet 1152 and the second air inlet 1153 are all located at the rear side of the air intake side plate 112, and the first air inlet 1152 and the second air inlet 1153 are disposed side by side. With this arrangement, the smoke collecting device 100 is suitable for a range hood having side-draft air intake.
In this embodiment, preferably, two smoke gathering cavities 1151 are arranged side by side along the left-right direction, and the outer air inlet 1121, the first air inlet area and the second air inlet area are all arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the smoke gathering cavities 1151. The two fume collecting cavities 1151 are respectively corresponding to the two cooking tops of the gas cooker, so that the negative pressure of the single fume collecting cavity 1151 is increased, the fume pumping capacity is improved, the fume dissipation probability is reduced, the processing difficulty of the fume collecting hood 1 can be reduced, and the overall structural strength and rigidity of the air inlet side plate 112 and the fume collecting hood 1 are improved. In other embodiments, only one smoke gathering chamber 1151 may be provided, i.e. the smoke gathering chamber 1151 covers two cooking tops in the left-right direction.
In this embodiment, the smoke gathering chamber 1151 is formed by the recess of the air intake side plate 112 toward the smoke collecting chamber 116. Specifically, the air inlet side plate 112 is concavely provided with a smoke gathering convex part 115, and the inner cavity of the smoke gathering convex part 115 forms a smoke gathering cavity 1151. The smoke-gathering convex portion 115 includes a top plate portion, a front plate portion, two side plate portions and a rear plate portion, which surround to form a smoke-gathering cavity 1151, the front plate portion is connected to the front side of the top plate portion, the two side plate portions are respectively connected to the left and right sides of the top plate portion, and the rear plate portion is connected to the rear sides of the top plate portion and the two side plate portions. The top plate portion is provided with the first air inlet 1152 and the second air inlet 1153.
The front plate portion is substantially perpendicular to the top plate portion, so that the front side cavity wall of the smoke collecting cavity 1151 is substantially parallel to the smoke inlet direction of the smoke collecting cavity 1151, and the probability of attaching the oil smoke to the front side cavity wall is reduced. The top plate portion extends obliquely downward from front to back to guide the oil stain attached to the upper surface of the top plate portion to flow backward to the rear side of the air intake side plate 112. The included angle between the side plate part and the top plate part is preferably an obtuse angle, namely the side plate part extends downwards in an inclined way from the direction away from the top plate part so as to guide the oil stain attached on the side plate part to flow into the air inlet side plate 112, and accordingly the oil stain flows into the oil cup 5 from the air inlet side plate 112 to the rear lower side. The rear plate part is preferably arranged in a circular arc shape, which is beneficial to guiding the oil drops to flow. The oil cup 5 is installed to the rear end downside of air inlet curb plate 112, and the rear end downside of air inlet curb plate 112 is provided with the oilhole 1124, and oilhole 1124 communicates with oil cup 5. The oil stain flowing to the rear end of the air inlet side plate 112 can enter the oil cup 5 through the oil passing hole 1124, so that the waste oil is collected and cleaned.
Because in the oil smoke is extracted, the oil smoke can enter between the second air inlet 1153 and the shielding structure for part of oil stain can be attached to the back of the second air inlet area and the shielding structure, in order to better guide the attached oil stain to flow to the oil cup 5, in the embodiment, the butt joint of the rear side cavity wall of the smoke collecting cavity 1151 and the shielding structure is provided with an oil leakage port, and the oil leakage port is communicated with the smoke collecting cavity 116. I.e. the oil stain attached to the inner side wall of the smoke gathering chamber 1151 and the oil stain attached to the inner side wall of the shielding structure can flow to the rear end of the air inlet side plate 112 through the oil leakage hole, and thus flow to the oil cup 5 through the oil passing hole 1124 at the rear end of the air inlet side plate 112.
A middle partition 1123 is formed between two adjacent smoke gathering cavities 1151, and adjacent side plate portions of the two smoke gathering cavities 1151 form left and right sides of the middle partition 1123, so that the middle partition 1123 forms an upwardly open oil guide groove 117. The side plate parts and the left and right side walls of the adjacent smoke collecting cavity 116 are also formed with oil guide grooves 117, and the oil guide grooves 117 in the middle and at the two sides can both receive the oil smoke dropped from the side plate parts and guide the oil drops at the front side of the air inlet side plate 112 to flow backwards to the rear side.
The smoke collecting device 100 further comprises a flap assembly 2, the flap assembly 2 comprises a smoke blocking flap 21 and a flap driving unit 23, the smoke blocking flap 21 is rotatably connected with the smoke collecting cover 1, and the flap driving unit 23 is arranged on the smoke collecting cover 1 to drive the smoke blocking flap 21 to selectively open or close the outer air inlet 1121. Thus, the outer air inlet 1121 can be selectively opened, and the appearance aesthetic property and the easy accessibility of the smoke collecting device 100 in the non-use state can be improved while the smoke exhaust is realized.
In this embodiment, when the smoke baffle plate 21 is turned over to close the outer air inlet 1121, the smoke baffle plate 21 is in a closed state, and the smoke baffle plate 21 is attached to the air inlet side plate 112; when the smoke-blocking flap 21 is turned over to open the outer air inlet 1121, the smoke-blocking flap 21 is in an open state. Preferably, the rotation axis of the smoke blocking turning plate 21 extends along the left-right direction, that is, when the outer air inlet 1121 is opened by the smoke blocking turning plate 21, the rear end of the smoke blocking turning plate 21 turns forward until the smoke blocking turning plate 21 is arranged obliquely from top to bottom, so as to increase the smoke collecting range of the smoke collecting space, reduce the probability of escape of oil smoke and improve the oil smoke pumping effect; meanwhile, in the arrangement, one smoke baffle plate 21 can be used for covering the two outer air inlets 1121, so that the convenience in arrangement of the plate turnover assembly 2 is improved.
In other embodiments, the rotation axis of the smoke-blocking flap 21 may also be set along the front-back direction, and at this time, the two outer air inlets 1121 are respectively provided with the smoke-blocking flap 21, that is, when the smoke-blocking flap 21 opens the outer air inlet 1121, the smoke-blocking flap 21 is turned to the outside of the smoke-collecting hood 1 in a direction away from the other smoke-blocking flap 21.
In order to improve the aesthetic property and the cleaning convenience of the smoke collecting device 100, the shielding structure is a lower wind shield 4 arranged at the lower side of the air inlet side plate 112, the lower wind shield 4 extends along the left-right direction, and two ends of the lower wind shield are respectively butted with the left side and the right side of the smoke collecting cover 1. The lower wind deflector 4 extends obliquely downward from front to back, and when the smoke blocking flap 21 closes the outer air inlet 1121, the front end of the lower wind deflector 4 is abutted with the rear end of the smoke blocking flap 21. The lower wind deflector 4 is preferably attached to the fume collecting hood 1 by means of an adhesive or may be attached to the fume collecting hood 1 by means of a screw connection or a snap connection.
In this embodiment, lower deep bead 4 sets up the laminating with air inlet curb plate 112, and when keeping off cigarette and turning over board 21 was in the closed condition, keep off cigarette and turn over board 21 and 4 parallel and level and the front and back setting side by side down, make down deep bead 4 and keep off cigarette and turn over board 21 cooperation cover air inlet curb plate 112 from this, improve the appearance aesthetic property and the clearance convenience of collection cigarette device 100, and can reduce the overall height of collection cigarette device 100.
The smoke baffle plate 21 and the lower wind guard 4 are arranged one by one, namely, the smoke baffle plate 21 and the lower wind guard 4 cover the two smoke collecting cavities 1151 in the left-right direction, so that the structure of the smoke collecting device 100 is simplified, and the cost is reduced. In other embodiments, one smoke baffle plate 21 may be disposed corresponding to each smoke collecting chamber 1151, and each smoke baffle plate 21 may be separately controlled to achieve single-side selective air intake.
In this embodiment, the left and right sides of the fume collecting hood 1 are provided with side baffles 13, the lower end of the side baffles 13 is lower than the lower end of the air inlet side plate 112, an oil cup 5 installation space is formed by surrounding the air inlet side plate 112 and the two side baffles 13, the oil cup 5 is installed in the oil cup 5 installation space, and the air inlet side plate 112 shields the oil cup 5 from the lateral direction. The arrangement can realize the hidden arrangement of the oil cup 5, so that the oil cup 5 can not be seen from the side, and the appearance of the smoke collecting device 100 and the range hood adopting the smoke collecting device 100 are more concise and beautiful; meanwhile, the area of the oil cup 5 exposed outside the fume collecting hood 1 is reduced, so that the probability of adhering oil fume to the oil cup 5 can be reduced, and the cleaning frequency of the oil cup 5 is reduced.
In order to improve the processing convenience of the fume collecting hood 1, the fume collecting hood 1 comprises a main housing 11 and the side baffle 13 which are arranged in a split manner, the main housing 11 is provided with the fume collecting cavity 116 and the air inlet side plate 112, and the height of the lower end of the main housing 11 is basically the same as the height of the rear end of the air inlet side plate 112. The orthographic projection of the main housing 11 and the lower wind deflector 4 on the side barrier 13 is located inside the side barrier 13.
By dividing the fume collecting hood 1 into the main housing 11 and the side baffles 13, the overall appearance of the main housing 11 can be set according to the setting requirements of the fume collecting cavity 116 and the air inlet, and the shape of the side baffles 13 can be not limited by the processing technology of the main housing 11, so that the processing of the side baffles 13 can be independent of the main housing 11, the shape of the left side and the right side of the fume collecting hood 1 can not be limited by the processing technology, the area of the left side and the right side of the fume collecting hood 1 can be increased while the size of the main housing 11 is not increased, the installation space can meet the installation requirements of the oil cup 5, the escape of the fume to the two sides of the fume exhauster can be stopped, the fume collecting effect is enhanced, and the fume sucking effect of the fume collecting device 100 and the fume exhauster is improved.
The main casing 11 includes a front cover plate 118 and a cover back plate 113 which are disposed opposite to each other in the front and rear directions, and further includes two cover side plates 114 connected between the front cover plate 118 and the left and right sides of the cover back plate 113, and the cover top plate 111 connected between the front cover plate 118, the cover back plate 113 and the top ends of the cover side plates 114, and an air intake side plate 112 connected between the front cover plate 118, the cover back plate 113 and the bottom ends of the cover side plates 114. The intake side plate 112 extends obliquely downward from front to back to guide the oil dirt attached to the intake side plate 112 to flow backward to the rear side of the smoke collecting chamber 116 and be collected by the oil cup 5. That is, the whole longitudinal section of the main housing 11 is in a right trapezoid structure, and the air inlet side plate 112 forms the hypotenuse of the right trapezoid structure. Further, the front decorative plate 15 is attached to the front side of the front cover plate 118, and the front decorative plate 15 is made of glass or plastic material, so as to improve the appearance aesthetics of the smoke collecting device 100 and the range hood.
In this embodiment, when the oil cup 5 is installed in the installation space, the bottom surface of the oil cup 5 may be flush with the lower end of the side baffle 13 or may be slightly higher than the lower end of the side baffle 13, so as to reduce the height dimension of the side baffle 13 while realizing lateral shielding of the oil cup 5, thereby reducing the height dimension of the fume collecting hood 1.
In order to improve the convenience of installation of the oil cup 5 in the installation space, the rear end bottom of the main casing 11 is provided with an oil cup installation structure for being connected with the oil cup 5, whereby the convenience of dismounting and mounting the oil cup 5 can be improved. In other embodiments, the oil cup mounting structure may also be provided inside the side dam 13.
The rear end downside of the air inlet side plate 112 is provided with a mounting plate 14, the mounting plate 14 is provided with an oil cup mounting structure, and the mounting plate 14 is provided with an oil through hole 141, and the oil through hole 141 is communicated with the oil passing hole 1124. The arrangement can avoid processing the oil cup mounting structure on the air inlet side plate 112, and can simplify the processing of the main shell 11; meanwhile, the arrangement of the mounting plate 14 can also enhance the overall structural strength and rigidity of the fume collecting hood 1 and improve the supporting performance of the oil cup 5. In other embodiments, the oil cup mounting structure may be directly disposed on the rear side of the air intake side plate 112.
It should be noted that, the specific structure of the oil cup mounting structure and the matching form with the oil cup 5 can be set with reference to the structure in the prior art, which is not the focus of this embodiment, and will not be repeated here.
The oil passing holes 1124 on the air inlet side plate 112 are preferably elongated holes extending in the left-right direction, and the oil through holes 141 are preferably arranged at intervals in the left-right direction so as to ensure the overall structural strength and rigidity of the mounting plate 14, thereby ensuring the supporting performance of the mounting plate 14 on the oil cup 5.
The rear side of the lower wind guard 4 is connected with the mounting plate 14, i.e. in this embodiment, when the smoke blocking flap 21 closes the outer air inlet 1121, the smoke blocking flap 21, the lower wind guard 4 and the mounting plate 14 are sequentially arranged side by side from front to back, so as to effectively enhance the overall appearance aesthetic property of the smoke collecting device 100.
In this embodiment, since the front side of the oil cup 5 is exposed to the fume collecting hood 1, and in the fume pumping and exhausting process, fume collides with the front side of the oil cup 5, when the oil cup 5 is made of sheet metal material, the fume is easy to condense after colliding with the oil cup 5 due to higher heat conductivity coefficient of the sheet metal, so that hanging flow is generated, oil drops are caused to adhere to the front side of the oil cup 5, even drop on the kitchen range table surface, the appearance is affected, and cleaning of the kitchen range and the oil cup 5 is difficult.
In order to solve the problems, the front side surface of the oil cup 5 is provided with the anti-condensation plate 7, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the anti-condensation plate 7 is lower than that of the oil cup 5, so that the oil cup 5 can be made of the conventional manufacturing materials of the oil cup 5, the universality of the oil cup 5 is improved, and the cost of the oil cup 5 is reduced; and prevent setting up of condensation plate 7, can reduce the probability of flue gas and condensation after preventing the contact of condensation plate 7 front side, guarantee that the flue gas can be absorbed by pumping mechanism 200 before being condensed into the oil droplet, avoid adhering to the oil stain on the oil cup 5, and reduce the oil stain and prevent the probability of adhering to on the condensation plate 7, improve the convenience of the clearance of oil cup 5 and condensation plate 7, help reducing the clearance number of times on range hood surface, reduce the probability that the oil droplet drips to the mesa, improve the sanitary condition in kitchen.
In this embodiment, the condensation preventing plate 7 is preferably made of glass, and has low thermal conductivity, attractive appearance and strong please. In other embodiments, the condensation preventing plate 7 may be made of a material with low thermal conductivity such as rubber or silica gel.
The condensation-preventing plate 7 is preferably adhered to the oil cup 5, so that notch structures are prevented from being formed on the front side of the oil cup 5 or the condensation-preventing plate 7, and the processing difficulty of the oil cup 5 and the condensation-preventing plate 7 is reduced. In other embodiments, the condensation preventing plate 7 and the oil cup 5 may be detachably connected. The condensation preventing plate 7 is arranged at an included angle with the lower wind shield 4.
The flap driving unit 23 comprises a push rod motor, the back of the cigarette blocking flap 21 is provided with a hinge seat 224, a mounting shell of the push rod motor is rotatably mounted on the fume collecting hood 1, the tail end of a telescopic rod of the push rod motor is hinged with the hinge seat 224, and the telescopic rod of the push rod motor extends downwards from back to front in a tilting manner. When the telescopic rod of the push rod motor extends out, the smoke blocking turning plate 21 is driven to turn from a closed state to an open state; when the telescopic rod of the push rod motor is retracted, the smoke baffle turning plate 21 is driven to rotate from an open state to a closed state.
As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 6 to 9, in order to improve the rotation stability and reliability of the smoke blocking flap 21, two sides of the front end of the smoke blocking flap 21 are rotatably connected with the smoke collecting hood 1 through a rotation connection assembly, so that the smoke blocking flap 21 can be stably supported on the smoke collecting hood 1. In the embodiment, the rotary connecting assembly comprises a rotary shaft seat 24 arranged on the fume collecting hood 1, the rotary shaft seat 24 is provided with a rotary lug 242 extending out of the air inlet side plate 112, and the rotary lug 242 is provided with a rotary shaft hole 247; the left and right sides of the smoke blocking flap 21 are provided with a rotation shaft 223, the rotation shaft 223 extends in the left and right direction, and the rotation shaft 223 is rotatably arranged in the rotation shaft hole 247.
The rotating shaft seat 24 further comprises a fixed plate portion 241, one side of the fixed plate portion 241 is attached to the back surface of the air inlet side plate 112, a boss portion 243 is convexly arranged on the other opposite side of the fixed plate portion 241, the rotating lug 242 is vertically connected to the fixed plate portion 241, and the rotating shaft seat 24 and the air inlet side plate 112 are connected through fasteners penetrating through the boss portion 243 and the air inlet side plate 112. Therefore, the contact area between the fastener and the rotating shaft seat 24 can be increased, and the installation reliability of the rotating shaft seat 24 on the fume collecting hood 1 can be improved. Specifically, the boss 243 is provided with a mounting through hole 246, the air intake side plate 112 is provided with a threaded hole, the fastener is a screw, and the screw passes through the mounting through hole 246 and is connected with the threaded hole
Further, the inner side surface of the air intake side plate 112 is convexly provided with a convex portion, one side of the fixing plate portion 241 away from the boss portion 243 is provided with a avoiding groove 245, the convex portion is inserted into the avoiding groove 245, and the threaded hole penetrates through the convex portion. By means of the arrangement, the length of the threaded hole can be increased on the basis that the thickness of the air inlet side plate 112 is unchanged, so that the connection reliability of the threaded piece fastening connection rotating shaft seat 24 and the air inlet side plate 112 is improved. The boss portions 243 are preferably provided with two boss portions at intervals, and the protruding portions, the mounting through holes 246 and the threaded holes are all arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the boss portions 243 so as to improve the mounting reliability of the rotating shaft seat 24 on the air inlet side plate 112. The two boss portions 243 are preferably connected by a connecting rib portion 244 to enhance the overall structural strength and rigidity of the rotary shaft seat 24.
In order to improve the convenience of setting the rotation shaft 223 on the smoke-blocking turning plate 21, the back surface of the smoke-blocking turning plate 21 is connected with a connecting seat 22, the connecting seat 22 comprises a connecting plate part 221, and the connecting plate part 221 is preferably adhered to the smoke-blocking turning plate 21 so as to avoid the arrangement of holes, grooves and other structures on the smoke-blocking turning plate 21. The connecting plate part 221 is convexly provided with the rotation shaft 223, the front side of the smoke baffle turning plate 21 is provided with the avoidance port 211, and the rotation shaft 223 extends into the avoidance port 211, so that the influence of the arrangement of the rotation shaft 223 on the length of the smoke baffle turning plate 21 in the left-right direction can be avoided, the complete coverage of the smoke baffle turning plate 21 on the air inlet side plate 112 is facilitated, and the appearance attractiveness of the range hood is improved.
Further, the front end of the connection plate 221 is provided with a boss portion 222, and the end surface of the boss portion 222 is provided with a rotation shaft 223. The cross section of the boss portion 222 is larger than that of the rotation shaft 223, thereby improving the overall strength and rigidity of the connection base 22 and reducing the probability of breakage and deformation of the rotation shaft 223. The boss portion 222, the connection shaft and the connection plate portion 221 are preferably integrally formed to secure the overall structural strength and rigidity of the connection base 22.
As shown in fig. 2 and 10 to 12, in the present embodiment, the smoke outlet of the smoke collecting hood 1 is provided with an upper cover assembly 9, the upper cover assembly 9 includes an upper cover 91 and a muffler 92 disposed on the back of the upper cover 91, and a plurality of muffler holes 914 are formed in the upper cover 91. By arranging the silencing hole 914, the oil smoke can enter the bellows 201 through the silencing hole 914, so that the oil smoke is pumped and discharged; through setting up silencing member 92, can reduce the noise of oil smoke suction and exhaust in-process, improve the use experience of range hood.
To improve the convenience of mounting the silencer 92, the upper cover 91 is provided with a recess 913 in a downward concave manner, the bottom of the recess 913 is provided with a silencing hole 914, and the silencer 92 is mounted in the cavity of the recess 913. The provision of the recess 913 is advantageous in providing a mounting space for the provision of the silencer 92, avoiding the silencer 92 protruding upward from the upper cover 91.
At least the front end of the concave portion 913 has a guiding portion 9131, the guiding portion 9131 extends downward from front to back, and the guiding portion 9131 is disposed opposite to the first air inlet 1152. By means of the arrangement, the oil smoke entering from the first air inlet 1152 directly acts on the diversion portion 9131, so that oil stains attached to the concave portion 913 can flow backwards to the rear side of the smoke collecting cavity 116 along the diversion portion 9131, namely, the upper cover assembly 9 is arranged, the effect of noise reduction can be achieved, and the effect of oil guiding can be achieved. Preferably, the inclined angle of the diversion portion 9131 with respect to the horizontal plane is 30 ° to 75 °.
Further, the concave portion 913 further includes a drainage portion 9132 connected to the rear side of the flow guiding portion 9131, where the drainage portion 9132 is horizontally disposed, or the inclination angle of the drainage portion 9132 with respect to the horizontal plane is smaller than the inclination angle of the flow guiding portion 9131 with respect to the horizontal plane, so that the thickness of the whole upper cover assembly 9 is reduced while the inclined flow guiding of the flow guiding portion 9131 is achieved, and interference between the upper cover assembly 9 and other structures in the smoke collecting cavity 116 is avoided.
In order to improve the installation convenience of the upper cover assembly 9, the upper cover 91 includes a cover plate portion 911 and a flange portion 912 that bends downwards along the edge of the cover plate portion 911, the shape of the cover plate portion 911 is adapted to the shape of the smoke outlet, the edge of the smoke outlet bends downwards to form a bending edge portion 912, and the flange portion 912 is attached to the bending edge portion 912, so as to realize the installation positioning and limiting of the upper cover assembly 9 at the smoke outlet. The cover plate portion 911 is recessed downward to form the recessed portion 913, and the flange portion 912 is detachably connected to the bent flange portion 912.
Further, a folded edge portion 912 is bent in a direction away from the concave portion 913 to form a plugboard portion 915, a jack is formed in the corresponding folded edge portion 912, the plugboard portion 915 is inserted in the jack, and the folded edge portion 912 opposite to the plugboard portion 915 is connected with the corresponding folded edge portion 912 by a screw, so that the convenience in assembling and disassembling the upper cover assembly 9 on the fume collecting hood 1 is improved. The insert plate portion 915 is preferably provided at least two intervals along the length direction of the flange portion 912 to improve the mounting stability and the force balance of the upper cover assembly 9.
In this embodiment, the silencing member 92 preferably adopts silencing cotton, and has a simple structure, convenient installation and low cost. In other embodiments, the silencer 92 may also use other existing silencing structures, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Example two
The present embodiment provides a smoke collecting device 100 and a range hood, and the smoke collecting device 100 and the range hood provided in the present embodiment are substantially the same as those in the first embodiment, only have differences in partial arrangement, and the present embodiment does not describe the same structure as that in the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 13 to 16, the fume collecting hood 1 further includes a lower housing 12, the lower housing 12 is connected to the rear lower end of the main housing 11, an inner cavity of the lower housing 12 forms an oil collecting cavity 124, the oil collecting cavity 124 communicates with the fume collecting cavity 116 of the main housing 11, and the oil cup 5 is mounted on the lower housing 12. The main housing 11 is welded or detachably connected to the lower housing 12. The lower wind deflector 4 is mounted on the front side of the lower housing 12, and when the smoke blocking flap 21 is in a closed state, the lower wind deflector 4 and the smoke blocking flap 21 are arranged at an included angle. This kind of setting can strengthen the backstop to top of a kitchen range front side oil smoke, and guide oil smoke upwards to outer air intake 1121 department better, strengthens the effect of gathering fume to improve oil smoke pumping capacity.
In this embodiment, the rear end of the smoke gathering chamber 1151 is located at the rear side of the lower wind guard 4 and is spaced from the upper end of the lower wind guard 4, so that a communication port is formed between the rear end of the smoke gathering chamber 1151 and the upper end of the lower wind guard 4, and the communication port is communicated with the oil collecting chamber 124. When the oil smoke enters the smoke collecting cavity 1151 from the outer air inlet 1121, a part of the oil smoke enters the smoke collecting cavity 116 through the first air inlet 1152 and the second air inlet 1153, and another part of the oil smoke enters the lower shell 12 through a gap between the smoke collecting cavity 1151 and the upper end of the lower wind shield 4, flows into the smoke collecting cavity 116 through the oil passing hole 1124 at the rear end of the air inlet side plate 112, and is pumped and discharged to the outside by the fan 202.
In the present embodiment, the oil cup 5 is mounted to the outside of the lower end of the lower case 12, and the lower end of the lower wind deflector 4 protrudes into the opening of the oil cup 5 to better guide the oil stain attached on the lower wind deflector 4 into the oil cup 5.
In this embodiment, the lower housing 12 includes a lower back plate 123 and a cover bottom plate 122 that are vertically connected, and an oil collecting port 1221 that communicates with the oil cup 5 is formed in the bottom surface of the lower housing 12, and a plurality of oil collecting ports 1221 are preferably provided at intervals along the left-right direction.
Further, in the present embodiment, the lower case 12 includes a lower back plate 123 vertically provided, two lower side plates 121 connected to the left and right sides of the two lower back plates 123, and a hood bottom plate 122 connected to the lower back plate 123 and the lower ends of the two lower side plates 121, and the left and right sides of the lower wind deflector 4 are connected to the two lower side plates 121. This arrangement can enhance the overall structural strength and rigidity of the lower housing 12, and the stability of the lower housing 12 to support the oil cup 5.
Preferably, the hood back plate 113 is flush with the lower back plate 123 and screwed or riveted, and the hood side plate 114 is flush with the lower side plate 121 of the corresponding side and screwed or riveted, whereby structural stability of the fume collecting hood 1 can be enhanced, so that the main housing 11 and the lower housing 12 form a rigidly connected structure, and processing efficiency can be improved. In other embodiments, the plates on the corresponding sides of the main housing 11 and the lower housing 12 may be welded together.
The side baffles 13 cover the corresponding sides of the main housing 11 and the lower housing 12, thereby making the fume collecting hood 1 as a unitary structure from the outside, having strong aesthetic appearance, and making the overall structural rigidity and structural strength of the fume collecting hood 1 stronger. Further, the front projection of the main housing 11 and the lower housing 12 on the plane of the side baffle 13 is located in the range of the side baffle 13, so that the side baffle 13 can visually shield the structures on the main housing 11 and the lower housing 12 laterally, and the appearance aesthetic property is further improved; meanwhile, by the arrangement, the side baffle 13 can extend forwards to the front side of the lower shell 12, so that the smoke collecting effect can be better achieved, the probability of outward dissipation of oil smoke is reduced, and the oil smoke sucking effect is improved.
Specifically, the side baffle 13 has a polygonal structure, the upper side of which is flush with the hood top panel 111, the rear side of which is flush with the back cover panel, the lower side of which is flush with the hood bottom panel 122, the front side of which is flush with the front cover panel 118, and the front oblique side of which is connected between the lower end of the front side and the front end of the lower side. This can simplify the structure of the side shield 13 while ensuring the stopping effect of the side shield 13 against the soot.
The side guards 13 are preferably bonded to the hood side panels 114 and the lower side panels 121 to avoid perforating or grooving the side guards 13 and to maintain the integrity of the appearance of the side guards 13. In other embodiments, the side guards 13 may also be welded or snapped with the main housing 11 and/or the lower housing 12.
Example III
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, the present embodiment provides a smoke collecting device 100 and a range hood, and the smoke collecting device 100 and the range hood provided in the present embodiment are based on further improvements of the structure in the second embodiment, and the description of the same contents as those in the second embodiment will not be repeated.
In this embodiment, the lower side of the lower wind deflector 4 is rotatably connected with the smoke collecting hood 1, so that a side air inlet 43 capable of being selectively opened or closed is formed between the upper end of the lower wind deflector 4 and the air inlet side plate 112, and when the side air inlet 43 is opened, the side air inlet 43 is communicated with the outer air inlet 1121, thereby being capable of changing the area of the smoke collecting cavity 1151 and improving the smoke inlet effect.
In the present embodiment, the smoke collecting device 100 has a closed state and a fully opened state, when the smoke collecting device 100 is in the closed state, the side air inlet 43 is closed by the lower wind deflector 4, the outer air inlet 1121 is closed by the smoke baffle, and the rear end of the smoke baffle is in butt joint with the upper end of the lower wind deflector 4; when the smoke collecting device 100 is in the fully opened state, the upper end of the lower wind shield 4 turns forward, the outer air inlet 1121 and the side air inlet 43 are both opened, and the air inlet area is increased; meanwhile, as the upper end of the outer air inlet 1121 moves downwards, the outer air inlet 1121 is closer to the cooking bench, and the oil smoke sucking effect is improved; furthermore, the upper end of the lower wind shield 4 rotates forward and downward, so that the distance between the upper end of the lower wind shield 4 and the air inlet side plate 112 is increased, and the effect of oil smoke pumping and exhausting can be further increased.
That is, in the smoke collecting device 100 provided in this embodiment, the smoke collecting area of the smoke collecting cavity 1151 can be changed by the rotation of the smoke baffle and the rotation of the lower wind baffle 4, so that the smoke collecting effect of the smoke collecting cavity 1151 is changed, and the effect of smoke exhaust is changed. In actual use, only the smoke baffle or both the smoke baffle and the lower wind deflector 4 may be selectively opened according to cooking needs, so that efficiency and cost are combined.
In this embodiment, the smoke collecting device 100 further includes a lower plate driving member 10, where the lower plate driving member 10 is used to drive the lower wind deflector 4 to switch between a closed state and an open state, and adjust an opening angle of the lower wind deflector 4, so as to implement automatic control of turning of the lower wind deflector 4, and improve operation intellectualization and automation of the range hood.
The lower plate driving member 10 may adopt a push rod motor, a motor casing of the push rod motor may be rotatably mounted on the air inlet side plate 112, and a driving end of the push rod motor is hinged with the lower wind shield 4.
Further, the lower end of the lower wind shield 4 is always located at the inner side of the oil cup 5, so that oil drops attached to the lower wind shield 4 can slide downwards into the oil cup 5, and the oil drops are prevented from dripping on a cooking bench.
The rotation angle of the lower wind deflector 4 is preferably set to be °o avoid interference with the oil cup 5 due to an excessive rotation angle of the lower wind deflector 4.
In order to avoid the rotation of the lower wind guard 4 interfering with the rotation of the smoke barrier, it is preferable that when the smoke collecting device 100 needs to be switched to the fully opened state, the smoke barrier is controlled to rotate to the opened position by the controller, and then the lower wind guard 4 is controlled to rotate. Under this setting, when the collection cigarette device 100 is in the totally closed state, the interval between the upper end of lower deep bead 4 and the cigarette baffle is less, improves collection cigarette device 100 and range hood's appearance aesthetic property.
In other embodiments, the distance between the rear end of the smoke baffle and the upper end of the lower wind baffle 4 can be increased when the smoke baffle is in a fully closed state, so that the two are guaranteed to be rotationally non-interfered with each other.
Further, the front side of the oil cup 5 is covered with the anti-condensation plate 7, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the anti-condensation plate 7 is higher than that of the oil cup 5, so that the probability of condensation of oil smoke on the front side of the oil cup 5 can be reduced, the probability of adhesion of oil stains on the front side of the oil cup 5 is reduced, oil drops are further prevented from dripping on a table top, and the cleaning convenience and the use comfort of the smoke collecting device 100 and the smoke exhaust ventilator are improved. The condensation preventing plate 7 is preferably made of glass material to improve the aesthetic appearance and cleaning convenience of the smoke collecting device 100 and the range hood.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 19 to 20, the present embodiment provides a smoke collecting device 100 and a range hood, and the smoke collecting device 100 provided in the present embodiment is based on a further improvement of the structure in the second embodiment, and the description of the same contents as those in the second embodiment will not be repeated.
In the present embodiment, the lower wind deflector 4 includes a fixed baffle 41 and a movable baffle 42, the fixed baffle 41 is provided with a side air inlet 43, and the movable baffle 42 can move relative to the fixed baffle 41 to selectively open or close the side air inlet 43.
By providing the side air inlet 43 on the fixed baffle 41 and providing the movable baffle 42 capable of opening or closing the side air inlet 43, the air inlet position of the smoke collecting device 100 can be increased when the side air inlet 43 is opened, thereby increasing the air inlet area of the smoke collecting cavity 116 and improving the air inlet effect and the smoke exhaust effect. Meanwhile, the side air inlet 43 is lower than the outer air inlet 1121, so that the side air inlet 43 is arranged closer to the cooking bench, the oil smoke pumping effect can be further enhanced, and the use flexibility of the smoke collecting device 100 is improved.
In this embodiment, the outer air inlet 1121 and/or the side air inlet 43 may be selectively opened according to the cooking fume generated by cooking, for example, in the quick-frying state, the amount of fume is large, and at this time, the side air inlet 43 and the outer air inlet 1121 may be simultaneously opened; when the amount of the oil smoke is relatively small and the cooking appliance is a short appliance, only the side air inlet 43 can be opened, so that the interference between the range hood and the cooking appliance is avoided while the oil smoke pumping and discharging effect is enhanced; when the amount of the oil smoke is relatively small and the cooking appliance is a high appliance such as a steamer, the side air inlet 43 can be closed, and the outer air inlet 1121 is opened, so that the interference between the movable baffle plate 42 and the cooking appliance is avoided while the oil smoke sucking effect is ensured, and the use flexibility and the use safety of the range hood are improved.
In this embodiment, the smoke collecting device 100 further includes a lower plate driving member 10, and the lower plate driving member 10 drives the movable shutter 42 to move in a direction away from or toward the fixed shutter 41 to close or open the side smoke inlet. This kind of setting can reduce the interference between movable baffle 42 and other structures, and makes the area setting of movable baffle 42 can not be limited by the size of gathering oil chamber 124, can increase the size of side air inlet 43, also can reduce the probability that movable baffle 42 interfered with user or cooking utensil simultaneously, improves the safety in utilization of collection cigarette device 100.
When the lower wind shield 4 closes the side air inlet 43, the movable baffle 42 and the fixed baffle 41 are preferably flush with the front side surface so as to improve the appearance aesthetic property of the smoke collecting device 100 and the range hood; when the lower wind shield 4 opens the side air inlet 43, the movable baffle 42 is located at the front side of the fixed baffle 41 and is spaced from the fixed baffle 41, so as to avoid that the side movable baffle 42 is located at the inner side of the oil collecting cavity 124 to obstruct the upward flow of the smoke.
In other embodiments, the flapper 42 may also be rotatably coupled to the fixed flapper 41 such that the flapper 42 can rotate to open or close the side air intake 43; in other alternative embodiments, the flapper 42 may also be slidably coupled to the fixed flapper 41 to open or close the side air intake 43.
In this embodiment, the lower plate driving member 10 may employ a push rod motor, wherein a motor casing of the push rod motor is installed in the oil collecting cavity 124 through a motor base, and a telescopic rod of the push rod motor is connected with the movable baffle 42. In other embodiments, other forms of drive arrangements may be provided to actuate the flapper 42.
Further, the front side of the oil cup 5 is covered with the anti-condensation plate 7, and the heat conductivity coefficient of the anti-condensation plate 7 is higher than that of the oil cup 5, so that the probability of condensation of oil smoke on the front side of the oil cup 5 can be reduced, the probability of adhesion of oil stains on the front side of the oil cup 5 is reduced, oil drops are further prevented from dripping on a table top, and the cleaning convenience and the use comfort of the smoke collecting device 100 and the smoke exhaust ventilator are improved. The condensation preventing plate 7 is preferably made of glass material to improve the aesthetic appearance and cleaning convenience of the smoke collecting device 100 and the range hood.

As shown in fig. 21 and 22, in the embodiment of the present utility model, a smoke collecting device 100 and a range hood are provided, and the smoke collecting device 100 and the range hood provided in the embodiment are substantially the same as those in the second embodiment, only have differences in partial arrangement, and the embodiment will not be repeated for the same structure in the embodiment.
In the present embodiment, the fume collecting chamber 116 forms a mounting space for mounting the oil cup 5, and the oil cup 5 is mounted in the fume collecting chamber 116 and supported at the bottom of the fume collecting chamber 116. The installation space has a front opening, and the lower wind deflector 4 can selectively open or close the front opening of the installation space. When the smoke baffle plate 21 seals the outer air inlet 1121, the smoke baffle plate 21 and the lower wind deflector 4 are arranged at a preset obtuse angle.
According to the arrangement, when the oil cup 5 does not need to be cleaned and replaced, the oil cup 5 can be completely positioned in a space formed by the enclosing of the fume collecting hood 1 and the lower wind shield 4, so that the oil cup 5 is prevented from being exposed, the probability that oil smoke is attached to the outer side face of the oil cup 5 is reduced, the cleaning convenience of the oil cup 5 is improved, and the cleaning difficulty is reduced; meanwhile, the oil cup 5 is hidden at the rear side of the lower wind shield 4, so that the appearance of the range hood is more concise and elegant, and the appearance aesthetic property of the range hood is improved; the arrangement of the lower wind shield 4 can also stop the oil smoke from flowing to the rear side, guide the oil smoke to enter the smoke gathering cavity 1151, play a role in gathering the oil smoke, and further improve the oil smoke pumping and discharging effect; furthermore, when the smoke collecting device 100 is in a closed state, the smoke blocking turning plate 21 and the lower wind shield 4 are arranged at a preset obtuse angle, so that the front end height of the smoke collecting device 100 can be reduced, the front end height of the smoke collecting device 100 is raised, the collision probability of the smoke collecting device 100 and a user is reduced, the structural compactness of the smoke collecting device 100 is improved, and the occupied space of the smoke collecting device 100 is reduced.
To further improve the convenience of replacement of the oil cup 5, the upper end of the lower wind deflector 4 is rotatably connected with the fume collecting hood 1, so that the lower wind deflector 4 rotates to open or close the front side opening. Therefore, when the oil cup 5 needs to be replaced and taken and placed, the front side opening of the lower wind shield 4 is only required to be opened by rotating, and the oil cup 5 does not need to be disassembled.
In other embodiments, the selective opening or closing of the front opening by the lower windscreen 4 may be achieved in other ways, such as for example by detachably connecting the lower windscreen 4 to the fume collecting hood 1, or by providing the lower windscreen 4 with an upper and a lower plate part in sliding connection, the lower plate part being able to slide relative to the upper plate part for opening or closing the front opening.
When the lower wind deflector 4 closes the front side opening, the lower wind deflector 4 has a first included angle with respect to the vertical plane, and the front side edge of the side baffle 13 has a second included angle with respect to the vertical plane, the first included angle being smaller than the second included angle. This kind of setting makes when the front side opening of closing of lower deep bead 4, and the front side of side shield 13 stretches out the front side of lower deep bead 4 forward, can make down deep bead 4, side shield 13 and air inlet curb plate 112 from this and encircle and form the front side and draw in the cigarette space, reduces the probability that the oil smoke escapes from the side direction, improves and draws in the cigarette effect.
The smoke collecting device 100 further comprises a lower plate driving member 10, and the lower plate driving member 10 drives the lower wind deflector 4 to rotate. In the present embodiment, the rear end of the smoke gathering chamber 1151 is spaced from the oil collecting chamber 124, so that the intrusion of the smoke entering the smoke gathering chamber 1151 into the lower plate driving member 10 can be reduced. The separation structure can adopt a structure formed by the air inlet side plate 112, and can also realize separation between the smoke gathering cavity 1151 and the oil collecting cavity 124 by installing a separation plate on the air inlet side plate 112.
Further, the rear side chamber wall of the smoke gathering chamber 1151 is provided with an oil leakage port 1156 with a lower opening, the rear end of the air inlet side plate 112 is provided with an oil passing hole 1124, and the oil passing hole 1124 is communicated with the installation space so as to better guide oil drops attached to the separation structure to flow to the rear side of the air inlet side plate 112, and then flow into the oil cup 5.

In this embodiment, the oil cup 5 is directly placed on the hood bottom plate 122, so as to save the oil cup mounting structure on the fume collecting hood 1, and improve the convenience of taking and placing the oil cup 5. In order to avoid the oil cup 5 to slide out of the installation space, the front side of the cover bottom plate 122 is upwardly bent with a limiting edge 125, and the limiting edge 125 can stop the oil cup 5, so as to avoid the oil cup 5 from falling out of the installation space and improve the setting stability of the oil cup 5.
Further, when the lower wind deflector 4 closes the front side opening, the lower end of the lower wind deflector 4 abuts against the front side surface of the limit edge portion 125, thereby enabling to ensure the reliability of closing the front side opening by the lower wind deflector 4 and to reduce the gap between the lower end of the lower wind deflector 4 and the smoke collecting hood 1.
