The smoke guide plate 4 is beneficial to guiding the oil smoke entering from the smoke suction port 17 to flow upwards to the top of the smoke collecting cavity 16, so that the flow guide of the oil smoke is realized, and the oil smoke pumping and exhausting efficiency is improved.
When the front panel 31 is in a closed state, the upper end of the smoke guide plate 4 is higher than the lower end of the front panel 31, so that most of the oil smoke entering from the smoke suction port 17 can act on the smoke guide plate 4, and the flow guide effect of the smoke guide plate 4 on the oil smoke flow is enhanced; at the same time, this arrangement allows the front panel 31 to block the upper side edge of the smoke guide plate 4, improving the external appearance of the range hood.
The smoke guide plate 4 is fixed on the smoke collecting hood 1 through the baffle support 5, the baffle support 5 comprises a first plate part and a second plate part which are connected with each other at an included angle, the first plate part is connected with a lower bottom plate 18 of the smoke collecting hood 1, the second plate part extends obliquely from front to back and upwards, and the back surface of the smoke guide plate 4 is adhered to the second plate part and is adhered to the second plate part. Baffle support 5 is provided with a plurality ofly along controlling the direction interval to guarantee the setting stability of smoke guide plate 4 on collection petticoat pipe 1. The smoke guide 4 is preferably made of glass or other materials for preparing the smoke guide 4, so as to improve the cleaning convenience of the smoke guide 4.
The range hood further comprises an oil cup 7, the oil cup 7 is arranged at the bottom end of the range hood, and the bottom of the fume collecting hood 1 and the lower end of the fume guide plate 4 are both positioned inside the upper end opening of the oil cup 7, so that waste oil attached in the fume collecting hood 1 and waste oil formed by condensation on the fume guide plate 4 can flow into the oil cup 7 to be collected.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in an embodiment, a first profiling 112 protruding backward is provided on the back plate 11, a plurality of second profiling 113 protruding forward is provided at the first profiling 112, and a portion of the back plate 11 where the first profiling 112 is not provided forms the back plate body 111. The arrangement of the first profiling 112 and the second profiling 113 can enhance the overall structural strength and rigidity of the back plate 11, thereby enhancing the structural strength and rigidity of the fume collecting hood 1 and the fume exhaust fan, reducing the probability of deformation of the fume collecting hood 1 in the operation process, and reducing the operation noise of the fume exhaust fan; furthermore, the first press mold 112 is protruded backward, so that the oil adhering to the concave portion of the first press mold 112 can flow down into the oil cup 7 along the inner surface of the back plate body 111, which is beneficial to realizing the diversion of the flow of the waste liquid, and the problem that the waste oil on the first press mold 112 drops down directly due to the forward protrusion of the first press mold 112 relative to the back plate 11 main body is avoided.
In one embodiment, the first profiling 112 is a first rectangular profiling, the length direction of the first rectangular profiling is along the left-right direction, and the height direction is along the up-down direction. By arranging the first press mold 112 in a rectangular shape, the processing and forming of the first press mold 112 can be facilitated, and the structure of the first press mold 112 can be simplified, so that the cleaning convenience of the backboard 11 is improved; further, since the back plate 11 has a rectangular structure, the first press mold 112 is formed as a rectangular press mold, and the coverage area of the first press mold 112 can be increased, thereby increasing the structural strength of the back plate 11.
The adjacent two sides of the first press mold 112 are connected by adopting arc chamfer angles, so that waste oil is prevented from accumulating at the corners between the two connected sides, and the cleaning convenience of the first press mold 112 is improved; meanwhile, the stress at the back plate can be reduced by the arc chamfer, and the strength of the box body is improved. The width of the first profiling 112 protruding out of the backboard body 111 is 2.5 mm-4.5 mm, so that the structural strength of the backboard 11 is enhanced, and meanwhile, the processing difficulty of the first profiling 112 is reduced.
In one embodiment, the length of the first profiling 112 in the left-right direction is L 1, and the length of the back plate 11 in the left-right direction is L 0,L1≥0.8L0; the height of the first profiling 112 is h 1, and the height of the back plate 11 is h 0,h1>0.5h0, so as to increase the coverage area of the first profiling 112 on the back plate 11 and increase the structural strength and rigidity of the back plate 11.
In one embodiment, the upper end of the smoke-guiding plate 4 is spaced from the back plate 11, and the lower side edge of the first profiling 112 is lower than the upper end of the smoke-guiding plate 4. This kind of setting is more favorable to the waste oil that the invagination department of first die mould 112 formed directly to flow downwards to backplate body 111 department, avoids the waste oil of first die mould 112 department to flow to smoke guide 4 departments, improves the convenience of waste oil clearance.
To further enhance the cleaning convenience of the back plate 11, in an embodiment, the distance between the lower side edge of the first profiling 112 and the upper end of the smoke guide plate 4 is smaller than 5mm, so that when the front panel 31 is opened, the lower side of the first profiling 112 is basically exposed out of the front side opening of the smoke collecting cavity 16, and the cleaning convenience of the first profiling 112 is enhanced.
The first press mold 112 includes a first press mold body 1121 and a first press mold side 1122 connected between the first press mold body 1121 and the back plate body 111, and the first press mold side 1122 is disposed at an obtuse angle with the first press mold body 1121 to improve the processing convenience of the first press mold 112. In an embodiment, the lower edge of the first profiled side 1122 connected to the back panel body 111 is located below the smoke guide panel 4, and the lower edge of the first profiled side 1122 connected to the first profiled body 1121 is located above the smoke guide panel 4, so as to further improve the cleaning convenience of the first profiled 112.
In an embodiment, under the condition of ensuring the strength of the box body, the second profiling 113 is arranged at intervals along the left-right direction, so as to improve the arrangement regularity of the second profiling 113, thereby improving the cleaning convenience of the backboard 11. In order to further improve the cleaning convenience of the back plate 11, the second press mold 113 is a second rectangular press mold, one side edge of the second rectangular press mold is arranged in the left-right direction, and the other adjacent side edge is arranged in the up-down direction, so that the processing of the second press mold 113 is facilitated, and the cleaning convenience of the second press mold 113 is further facilitated because the shape of the second press mold 113 is more regular; furthermore, the rectangular second profiling 113 is arranged, so that the structure of the back plate 11 is simpler, and the appearance is more attractive.
The long edges of the second press mold 113 are arranged in the vertical direction, and the short edges are arranged in the left-right direction, so that the coverage range of the second press mold 113 in the vertical direction of the first press mold 112 can be increased, the structural strength of the back plate 11 is further enhanced, and meanwhile, the arrangement of a plurality of second press molds 113 in the left-right direction can be facilitated.
The distance between the upper side edge of the second die 113 and the upper side edge of the first die 112 is d1, the distance between the lower side edge of the second die 113 and the lower side edge of the first die 112 is d2, and both d1 and d2 are larger than 8mm, so as to avoid that the d1 and d2 are too small to cause material to be pulled apart and distorted when the second die 113 is processed and molded. Preferably, both d1 and d2 are smaller than 25mm to increase the size of the second profiling 113 on the basis of the unchanged size of the first profiling 112.
The second press 113 includes a second press body 1131 and a second press side 1132 connected between the second press body 1131 and the first press body 1121, where the second press side 1132 is disposed at an obtuse angle with respect to the second press body 1131, so as to facilitate the processing of the second press 113. And the adjacent sides of the second profiling 113 are connected in a smooth transition manner by adopting an arc structure, so that waste oil aggregation at the corners between the adjacent sides is avoided, and the cleaning convenience of the second profiling 113 is improved.
In an embodiment, the stamping depth of the first press mold 112 is greater than or equal to the stamping depth of the second press mold 113, that is, the width of the second press mold main body 1131 protruding out of the first press mold main body 1121 is smaller than the width of the first press mold 112 protruding out of the back plate main body 111, so that waste oil attached to the second press mold main body 1131 can drop into the second press mold 113, the drainage effect of the waste oil is improved, and the problem that the waste oil on the second press mold main body 1131, caused by the fact that the second press mold main body 1131 directly protrudes out of the back plate main body 111, directly drops down to the bottom of the fume collecting hood 1 is avoided.
In an embodiment, the distance between two adjacent second profiling 113 is equal, so as to facilitate the processing of the back plate 11, and improve the appearance aesthetics of the fume collecting hood 1 and the range hood. In other embodiments, the spacing between portions of adjacent second profiling 113 may not be equal.
The length of the second profiling 113 in the left-right direction is preferably greater than 50mm and less than 120mm, in order to avoid that the second profiling 113 is too small, which leads to an increase in the number of second profiling 113 required, while also avoiding the problem that the length of the second profiling 113 is too large, which leads to a smaller number of second profiling 113 that can be provided. The number of the second profiling 113 is preferably 3 to 5, so that the problem that the cleaning difficulty is increased due to the excessive number of the second profiling 113 is avoided.
In an embodiment, the inner wall surface of the fume collecting hood 1 is provided with an oleophobic coating so as to reduce the adhesion of grease in the fume collecting hood 1 and further improve the cleaning convenience of the fume collecting hood 1.
