Description

Embroidery method
Technical Field
The invention relates to an embroidering method of embroidery, belonging to the technical field of synthesis of embroidering processes.
Background
Embroidery is a traditional manual art in China, forms embroidery with a certain pattern on embroidery cloth according to designed patterns by pulling embroidery threads and other threads by using embroidery needles and adopting different embroidery stitch methods, and is an excellent traditional embroidery process in China.
The embroidery is characterized in that the embroidery is made by carving, wrapping, winding, drawing and other techniques, and the style is unique, and the embroidery shows lifelike artistic embodiment. On the other hand, along with the improvement of cognitive ability of people and continuous innovation and change of embroidery patterns and the like, the embroidery is shown according to the expression forms of things by people, for example, some embroidery products are made by carrying out pattern design according to mountains and waters and then carrying out embroidery through an embroidery method, for example, the mulberry embroidery products and the embroidery method in table embroidery are made by carrying out design and embroidery according to fruits of plant mulberry; some of them are embroidery methods based on jellyfish embroidery in table embroidery, such as marine animals and plants, but for various embroidery products, it is necessary to consider the formation and artistic expression of the embroidery product. Although the existing embroidery products have artworks which are shown by different mountains and waters, flowers and plants, marine organisms and the like and are obtained by a good technique, the development of the embroidery products embroidered by hands still has a great innovative space, but the main problem how to realize effective fixation and better artistic expression such as stereoscopic impression is solved when a new embroidery product is searched and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an embroidery method aiming at the problems in the prior art, and solves the problem of how to provide a new embroidery technique to ensure that the embroidery has good stability and stereoscopic impression.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme, and the embroidery embroidering method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. pretreatment: fixing and tightening embroidery cloth to be embroidered;
B. embroidering a serging ring: embroidering thread along the circumference of the circle pattern I drawn on the embroidery cloth to form a circular lockstitch ring;
C. embroidering the embroidering net: taking the circle center of the first circular pattern as a central point and the circumferential position of the first circular pattern as a fixed endpoint, drawing threads at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first circular pattern, and forming a plurality of first embroidery threads distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction through the central point, so that all the first embroidery threads are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction on the embroidery cloth to form corresponding embroidery meshes;
D. embroidering the embroidery: the other embroidery thread penetrates through the center of the embroidery net and is wound for embroidery, so that the embroidery thread is wound around a first embroidery thread I on the embroidery net, and then the embroidery thread at least winds a circle of the first embroidery thread I, penetrates through the lower part of the first embroidery thread I and penetrates through the lower part of a second embroidery thread for winding at least a circle; sequentially repeating the coil embroidering forward to form a first tight braided layer outwards in the radial direction around the embroidering net, and enabling the outermost coil of the first braided layer and the serging coil to be spaced at a certain distance in the radial direction;
E. pulling lines between every two adjacent embroidery threads I along the radial direction to form embroidery threads II which are distributed in the circumferential direction, wherein one end of each embroidery thread II is fixed at the outermost ring of the weaving layer I, the other end of each embroidery thread II is fixed on the embroidery cloth at the circumferential position of the circular pattern I, and the extension line of each embroidery thread II passes through the central point; and D, repeating the embroidering mode of the first braided layer in the step D to perform coil embroidering and embroidering outwards along the radial direction until the braided layer is tightly attached to the overlock ring at the outermost ring and then fixing to form a second braided layer, thus obtaining a corresponding embroidery.
The embroidery net is formed by embroidering by pulling embroidery threads at intervals in the circumferential direction of a first circular pattern, namely, the embroidery net is formed by embroidering at intervals in the same circumferential direction or different circumferential directions by taking the circle center of the first circular pattern as a center point, the formed embroidery net can be stable and has good tension, then the embroidery net is repeatedly wound and embroidered, namely, the embroidery net is wound and embroidered by taking the center point of the cross point of the embroidery net, the embroidery net is spiral and formed by sequentially extending and embroidering from the center point, each adjacent embroidery thread is tightly stuck together to form a first tight braided layer and a second tight braided layer, the two braided layers enable the embroidery threads to be wound at least one circle at each time on the embroidery net passing through each time in the winding process, and then the embroidery net is sequentially wound and embroidered forwards, so that the spiral wound embroidery threads are coated in the length direction of each embroidery thread after the embroidery is finished, and each embroidery is good in three-dimensional sense and beautiful after the embroidery net passes through one embroidery net and the next spiral after each time is wound, and the embroidery net is good in appearance and the embroidery net is formed; the distribution density of the second weaving layers on the outer layer is higher than that of the first weaving layers on the inner layer, namely one coiling embroidery is redistributed between every two adjacent coiling embroideries on the first weaving layers, and a better supporting effect can be realized; meanwhile, the embroidery method is a new embroidery technical expression of the inventor, and the embroidery product formed by the embroidery technical expression can be visually expressed in an artistic expression from the center to the periphery, and the creation inspiration comes from a fungus plant called as cyrtomium fortunei by people, and the fungus also belongs to dictyophora.
In the embroidering method of the embroidery, preferably, the lower embroidery cloth at the central position of the embroidery net in the step C is filled with cotton threads, and the embroidery net formed by embroidering is pressed against the cotton threads while embroidering, and the middle of the embroidery net formed by embroidering is raised upward. The filled cotton threads can be distributed on the embroidery cloth more stably, the center of the embroidery is processed to show an upward convex visual effect, and the embroidery has better stereoscopic impression. Of course, the cotton thread filling is preferably performed by directly adopting an upward convex filling mode, so that the best overall layering effect of the embroidery is better.
In the above embroidery method, preferably, the fixed end points of both ends of each of the first embroidery threads of the embroidery net are directly fixed to the serging ring. The embroidery machine has the advantages that the stability of fixing is good, the influence of looseness when an embroidery weaving layer pulls an embroidery thread I in the follow-up process can be effectively avoided, the formed embroidery has better compactness, and the embroidery tensioning performance is good.
In the method for embroidering an embroidery, preferably, the cotton thread is fixed to an embroidery cloth with an embroidery thread in advance in step B. The stability of the cotton thread is improved, and as a further preference, the height of the cotton thread is slightly higher than that of the peripheral locking edge ring. The position of assurance middle part that like this can be better can be a little higher than the part of periphery, makes the effect that has better third dimension.
The second purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme, and the embroidering method of the embroidery comprises the following steps:
a1, fixing and tightening embroidery cloth to be embroidered;
b1, embroidering threads along the circumference of the circle with the first circular pattern drawn on the embroidery cloth to form a circular lockstitch ring;
c1, on the other tightened embroidery cloth drawn with the second circular pattern, embroidering along the circumferential direction of the second circular pattern to enable the second circular pattern to be circumferentially distributed at intervals on the circumference of the corresponding second circular pattern to form fixing points through which embroidery threads can pass, and then enabling the embroidery threads to pass through the fixing points to form a circular fixing ring;
c2, taking the circle center of the second circular pattern as a central point, enabling the embroidery thread to penetrate through a fixed point at the position of the circumference to pull the first embroidery thread, and pulling the thread at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second circular pattern, wherein the thread pulling is carried out each time through the circle center of the second circular pattern, so that all the first embroidery threads are distributed on the second circular pattern corresponding to the second embroidery pattern at intervals in the circumferential direction to form corresponding embroidery nets;
c3, another embroidery thread penetrates through the center of the embroidery net and is wound to enable the embroidery thread to be wound around a first embroidery thread I on the embroidery net, and then the embroidery thread is wound at least one circle of the first embroidery thread I to penetrate through the lower part of the first embroidery thread I and is wound with a second embroidery thread I; then the second embroidering line I at least winds around one circle, penetrates through the lower part of the second embroidering line I and winds the third embroidering line I; sequentially repeating the coil embroidering forwards and circumferentially to form a first tight braided layer around the embroidering net in the radial direction until the embroidering line is embroidered outwards along the radial direction of the embroidering line, and the outermost ring of the first braided layer and the serging ring are spaced at intervals along the radial direction;
c4, then, drawing threads between every two adjacent embroidery threads I along the diameter direction of the circular pattern I to form embroidery threads II which are distributed circumferentially, wherein one end of each embroidery thread II is fixed at the outermost ring of the weaving layer I, the other end of each embroidery thread II is fixed at a fixed point on the circumference of the circular pattern I, and the extension line of each embroidery thread II passes through the central point; repeating the embroidering mode of the first woven layer in the step C3 to perform coil embroidering and outward coil embroidering along the radial direction until the first woven layer is tightly attached to the overlock ring of the outermost ring and then fixing the first woven layer to form a second woven layer;
c5, cutting the embroidery thread corresponding to the fixed point, and taking out the pre-embroidered embroidery;
and C6, necking the periphery of the obtained pre-embroidered embroidery object to be consistent with the diameter of the lockstitch ring and attaching the periphery to the lockstitch ring, embroidering along the circumferential direction of the lockstitch ring by embroidery threads to fix the prefabricated embroidery object and the lower end attached to the lockstitch ring, and after fixing is completed, pressing the middle part of the prefabricated embroidery object downwards to form a concave cavity to obtain the corresponding embroidery.
The fungus belongs to bamboo fungus, and the fungus is hollow inside, so that the middle part of the embroidery can be pressed downwards to form the embroidery with more artistic expression, and the fungus has good three-dimensional expression and can be stably fixed on the embroidery cloth.
In the embroidery method for embroidery described above, the fixing points in step C1 are preferably specifically: threading the embroidery thread through the embroidery cloth near the outer sides of the second circular pattern from bottom to top, and then threading the embroidery thread through the embroidery cloth at the circumferential positions of the second circular pattern from top to bottom to form a first fixed point; then, the embroidery thread penetrates through the outer side of the second circular pattern from bottom to top along the circumferential direction, and then the embroidery thread penetrates through the embroidery cloth at the circumferential position of the second circular pattern from top to bottom to form a second fixed point; and repeating embroidery along the circumferential direction of the circular pattern II to form fixing points at equal intervals at the circumferential positions of the circular pattern II. In setting the fixing points, the number of the total fixing points required for the pulling of the first braid and the second braid may be considered. The fixing points can be enabled to correspond to the circumferences of the circular patterns II, so that a circular embroidery object can be accurately formed during thread pulling, the embroidery thread of the fixing points can be easily cut out in the subsequent taking-out process, the edge position of the embroidery can be prevented from being damaged, and the quality of the embroidery is improved.
In the embroidery method, it is preferable that the prefabricated embroidery is fixed along the outer circumference of the lockstitch ring in the step C5, and the outer circumference of the prefabricated embroidery is covered on the upper surface of the lockstitch ring. Not only can ensure the embroidering stability of embroidery, but also can improve the overall visual aesthetic effect.
In the above embroidery method, preferably, the central portion of the embroidery is pressed down to be attached to the embroidery cloth, and the embroidery is fixed by the embroidery thread after being attached to the embroidery cloth. The stability of the fixing is improved, so that the concave cavity is stably formed.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention performs the winding embroidery by the central point at the cross point of the embroidery net, can form a spiral shape which extends outwards from the central point to be embroidered, each adjacent embroidery thread is tightly stuck together to form a tight weaving layer, and the spiral winding embroidery thread is wrapped in the radial direction on each embroidery thread I and each embroidery thread II after the embroidery is finished, thus forming the stable spiral winding embroidery thread, having good stereoscopic impression and fixed stability, and having good aesthetic property.
2. Because the weaving layer one and the weaving layer two of two-layer difference inside and outside formation make the outer weaving layer two circumference distribution density be higher than the density that distributes on the weaving layer one that is located the inboard relatively, can make to have better support stability, have the effect of stable third dimension, performance its artistic effect that again can be better.
