B. drawing the pattern: drawing a pattern to be embroidered on the embroidery cloth according to the requirement of embroidery;
C. selecting a filler: selecting an elastic filler and placing the elastic filler over the pattern;
D. embroidering sea anemone bodies: and embroidering a net structure along the outer surface of the elastic filler to enable the elastic filler to be wrapped between the net structure and the embroidery cloth, and meanwhile, fixing the net structure on the embroidery cloth at the periphery of the lower end part of the elastic filler.
According to the invention, through the design layout of the patterns on the embroidery cloth, different design requirements can be adjusted according to the actual requirement on the aesthetic property of the embroidery, and the elastic filler is filled in the corresponding position of the patterns and is coated in the net-shaped structure, so that the embroidery has better stereoscopic impression and good elasticity, and the phenomena of deformation and the like of the embroidery are not easy to occur in the using process due to the adoption of the net-shaped structure for coating; meanwhile, the overall embroidered product is similar to the shape of the sea anemone, so the inventor names the new embroidery as sea anemone embroidery, and the embroidery can be vivid in appearance by combining with the embroidery stitching method.
In the above embroidering method of sea anemone embroidery, preferably, the embroidering method of the mesh structure in step D is as follows:
d1, embroidering a plurality of baselines along the outer surface of the elastic filler, wherein the baselines intersect at the top position of the elastic filler;
d2, embroidering a plurality of arc-shaped rings along the base line by taking any base line as a reference;
d3, embroidering an arc-shaped ring between two adjacent arc-shaped rings, and repeating for a plurality of times;
d4, connecting the arc-shaped rings with the corresponding base lines in the step D1, and forming a net structure on the surface of the elastic filler.
The base line is used as the reference, the arc-shaped circles are embroidered, then each arc-shaped circle is used as the reference to be embroidered, the embroidered net can be in a tensioning state in the circumferential embroidering process, the net can be tightly attached to the surface of the elastic filler, meanwhile, the embroidered net structure can have good tensioning performance, the deformation phenomenon is not prone to occurring, and the three-dimensional effect of a product can be guaranteed.
In the embroidering method of sea anemone embroidery, preferably, the step D1 is specifically:
step (1): intersecting the base lines at the center of the top of the elastic filler, and embroidering a fixing ring by taking the intersection as the center;
step (2): the point of intersection of the fixed ring and any base line is taken as a starting point, the embroidery thread and the corresponding base line are connected through the non-slidable connecting point to form an arc-shaped ring according to the size of the arc-shaped ring, and the arc-shaped ring is repeatedly embroidered along the base line until the embroidery thread is fixed on the embroidery cloth on the periphery of the lower end part of the elastic filler. The fixing ring is embroidered on the top of the elastic filler, so that the net-shaped structure has better tension degree in the axial direction, and after the net-shaped structure is connected with the fixing ring by embroidering, the stress of the top in all directions is consistent, and the embroidered product is ensured to be not easy to deform; meanwhile, the arc-shaped ring is formed by adopting the non-slidable connection, so that the effect that the embroidery is not easy to deform can be ensured, and the three-dimensional effect of the embroidery is kept.
In the embroidering method of the sea anemone embroidery, preferably, the step D3 specifically includes:
and through threading the embroidery thread through the adjacent arc-shaped rings, forming a second nonslip connecting point on the corresponding arc-shaped ring and forming the arc-shaped ring. Through the non-slidable connection, the problem of sliding cannot occur in the using process, so that the shape of the embroidery is effectively ensured, and the effect of deformation is not easy to occur.
In the embroidering method of sea anemone embroidery, preferably, the step D4 is specifically:
the arc-shaped ring passes through the non-slidable connecting point on the base wire to form connection. The arc-shaped ring penetrates through the first non-slidable connecting point, so that the net-shaped structure can be connected into a whole, and meanwhile, the whole net-shaped structure is more delicate and attractive in order to remove the previously embroidered base line.
In the above embroidery method for sea anemone embroidery, preferably, the non-slidable attachment point in step (2) is formed by tying and tightening the embroidery thread after looping the embroidery thread around the base string for one turn, and then tying and tightening the embroidery thread around the base string for one turn. Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further specifically described below by way of specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
As shown in fig. 3 to 8, the sea anemone embroidery of the present invention includes an embroidery cloth 1, an elastic filler 3 and a net structure 4, wherein the elastic filler 3 is wrapped between the net structure 4 and the embroidery cloth 1, and the net structure 4 is fixed on the embroidery cloth 1 at the periphery of the lower end of the elastic filler 3. By wrapping the elastic filler 3 in the net-shaped structure 4, on one hand, the elastic filler can achieve better fixation and has the effect of being difficult to deform; on the other hand, the embroidered product can be more vivid and has strong stereoscopic impression like the artistic expression of sea anemone; of course, the elastic filler 3 is preferably made of an elastic segment having a cross section attached to the corresponding pattern 2 of the embroidery cloth 1. Preferably, the elastic segment is formed by cutting silkworm cocoons. The segment is formed by cutting silkworm cocoon of spherical or nearly spherical shape along a horizontal plane, cutting off small half-spherical body, and cutting off the rest part to obtain the elastic segment in the embodiment. The cut surface of the sphere is the section of the segment; therefore, the outer contour of the cross section is also circular or elliptical or the like. Because the surface of the silkworm cocoon is covered by the silk of the hairy antler, the embroidered reticular structure 4 can be better clung to the surface of the silkworm cocoon, the shape during embroidering can be better kept, and the problems of deformation and the like are not easy to occur after the silkworm cocoon is used. More specifically, the elastic filler 3 is a spherical segment having elasticity, the cross section of the lower end of the elastic filler 3 is attached to the embroidery cloth 1, the net structure 4 comprises a fixing ring 43 arranged on the top of the elastic filler 3, a net body 46 covering the elastic filler 3 is formed between the embroidery cloth 1 and the fixing ring 43 by embroidery thread weaving, the net body 46 is preferably tightly attached to the surface of the elastic filler 3, so that the tensioning state is better embodied, the deformation phenomenon is not easy to occur, the upper edge of the net body 46 is fixed on the fixing ring 43, and the lower edge of the net body 46 is fixed on the embroidery cloth 1. Through the design retainer plate 43, can make network structure have better rate of tension again in the axial, and link to each other the back at network structure and retainer plate through embroidering, can make the atress of each direction in top present the uniformity, guarantee to make the embroidery of embroidering difficult to deform. More specifically, the net body 46 is formed by embroidery thread knitting, the upper edge and the lower edge of the net body 46 are both triangular meshes 47, a plurality of quadrilateral meshes 48 are arranged between the triangular meshes 47 at the upper edge of the net body 46 and the triangular meshes 47 at the lower edge of the net body 46, the upper edge of the net body 46 is fixed on the fixing ring 43 through the triangular meshes 47, and the lower edge of the net body 46 is fixed on the embroidery cloth 1 at the periphery of the lower end part of the elastic filler 3; the quadrilateral meshes 48 are woven in pairs, one side of each adjacent quadrilateral mesh 48 is a common side, one side of the triangular mesh 47 at the upper edge of the net body 46 is a side with one section on the fixing ring 43, and the other two sides of the triangular mesh 47 are respectively common sides with the adjacent quadrilateral meshes 48; one side of the triangular mesh 47 at the lower edge of the net body 46 is a side of a section of the embroidery cloth 2 at the periphery of the lower end part of the elastic filler, and the other two sides of the triangular mesh 47 at the lower edge of the net body 46 are respectively shared with the adjacent quadrangular mesh 48. Because the triangular shape has better fixing and shape-keeping effects, the upper edge part and the lower edge part of the net body 46 are respectively connected through the triangular net holes 47, so that the better fixing and tensioning shapes are achieved, and the deformation is more effectively guaranteed. Furthermore, the quadrilateral meshes 48 are connected with each other in pairs by means of non-slidable connections. The triangular meshes 47 and the quadrangular meshes 48 are connected in a non-slidable connection manner, so that two adjacent quadrangular meshes 48 form the net body 46 in a non-slidable connection manner, which can effectively ensure that the embroidery is not easy to deform after being used. The reason why the embroidery is triangular or quadrangular is that after the embroidery is tensioned, the arc-shaped ring 42 in the embroidery process is correspondingly deformed into quadrangular meshes 48 or triangular meshes 47, so that the tensioning effect is better embodied. Of course, as another embodiment, the net structure 4 can be directly woven into the net body 46 without a structure that the fixing ring 3 is arranged on the top, and a better covering effect can be achieved.

Preferably, the segment with elasticity is formed by cutting silkworm cocoons. The segment is formed by cutting silkworm cocoon of spherical or nearly spherical shape along a horizontal plane, cutting off small half-spherical body, and cutting off the rest part to obtain the elastic segment in the embodiment. The cut surface of the sphere is the section of the segment 3, therefore, the outer contour of the section is also in a shape similar to a circle or an ellipse, and the size of the section of the segment 3 can be adjusted according to the size of the pattern 2, so that the segment can form a basic fit with the pattern 2. Of course, the ball segment with elasticity in this embodiment can be made of other similar materials besides silkworm cocoon, such as hollow plastic ball.
D. Embroidering sea anemone bodies: a net structure 4 is embroidered along the outer surface of the elastic filler 3 by embroidery threads, so that the elastic filler 3 is wrapped between the net structure 4 and the embroidery cloth 1, and the net structure 4 is fixed on the embroidery cloth 1 at the periphery of the lower end of the elastic filler 3. The embroidering method of the above-mentioned net structure 4 is as follows: firstly, embroidering a plurality of base strings 41 along the outer surface of the elastic filler 3, wherein the base strings 41 intersect at the top position of the elastic filler 3, preferably, two base strings 41 are adopted, so that the two base strings 41 intersect at the top center position of the elastic filler 3; secondly, embroidering a plurality of arc-shaped rings 42 along the base line 41 in the axial direction of the elastic filler 3 by taking any base line 41 as a reference; the crossing end of the base line 41 and the embroidery cloth 1 can be used as an embroidery point for embroidering, and the top of the elastic filler 3 can be used as the embroidery point for embroidering without specific limiting requirements; then, embroidering the arc-shaped ring 42 on the adjacent arc-shaped ring 42, and repeating for a plurality of times; so that the arc-shaped ring 42 can be embroidered along the circumferential direction of the elastic filler 3 to form the net-shaped structure 4, and finally, the arc-shaped ring 42 is connected with the corresponding base line 41 at the beginning to form the net-shaped structure 4 on the surface of the elastic filler 3. Although the arc-shaped ring 42 is formed during the embroidering process, each mesh of the mesh-shaped structure 4 formed by the embroidery is in a quadrangular or triangular shape because the mesh-shaped structure 4 is in a good tensioned state after the forming.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of element strings 41 are embroidered along the outer surface of the elastic filler 3, so that the element strings 41 intersect at the center of the top of the elastic filler 3, and a fixing ring 43 is embroidered with the intersection as the center; the number of the base lines 41 can be two, so that the cross intersection is formed at the top of the elastic filler 3, and then 2-3 circles are wound by taking the top intersection as the center in a weaving manner so as to form a fixing ring 43; secondly, the point where the fixed ring 43 intersects with any base line 41 is used as an embroidering point, embroidering from the top is facilitated to enable the embroidered net-shaped structure 4 to be good in tension, so that the phenomenon of deformation is not prone to occurring, according to the size of the arc-shaped ring 42, the embroidering line and the corresponding base line 41 are connected through a first nonslidable connecting point 44 to form an arc-shaped ring 42, then embroidering the arc-shaped ring 42 along the base line 41 is repeated, so that a plurality of arc-shaped rings 42 are embroidered in the same row along the axial direction of the elastic filler 3 until the embroidering line is finally fixed on the embroidery cloth 1 which is tightly attached to the section part of the elastic filler on the periphery of the bottom of the elastic filler 3, preferably, a circle of fixed edge is embroidered on the embroidery cloth on the periphery of the lower end part of the elastic filler 3, and the lower edge of; after the fixing is finished, the embroidery thread is directly threaded through embroidery cloth without cutting, then the embroidery thread is threaded through the adjacent arc-shaped rings 42, so that a second nonslip connecting point 45 is formed on the corresponding arc-shaped ring 42, the arc-shaped ring 42 is formed between the two adjacent arc-shaped rings 42, and a plurality of arc-shaped rings 42 are embroidered along the axial direction of the elastic filler 3 and the step is repeated for a plurality of times; finally, the arcuate loop 42 is passed through the first non-slidable connection point 44 on the base line 41 and then connected to the adjacent arcuate loop 42 through the second non-slidable connection point 45. By passing the arcuate loop through the first non-slidable connection point 44, a net-like structure can be effectively formed, and by doing so, it is possible to consider removing a part of the base string 41, making the embroidery more beautiful and delicate, and preferably, after the completion of the embroidery, the base string 41 is cut off and removed.
