Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of binders, in particular to a water-based polyurethane ink binder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Ink vehicles, also known as ink adjuvants, are important components of printing inks, being the fluid portion of the ink. The rheology, viscosity, drying, film formation and printing properties of the printing inks depend mainly on the binder. The solid components in the ink can be ground in the manufacturing process by the wetting action of the binder, the transfer in the printing process is completed by the viscosity of the binder, and the ink film with gloss fastness is formed on the print by the drying film forming property of the binder so as to protect the pigment.
The existing aqueous oil ink binder takes water as a diluent, does not contain benzene, toluene and xylene, can greatly reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds compared with the traditional solvent-based ink, is printed on paper or paperboard after being mixed with pigment, can print pictures after being dried, but has fire hazard caused by flammable solvent and static electricity in a factory in the whole printing process, and the paper itself is flammable and has no fireproof effect.

Preferably, the polyurethane is thermosetting polyurethane.
Preferably, the vegetable oil comprises one or more of linseed oil, tung oil, catalpa oil and soybean oil.
Preferably, the antioxidant agent comprises one of aluminum powder and silicon powder.
Preferably, the binder comprises one of sodium silicate, phosphoric acid, aluminium sulphate and aluminium phosphate.
The preparation method of the aqueous polyurethane ink binder comprises the following steps;
s1, pretreating raw materials, namely grinding thermosetting polyurethane, an antioxidant and a binding agent into powder;
s2, mixing the raw materials, weighing 10-15 parts of vegetable oil, pouring the vegetable oil into 35-45 parts of thermosetting polyurethane, uniformly stirring, then pouring 20-40 parts of mineral oil, and mixing and stirring at 20-40 ℃;
s3, adding a binding agent and an antioxidant, wherein 1.5-3 parts of the binding agent which is ground into powder is weighed by personnel, uniformly added into the mixed raw materials, then 0.5-1.5 parts of the antioxidant is weighed, uniformly added into the mixed raw materials, and stirred;
s4, adding water for emulsification, adjusting the temperature of the stirred raw materials to 50 ℃, and adding 100-150 parts of water for emulsification to obtain the ink binder.
Preferably, in the step S3, stirring is carried out at 40-50 ℃ and 60-100r/min for 2-3 h.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the aqueous polyurethane ink binder disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the polyurethane, the mineral oil, the vegetable oil and the water are used as main raw materials, the viscosity and the gloss of the original binder are ensured, and then the binder and the antioxidant are additionally arranged, so that the fire resistance is increased in the solvent through the antioxidant, the aluminum powder or the silicon powder in the binder, the sodium silicate and the like, the printed binder is left on the surface of a printed matter, the fire resistance and the fire retardation function are realized on the printed matter, and the printed matter is prevented from being burnt in a large amount.
