Background
Ink vehicles, also known as ink adjuvants, are important components of printing inks, being the fluid portion of the ink. 3. The aqueous polyurethane ink vehicle of claim 2, wherein: the vegetable oil comprises one or more of linseed oil, tung oil, catalpa oil and soybean oil.
4. The aqueous polyurethane ink vehicle of claim 3, wherein: the antioxidant comprises one of aluminum powder and silicon powder.
5. The aqueous polyurethane ink vehicle of claim 4, wherein: the binder comprises one of sodium silicate, phosphoric acid, aluminum sulfate, and aluminum phosphate.
6. The preparation method of the water-based polyurethane ink binder is characterized by comprising the following steps;
s1, pretreating raw materials, namely grinding thermosetting polyurethane, an antioxidant and a binding agent into powder;
s2, mixing the raw materials, weighing 10-15 parts of vegetable oil, pouring the vegetable oil into 35-45 parts of thermosetting polyurethane, uniformly stirring, then pouring 20-40 parts of mineral oil, and mixing and stirring at 20-40 ℃;
s3, adding a binding agent and an antioxidant, wherein 1.5-3 parts of the binding agent which is ground into powder is weighed by personnel and uniformly added into the mixed raw materials, and then 0.5-1.5 parts of the antioxidant is weighed and uniformly added into the mixed raw materials and stirred;
s4, adding water for emulsification, adjusting the temperature of the stirred raw materials to 50 ℃, and then adding 100-150 parts of water for emulsification to obtain the ink binder.
7. The method of making an aqueous polyurethane ink vehicle of claim 6, wherein: in the step S3, stirring is carried out for 2-3h at 40-50 ℃ and 60-100 r/min.
