Abstract
本发明涉及一种EDR净水器的稳定水质系统,目的是稳定净水出水水质电导率,稳定净水水质。一种EDR净水器的稳定水质系统,包括两个原水进水端、EDR膜堆、四个电导率探针、调速循环泵、单向阀、净水出水端、废水出水端、电极A、电极B、控制系统模块,其中,所述EDR膜堆包括两个进水端、两个出水端,所述控制系统模块分别与四个电导率探针、调速循环泵、电极A、电极B电性相连。本发明通过设置四个电导率探针读取EDR膜堆两端4个水口的水质电导率,并将数据反馈给控制系统模块,控制系统模块提示调整电极AB端的电压,实时增强或减弱EDR膜堆的去除率,从而稳定净水出水水质电导率,稳定净水水质。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种净水器的稳定水质系统,具体涉及一种EDR净水器的稳定水质系统。
背景技术
随着人们生活品质的不断提高,大多数家庭都普遍安装了净水器,以保证饮水健康。但净水器使用后,包括EDR净水器,出水水质会受到原水水质和净水器处理能力的变化而变化。如果不实时调整水质,会影响净水品质,进而影响用户体验感,特别是泡各类茶、咖啡等都需要特定的水质才能做出最好的效果。
针对此情况,现有技术通常会定期清洗EDR膜堆,以改善净水水质,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种EDR净水器的稳定水质系统,通过设置四个电导率探针读取EDR膜堆两端4个水口的水质电导率,并将数据反馈给控制系统模块,控制系统模块提示调整电极AB端的电压,实时增强或减弱EDR膜堆的去除率,从而稳定净水出水水质电导率,稳定净水水质。
为实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种EDR净水器的稳定水质系统,包括第一原水进水端、第二原水进水端、EDR膜堆、第一电导率探针、第二电导率探针、第三电导率探针、第四电导率探针、调速循环泵、单向阀、净水出水端、废水出水端、电极A、电极B、控制系统模块,其中,所述EDR膜堆包括第一进水端、第二进水端、第一出水端、第二出水端;所述第一原水进水端、第一电导率探针、EDR膜堆第一进水端依次相连;所述第二原水进水端、单向阀、第三电导率探针、EDR膜堆第二进水端依次相连;所述EDR膜堆第一出水端、第二电导率探针、净水出水端依次相连;所述EDR膜堆第二出水端、第四电导率探针、废水出水端依次相连;所述调速循环泵一端与第三电导率探针相连,另一端与废水出水端相连;所述电极A与电极B极性相反,分别位于EDR膜堆的两端;所述控制系统模块分别与第一电导率探针、第二电导率探针、第三电导率探针、第四电导率探针、调速循环泵、电极A、电极B电性相连。
进一步,还包括可调节流阀,可调节流阀一端与第四电导率探针相连,另一端与废水出水端相连,控制系统模块与可调节流阀电性相连。
进一步,还包括冲洗电磁阀,冲洗电磁阀一端与调速循环泵相连,另一端与废水出水端相连,控制系统模块与冲洗电磁阀电性相连。
本发明的工作原理为:通过设置四个电导率探针读取EDR膜堆两端4个水口的水质电导率,并将数据反馈给控制系统模块,控制系统模块提示调整电极AB端的电压,实时增强或减弱EDR膜堆的去除率。
本发明采用此EDR净水器的稳定水质系统,稳定净水出水水质电导率,稳定净水水质。

参照图1具体说明如下:一种EDR净水器的稳定水质系统,包括第一原水进水端1、第二原水进水端6、EDR膜堆3、第一电导率探针2、第二电导率探针4、第三电导率探针8、第四电导率探针10、调速循环泵9、单向阀7、净水出水端5、废水出水端12、电极A18、电极B19、控制系统模块20,其中,所述EDR膜堆3包括第一进水端14、第二进水端15、第一出水端16、第二出水端17;所述第一原水进水端1、第一电导率探针2、EDR膜堆3第一进水端14依次相连;所述第二原水进水端6、单向阀7、第三电导率探针8、EDR膜堆3第二进水端15依次相连;所述EDR膜堆3第一出水端16、第二电导率探针4、净水出水端5依次相连;所述EDR膜堆3第二出水端17、第四电导率探针10、废水出水端12依次相连;所述调速循环泵9一端与第三电导率探针8相连,另一端与废水出水端12相连;所述电极A18与电极B19极性相反,分别位于EDR膜堆3的两端;所述控制系统模块20分别与第一电导率探针2、第二电导率探针4、第三电导率探针8、第四电导率探针10、调速循环泵9、电极A18、电极B19电性相连。
进一步的,还包可调节流阀11,可调节流阀11一端与第四电导率探针10相连,另一端与废水出水端12相连,控制系统模块20与可调节流阀11电性相连,通过可调节流阀11可控制废水侧的水质电导率,避免废水侧因水质电导率过高而增加结垢风险,同时也可以最优化废水流量,达到节水的目的。
进一步,还包括冲洗电磁阀13,冲洗电磁阀13一端与调速循环泵9相连,另一端与废水出水端12相连,控制系统模块20与冲洗电磁阀13电性相连,通过冲洗电磁阀13可进一步控制废水侧的水质电导率,避免废水侧结垢风险,优化废水流量,达到节水的目的。

如图1所示,EDR净水器的稳定水质系统,包括第一原水进水端1、第二原水进水端6、EDR膜堆3、第一电导率探针2、第二电导率探针4、第三电导率探针8、第四电导率探针10、调速循环泵9、单向阀7、净水出水端5、废水出水端12、电极A18、电极B19、控制系统模块20、可调节流阀11、冲洗电磁阀13,其中,所述EDR膜堆3包括第一进水端14、第二进水端15、第一出水端16、第二出水端17;所述第一原水进水端1、第一电导率探针2、EDR膜堆3第一进水端14依次相连;所述第二原水进水端6、单向阀7、第三电导率探针8、EDR膜堆3第二进水端15依次相连;所述EDR膜堆3第一出水端16、第二电导率探针4、净水出水端5依次相连;所述EDR膜堆3第二出水端17、第四电导率探针10、废水出水端12依次相连;所述调速循环泵9一端与第三电导率探针8相连,另一端与废水出水端12相连;所述电极A18与电极B19极性相反,分别位于EDR膜堆3的两端;所述可调节流阀11一端与第四电导率探针10相连,另一端与废水出水端12相连;所述冲洗电磁阀13一端与调速循环泵9相连,另一端与废水出水端12相连;所述控制系统模块20分别与第一电导率探针2、第二电导率探针4、第三电导率探针8、第四电导率探针10、调速循环泵9、电极A18、电极B19、可调节流阀11、冲洗电磁阀13电性相连。
EDR净水器的稳定水质系统工作原理为:通过设置四个电导率探针读取EDR膜堆两端4个水口的水质电导率,并将数据反馈给控制系统模块,控制系统模块提示调整电极AB端的电压,实时增强或减弱EDR膜堆的去除率,从而稳定净水出水水质电导率,稳定净水水质。同时控制系统模块根据废水测的水质电导率数据来控制可调节流阀、冲洗电磁阀工作,以控制废水侧的水质电导率,避免废水侧因水质电导率过高而增加结垢风险,同时也可以最优化废水流量,达到节水的目的。

1.一种EDR净水器的稳定水质系统,其特征在于,包括第一原水进水端、第二原水进水端、EDR膜堆、第一电导率探针、第二电导率探针、第三电导率探针、第四电导率探针、调速循环泵、单向阀、净水出水端、废水出水端、电极A、电极B、控制系统模块,其中,
所述EDR膜堆包括第一进水端、第二进水端、第一出水端、第二出水端;
所述第一原水进水端、第一电导率探针、EDR膜堆第一进水端依次相连;
所述第二原水进水端、单向阀、第三电导率探针、EDR膜堆第二进水端依次相连;
所述EDR膜堆第一出水端、第二电导率探针、净水出水端依次相连;
所述EDR膜堆第二出水端、第四电导率探针、废水出水端依次相连;
所述调速循环泵一端与第三电导率探针相连,另一端与废水出水端相连;
所述电极A与电极B极性相反,分别位于EDR膜堆的两端;
所述控制系统模块分别与第一电导率探针、第二电导率探针、第三电导率探针、第四电导率探针、调速循环泵、电极A、电极B电性相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的EDR净水器的稳定水质系统,其特征在于:还包括可调节流阀,可调节流阀一端与第四电导率探针相连,另一端与废水出水端相连,控制系统模块与可调节流阀电性相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的EDR净水器的稳定水质系统,其特征在于:还包冲洗电磁阀,冲洗电磁阀一端与调速循环泵相连,另一端与废水出水端相连,控制系统模块与冲洗电磁阀电性相连。
