Abstract
本实用新型涉及净水装置技术领域,是一种循环利用原水的净水装置,其包括第一PP棉过滤器、多介质过滤器、不锈钢滤袋、预处理装置、第二PP棉过滤器、RO膜。本新型技术利用各种现有的滤料对RO膜产生的浓水进行二次处理,将其中的电解质浓度减至最低水平,然后再进行回用。在工艺处理上也作了相应的调整,因为浓水量循环使用而不是直接排放。所以,可以加大浓水的流量和速度使得进入RO膜的原水大部分用于冲洗膜面,污染难以在RO膜表面停留,延长了RO膜的使用寿命,也因为浓水占比例大而改善了RO膜产水的品质,既利用本应排放的浓水,又保护了RO膜免受过快污染,达到了合理有效利用浓水的目的,又达到纯水改善的目的。

背景技术
[0002] 净水器也叫净水机,是按对水的使用要求对水质进行深度净化处理的小型水处理设备。其中RO反渗透技术过滤精度最高(过滤精度在0.0001微粒),由于RO膜的孔径只有头发丝直径的十万分之一,只允许水分子和溶解氢通过,对水中所含的杂质如农药、化肥、细菌、病毒、重金属等有害物质的去除率在93%-99%之间。所以,反渗透技术的去污能力远比其他技术:如超滤技术及微滤技术(过滤精度分别在0.1〜0.01微米和0.1〜5微米之间)要高得多。从这个意义来说,纯净水是不带杂质的最佳饮用水。然而,反渗透净水机最受诟病的问题在于必需通过浓水排放来清洗残留在RO膜表面的污染物。(一般浓水与纯水的比例在2:1以上)目前一般采用的办法是将浓水保留起来作为浇花、冲马桶之类的其他用途。但需另设水桶和增压系统,也有人将部分(1/2〜1/3)浓水接回自来水管重复使用,来减低浓水的排放量,但这样做的代价往往是增加了 RO膜进水的浓度而造成产水质量下降和对膜的伤害。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型提供了一种循环利用原水的净水装置,克服了上述现有技术之不足,使浓缩水得到充分的合理利用。
[0004] 本实用新型的技术方案是这样来实现的:一种循环利用原水的净水装置,包括第一 PP棉过滤器、多介质过滤器、不锈钢滤袋、预处理装置、第二 PP棉过滤器、RO膜和后置活性碳芯,第一 PP棉过滤器的出水端位于多介质过滤器的进口处,多介质过滤器的出水口通过连接管与不锈钢滤袋的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,不锈钢滤袋的出水口通过连接管与预处理装置的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,不锈钢滤袋与预处理装置之间的连接管上固定安装有栗,预处理装置的出水口通过连接管与第二 PP棉过滤器的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,第二 PP棉过滤器的出水口通过连接管与RO膜的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,RO膜的纯水出水口通过连接管件与后置活性碳芯的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,RO膜的浓水出水口固定连接有浓水管,浓水管的出水口位于多介质过滤器的进口处。

[0006] 以上多介质过滤器上固定安装有液位控制器,在第一 PP棉过滤器的进水口处固定安装有进水管,在进水管上固定安装有进水电磁阀,液位控制器的信号输出端与进水电磁阀的信号输入端电连接。
[0007] 以上RO膜进水管上固定安装有电导率表,在多介质过滤器和不锈钢滤袋的底部均固定安装有排水管,在排水管上均固定安装有排水电磁阀,电导率表的两个信号输出端分别与两个排水电磁阀的信号输入端电连接。

具体实施方式
[0011] 如图1所示,一种循环利用原水的净水装置,包括第一 PP棉过滤器1、多介质过滤器2、不锈钢滤袋3、预处理装置4、第二 PP棉过滤器5、RO膜6和后置活性碳芯7,其中,PP棉即为丙纶短纤维,RO膜6即为逆渗透膜。第一 PP棉过滤器I的出水端位于多介质过滤器2的进口处,多介质过滤器2的出水口通过连接管8与不锈钢滤袋3的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,不锈钢滤袋3的出水口通过连接管8与预处理装置4的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,不锈钢滤袋3与预处理装置4之间的连接管8上固定安装有栗9,预处理装置4的出水口通过连接管8与第二 PP棉过滤器5的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,第二 PP棉过滤器5的出水口通过连接管8与RO膜6的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,RO膜6的纯水出水口通过连接管件8与后置活性碳芯7的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,RO膜6的废水出水口固定连接有浓缩水管10,浓缩水管10的出水口位于多介质过滤器2的进口处。第一 PP棉过滤器1、多介质过滤器2、不锈钢滤袋3、预处理装置4、第二 PP棉过滤器5、RO膜6和后置活性碳芯7均为现有公知的技术。本新型技术利用各种现有的滤料对RO膜6产生的浓水进行二次处理,将其中的电解质浓度减至最低水平,然后再进行回用。同时,在工艺处理上也作了相应的调整,因为浓水量循环使用而不是直接排放。所以,可以加大浓水的流量和速度使得进入RO膜的水大部分用于冲洗膜面,污染难以在RO膜6表面停留,这样大大地延长了 RO膜6的使用寿命,同时,也因为浓水占比例大而改善了 RO膜6产水的品质。既利用本应排放的浓水,又保护了 RO膜6免受过快污染,达到了合理有效利用浓水的目的,又达到纯水改善的目的。

[0013] 如图1所示,多介质过滤器2上固定安装有液位控制器11,在第一 PP棉过滤器I的进水口处固定安装有进水管12,在进水管12上固定安装有进水电磁阀13,液位控制器11的信号输出端与进水电磁阀13的信号输入端电连接。这样可以自动根据液位控制器11反馈的液位信息控制进水电磁阀13进行自动进水,使流量达到动态平衡。
[0014] 如图1所示,RO膜进水管8上固定安装有电导率表14,在多介质过滤器2和不锈钢滤袋3的底部均固定安装有排水管15,在排水管15上均固定安装有排水电磁阀16,电导率表14的两个信号输出端分别与两个排水电磁阀16的信号输入端电连接。在运行过程中,电导率表14将连续的自动监测RO膜6进水的TDS值,当该值接近一个设定的不安全读数时,本实用新型会自动终止循环过程,并自动对多介质过滤器2和不锈钢滤网进行排水,清洗,更换成TDS浓度转低的新鲜自来水,由于纯水产量通常高于浓水排放量,大大的节约了用水量。
[0015] 以下是本实用新型的工作过程:自来水通过第一PP棉过滤器I进入多介质过滤器2,RO膜6排放的浓水与自来水在多介质过滤器2中混合后被处理,其中重金属离子和其他的电解质被介质吸附,使混合后的水TDS值下降到可安全的供RO膜6使用的水平,多介质过滤器2出来的水经过不锈钢滤袋4除去可能有害的固体微粒,进入栗9输送到预处理装置4净化加工,然后到RO膜6供使用,在进入RO膜6之前有第二 PP棉过滤器5作为精密过滤以保证RO膜6之安全,RO膜6产生的纯水经后置活性碳芯7去除残留的味道供饮用,而浓度较大的浓缩水再次送回多介质过滤器2与少量(与纯水流量相等)自来水混合形成一个循环过程。在运行过程中,电导率表14将连续的自动监测RO膜6进水的TDS值,当该值接近一个设定的不安全读数时,本实用新型会自动终止循环过程,并自动对多介质过滤器2和不锈钢滤网进行排水,清洗,更换成TDS浓度转低的新鲜自来水,纯水产量与排放量的比例大于1:1,大大的节约了用水量。
[0016] 浓水管10上面有电导率计算表17,多介质过滤器的吸附效率可以通过电导率表14及电导率计算表17的度数进行计算得到,当结果显示滤材效率下降(通常滤材可用两年左右)时,进行滤材更换。

1.一种循环利用原水的净水装置,其特征在于:包括第一 PP棉过滤器、多介质过滤器、不锈钢滤袋、预处理装置、第二 PP棉过滤器、RO膜和后置活性碳芯,第一 PP棉过滤器的出水端位于多介质过滤器的进口处,多介质过滤器的出水口通过连接管与不锈钢滤袋的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,不锈钢滤袋的出水口通过连接管与预处理装置的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,不锈钢滤袋与预处理装置之间的连接管上固定安装有栗,预处理装置的出水口通过连接管与第二 PP棉过滤器的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,第二 PP棉过滤器的出水口通过连接管与RO膜的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,RO膜的纯水出水口通过连接管件与后置活性碳芯的进水口固定连接在一起并相通,RO膜的废水出水口固定连接有废水管,废水管的出水口位于多介质过滤器的进口处。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的循环利用原水的净水装置,其特征在于:所述多介质过滤器上固定安装有液位控制器,在第一 PP棉过滤器的进水口处固定安装有进水管,在进水管上固定安装有进水电磁阀,液位控制器的信号输出端与进水电磁阀的信号输入端电连接。
