as shown in fig. 1 to 5, when a polishing member is fixed and the inner and outer welding seams are abutted by the first polishing roller 101 and the second polishing roller 102, the first driving roller 1012 and the second driving roller 1022 respectively drive the outer polishing belt 1013 and the inner polishing belt 1023 to rotate, so that a linear polishing track is formed at a position where the polishing member contacts with the polishing belt, and then, a driving motor inside the main fine adjustment tooth 1015 is started, so that the main fine adjustment wheel 1015 drives the slave micro-gear 1024 engaged therewith to rotate, at this time, the first swinging disc 1011 and the second swinging disc 1021 rotate synchronously, so that the polishing tracks of the polishing member by the outer polishing belt 1013 and the inner polishing belt 1023 are changed from the linear polishing track to a surface polishing track, the polishing range is wide, and positioning deviation caused by repeatedly switching the positioned polishing member is avoided.

a main fine-tuning tooth (1015), wherein the main fine-tuning tooth (1015) is connected to the side part of the first swinging plate (1011);
and the outer polishing belt (1013) is formed into a regular triangle shape under the action of the support plate (1014) and the first driving roller (1012).

a second wobble plate (1021);
a second driving roller (1022), wherein the second driving roller (1022) is rotatably connected to the side part of the second swinging disk;

a slave fine-tuning tooth (1024) connected to a side of the second wobble plate (1021) opposite the second drive roller (1022);
the first drive roller (1012) is in the same vertical line as the second drive roller (1022);
the master fine tuning teeth (1015) mesh with slave fine tuning teeth (1024).

a support member (201);
