Preferably, one end of the bending rod 45 is connected with the movable plate 47, the movable plate 47 is arc-shaped, a plurality of supporting rods corresponding to the press rollers 23 are arranged on the movable plate 47, the claw clips 41 are arranged at the ends of the supporting rods, the claw clips 41 are sleeved on the press rollers 23, when the handles 43 are lifted upwards, the bending rod 45 drives the press rollers 23 in the shell 26 to synchronously move downwards, the distance between the press rollers 23 is reduced, and therefore the clamping cavity is reduced to clamp the metal tube 8, the operation efficiency is improved conveniently, and damage to the press rollers 23 is reduced.

The synchronous racks are arranged on both sides of the synchronous belt 31, and synchronous rack grooves matched with the synchronous belt 31 are arranged on the press roller 23 and the first driving wheel 28; the first driving motor 29 is a servo motor, the number of the press rollers 23 on the left clamp or the right clamp is singular, the synchronous belt 31 is wound around the upper part of the press rollers 23 on the upper end of the left clamp or the right clamp, sequentially passes through gaps between the press rollers 23 on the lower end, and finally is sleeved on the first driving wheel 28, the synchronous belt 31 is wound on the other clamp in the same way, and the press rollers 23 are synchronously rotated by the driving of the first driving motor 29.
In another implementation, as shown in fig. 7, the transmission device adopts gear transmission, and comprises a first driving wheel 28 and a first driving motor 29, wherein the first driving wheel 28 is a driving gear, the first driving motor 29 is a synchronous motor, a gear groove 27 matched with the driving gear is arranged on the pressing roller 23, the driving gear is meshed with the gear groove 27, the driving gear is driven by the synchronous motor to rotate to drive the pressing roller 23 to rotate, and each pressing roller 23 is matched with a synchronous motor, so that the pressing roller 23 can synchronously rotate.
The right clamp and the left clamp are symmetrically arranged, the inner structure of the right clamp is the same as that of the left clamp, the right clamp and the left clamp are tightly close together, namely, the inner part of the right clamp and the left clamp are combined into a cavity with an accommodating space, and the size of the cavity is determined according to the diameter of the metal tube 8 to be processed. In this embodiment, the length of the clamp may be 140cm, the metal tube 8 to be processed is 200cm, the distance between two ends of the metal tube 8 extending out of the clamp is not less than 20cm, and the length error between two ends of the metal tube 8 extending out of the clamp is not more than 10cm.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a driving rod is arranged on the outer side of the clamp, the driving rod comprises a first driving rod 33 and a second driving rod 32, one end of the first driving rod 33 is in shaft connection with the middle part of the clamp, the other end of the first driving rod is fixed on the mounting frame 7, one end of the second driving rod 32 is in shaft connection with the upper end of the clamp, the other end of the second driving rod is in shaft connection with the first driving rod 33, when in use, the driving rod 33 is driven by a driving device, the left clamp and the right clamp are relatively moved to be closed, and the metal tube 8 placed in the cavity is clamped; when unloading the metal tube 8, the first driving rod 33 drives the left clamp and the right clamp to move back to open the clamp, the lower ends of the left clamp and the right clamp are provided with 45-degree inclined planes 34, so that the left clamp and the right clamp are conveniently opened and separated, the metal tube 8 is installed and placed, under certain conditions, when the left clamp and the right clamp are opened, the metal tube 8 can be attached in the groove and cannot fall, at the moment, the second driving rod 32 is driven to rotate towards the cavity direction by taking the joint of the first driving rod 33 as a rotating shaft 46, the groove of the left clamp and the groove of the right clamp are downward, and the metal tube 8 automatically falls down due to self gravity to finish unloading. The second driving rod 32 is an electric push rod, and when the second driving rod 32 is extended during unloading, the left clamp and the right clamp can be rotated, and the technology of the electric push rod is quite common, so that the technology is not described in detail. The driving means is a means for powering the first driving lever 33 and the second driving lever 32, and may be a means for converting electric energy into mechanical energy by a motor or the like.
In the embodiment, the left clamp and the right clamp are arranged separately, so that the upper end feeding and the lower end discharging can be realized, the discharging and discharging processes are simple, and the time is saved; the upper end feeding process can be that two workers pick up one end of the metal tube 8, move the metal tube 8 into an opened clamp, and open the clamp again; or the two ends of the metal tube 8 are clamped by the mechanical arm and put into the clamp, so that the labor is reduced, the mechanical operation is realized, and the mechanical arm is used for taking objects, which is a very common technology in the prior factory, and therefore, the mechanical arm is not further described herein.
The compression roller 23 that sets up in the anchor clamps can carry out self rotation under first driving motor 29's effect, and tubular metal resonator 8 is in the anchor clamps, through the rotation of compression roller 23 self, can polish the surface of tubular metal resonator 8, removes rust etc. in the tubular metal resonator 8 outside, has the clearance between the adjacent compression roller 23 again, and impurity such as rust etc. that polish the removal can fall to the anchor clamps lower part through the clearance, can discharge along with tubular metal resonator 8 together in the ejection of compact, has prevented that impurity from piling up in the anchor clamps, influences the operation of other spare part.
Meanwhile, the metal tube 8 is arranged in the cavity, the size of the metal tube 8 can be detected and corrected, and if the size of the metal tube 8 is overlarge or the bending amplitude is overlarge, the clamp does not conform to the size of the cavity, and workers can know that the clamp cannot fit the clamp; further, the metal tube 8 itself is seen straight, but in fact, there is a bending phenomenon, and when the metal tube 8 is polished, the bending portion of the metal tube 8 can be corrected by pressing the metal tube 8 by the pressing roller 23.
In addition, the first guide rail 1 and the machine tool 16 are designed to be hollow at the position corresponding to blanking, so that the metal pipe 8 can directly fall into a designed blanking area.
The implementation method of the embodiment comprises the following steps: the first step, the second driving motor 14 is started, the distance between the first frame 4 and the second frame 4 is adjusted to be proper, so that the metal pipe 8 is conveniently put into the clamp, and then the second driving motor 14 is closed;
and secondly, starting the driving device, opening the clamp, putting the metal tube 8 into the clamp from above, and enabling the two ends of the metal tube 8 to extend out of the clamp by no more than 10cm.
Third, starting the second driving motor 14, adjusting the distance between the first frame 4 and the second frame 4, enabling the machining device 50 on the first frame 4 and the second frame 4 to contact the metal tube 8, selecting the type of the workpiece to be machined according to the specific selection of the machining device 50, and then closing the second driving motor 14;
fourthly, starting a first driving motor 29 to enable the press roller 23 to rotate, and polishing, detecting and correcting the surface of the workpiece;
fifthly, starting the processing device 50 to process the two ends of the workpiece at the same time; after the machining is completed, the machining device 50 is closed;
a sixth step of turning off the first driving motor 29, starting the second driving motor 14, making the distance between the first frame 4 and the second frame 4 longer, and turning off the servo motor;
seventh, the driving means is started, the jig is opened, the machined metal tube 8 in the jig is discharged, and the unmachined metal tube 8 is simultaneously put into the jig.
