“胃内水球疗法”是一种非常有效的医学减肥治疗术,其减肥原理是将未充气的水球利用胃镜置入胃中,再将生理盐水注入到水球内,使胃容积减小,进食后较早产生饱食感而减少食物摄取,以达到减肥的效果。这种方法与其它手术方法相比,对患者伤害较小,治疗的有效性、安全性都得到了充分认可,在多个国家已经广泛应用。然而这种方法仍存在难以克服的缺点:(1)胃球囊的放置会对患者造成较大痛苦,对咽喉和食管有一定的损伤。(2)胃球囊有一定体积和重量,可能堵塞胃部通向肠道的通道,造成食物在胃部的淤积。(3)目前胃球囊制造工艺复杂,需国外进口,价格偏高,一般减肥者难以承受,难以推广普及。
专利号CN200620119009公开了一种可实现充液软管与囊体自动分离的胃插入软囊,软囊结构包括可膨胀且可收缩式结构的软囊,软囊的壁上设有充液口,充液口的内部设有弹性阀门,充液软管插入充液口。弹性阀门为单向常闭阀门,充液口处还设有弹性卡环,相应的充液软管的插入端设有卡槽,充液软管插入充液口时,弹性卡环可卡入卡槽内。软囊在自然状态下为长条状,也可以在软囊的外表面包裹长条袋状的硅胶薄膜,可以很方便的将软囊插入胃中,充液后软囊变为球状,硅胶薄膜破裂,将充液软管及硅胶薄膜拔出,软囊留在胃中,在便减小饮食的同时不会产生饥饿感,达到减肥的目的。
专利号CN201610036088公开了一种半透膜吸水减肥胃球囊,其组成包括具有耐酸性及透水性的半透球囊,半透球囊内包覆有透明质酸颗粒,胃球囊吞服后可通过吸收胃部水分自行膨胀,避免了人工注水的步骤。
专利号CN201510670166公开了一种胃减容减肥胶囊,胶囊由包括外胶囊层和内置囊体构成;囊体封闭,有分隔层,分隔层将囊体分隔为左、右两个相互隔绝的腔体;腔体内分别装有无机酸盐与有机酸;分隔层上设有微型磁控开关;囊体一端设有由肠溶物质制备的泄气阀。患者吞服本发明的胶囊后,通过磁敏传感器遥控磁控开关,无机酸盐与有机酸反应使囊体膨胀,填充患者部分胃腔,使胃容积减小,从而达到减肥的效果。
专利号CN201510284748公开了一种减肥胶囊,通过吞服摄入减肥囊,减肥囊能够将消化道中一部分食物吸收到囊内,减肥囊能够阻止囊内已消化食物中易致人发胖营养成分(甘油、脂肪酸和葡萄糖)被人体消化器官吸收,减肥囊能够随食物或粪便经过人体消化道和肛门正常排出体外。
专利号CN201620466337公开了一种减肥用胃内水囊,其为由硅酸凝胶材料制成的长囊结构,长囊结构的闭合底部之外设置一圆球,圆球从长囊结构的底部向内推入并从长囊结构的开口推出,通过绑绳将圆球、长囊结构的底部与开口绑固一起形成具有一个内腔的水囊,内腔内注入有色胶体。将水囊底部穿出开口处形成成苹果状,不容易滑入幽门十二指肠,而且封口不会损伤胃黏膜。
专利号CN201710580829公开了一种单向阀、胃内球囊减肥装置及系统,单向阀包括第一阀体和第二阀体;第一阀体具有进液部、出液部、第一流体通道;第二阀体包括第一端部、第二端部、第二流体通道;第一流体通道与第二流体通道连通;第一端部套设于出液部;第二端部被构造成在受到指向第二阀体的轴心线的压力下收缩并封闭第二流体通道;该单向阀具有流通与封闭的两个状态,其密封性及使用灵活性高。胃内球囊减肥装置及系统包括上述单向阀,该单向阀可根据流体压力使第二流体通道紧闭或张开,控制流体单向流动,减少流体在球体内因球体内压力大造成流体倒流的现象,提高胃内球囊减肥装置及系统的使用安全性。
以上发明专利和实用新型专利在球囊的质量,取放方式,球囊膨胀方式等方面做出了巨大的突破,而本发明与以上发明不同之处在于,本发明的球囊为通孔球囊,可以使食物在球囊通孔中流动,避免了球囊堵塞在胃部幽门处从而导致食物淤积的问题,球囊的超滑涂层可以使球囊的吞咽更加顺畅,双层输送导管的设计有效的保护了口腔,食道,输送内管及显影环很好的起到了示踪作用。
发明内容
基于上述背景,本发明提供了一种减肥球囊及制备方法,本发明的具体技术方案为:一种带通孔减肥球囊,结构包括双层输送导管和带通孔球囊,外层输送导管可被人体消化吸收,内层输送导管插入球囊单向阀的连接管,导管带有显影色线,球囊单向阀由弹簧,支柱和垫片组成,单向阀连接管套有显影环,球囊外表面有超滑涂层。
进一步,带通孔减肥球囊外层输送导管,由食用明胶为原材料制成,外管长30cm-50cm,管壁厚0.5 mm -1mm,内径2.5mm-5.5mm。
进一步,带通孔减肥球囊内层输送导管,由硅胶材料制成,导管插入球囊单向阀的连接管,可通过拉拔和单向阀分离,内管长33cm-55cm,管壁厚0.5mm-1mm,内径1mm-4mm。
进一步,带通孔减肥球囊单向阀,弹簧弹力在10N-20N,垫片材质为硅胶、橡胶、TPU或TPE,显影环材质为铂铱合金。
进一步,带通孔减肥球囊,球囊表面带有通孔,通孔直径5mm-10mm,通孔数量3-10个,通孔在球囊上纵横交错分布,确保胃内十二指肠时刻都可以有通道对应,流质食物可以在通孔内流通,球囊在质量分数甘露醇:聚氧化乙烯:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K30):水=(1-5):(0.01-0.05):(0.01-0.05):100的溶液中浸泡20min-60min,45℃-65℃烘干制成超滑涂层。
带通孔减肥球囊制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制作陶瓷或耐用合金的模型,模型为球体,球体直径3cm-10cm,球体表面纵横交错对称分布圆柱形凸起,凸起直径5mm-10mm,长度2cm-6cm,突起数量6-20个。
(2)模型洗涤,在肥皂水中旋转,清洗,水温18℃-28℃。
(3)模型漂白,在漂白剂中旋转,漂白,水温18℃-28℃。
(4)模型洗涮,热水清洗,水温80℃-95℃。
(5)模型旋转风干。
(6)将模型浸入凝固剂,制备模型表面薄膜。
(7)将带有薄膜的模型浸入乳胶液中,温度77℃-88℃ ,时间:5s-30s。
(8)旋转甩干多余乳胶液,转速:30rpm-60rpm,烘箱加热,温度45℃-65℃,制成减肥球囊囊体半成品。
(9)切割减肥球囊囊体半成品袖口,卷起切口,方便半成品摘取。
(10)将减肥球囊囊体半成品凸起的头端去除,摘取半成品。
(11)将减肥球囊囊体半成品对称的凸起,其中一个凸起头端内壁涂抹UV胶粘合剂,对应的两个突起向球体内部翻折,涂抹有UV胶的头端插入另一个凸起头端,粘合,365nm紫外汞灯照射10s-20s固化。
(12)双层输送管路为挤出成型,单向阀外壳和支柱为注塑一体成型,单向阀顶盖为注塑成型,垫片为模压成型,按照顺序安装,粘合剂固定。
(13)单向阀和球囊,显影环和单向阀连接管,弹簧和垫片连接方式为UV胶粘合,365nm紫外汞灯照射10s-20s固化。
(14)配置润滑剂,将球囊浸入润滑剂中20min-60min,45℃-65℃烘干。
(15)输送内管穿入输送外管,再插入单向阀连接管。
本发明的一种带通孔减肥球囊及制备方法的有益效果是:
(1)球囊为通孔球囊,球囊通孔数量3-10个,通孔在球囊上纵横交错分布,可减少胃容积,胃部食物可在球囊通孔中流动,避免球囊堵塞幽门口,造成食物淤积,消化不良。
(2)球囊有超滑涂层,涂层的润滑作用及涂层中的甘露醇因溶解时吸热,有甜味,对口腔有舒服感,可以使球囊的吞咽更加顺畅。
(3)球囊输送导管采用双层设计,当向减肥球囊内部注入生理盐水程序完成后,沿着外管管腔抽出内管,避免内管与咽喉,食道摩擦造成的伤害与不适,外管可吞服后被人体溶解。
(4)输送内管带有显影色线,若输送内管误被吞食,无法自然排出体外,可以通过X光拍照显示位置,方便抓取,也在减肥球囊吞服过程中起到了示踪的作用。
(5)显影环起到了很好的减肥球囊示踪作用,可通过X光拍照显示球囊位置。
(6)本方法制作简单,操作方便,造价低廉,降低了减肥球囊的使用门槛。

下面结合图1和图2对本发明的具体实施方式进行进一步说明,本发明的一种减肥球囊,使用过程中首先将球囊放入生理盐水3s-5S,然后吞服,当在X光先显示,球囊进入胃部后,内层输送导管1和单向阀连接管6连通,通过内层输送导管1向球囊腔内注入亚甲基蓝生理盐水,生理盐水流经内层输送导管1,单向阀连接管6,垫片7;弹簧8;支柱9,通过单向阀口10注入带通孔球囊囊体4,生理盐水通过单向阀注水完成,抽出内层输送导管1,外层输送导管2吞入体内,其中显影环11可显示球囊在胃部的大体位置,当内层输送导管1被误吞入人体,不能通过自然渠道排出体外时,导管带有显影色线可显示其所处位置。
球囊的制作过程如下:
(1)制作陶瓷或耐用合金的模型,模型为球体,球体直径3cm-10cm,球体纵横交错对称分布圆柱形凸起,凸起直径5mm-10mm,长度2cm-6cm,突起数量6-20个。
(2)模型洗涤,在肥皂水中旋转,清洗,水温18℃-28℃。
(3)模型漂白,在漂白剂中旋转,漂白,水温18℃-28℃。
(4)模型洗涮,热水清洗,水温80℃-95℃。
(5)模型旋转风干。
(6)将模型浸入凝固剂,制备模型表面薄膜。
(7)将带有薄膜的模型浸入乳胶液中,温度77℃-88℃ ,时间:5s-30s。
(8)旋转甩干多余乳胶液,转速:30rpm-60rpm,烘箱加热,温度45℃-65℃,制成减肥球囊囊体半成品。
(9)切割减肥球囊囊体半成品袖口,卷起切口,方便半成品摘取。

下面通过范例性实施例来进一步说明:
实施例1:
按照以上制备方法操作,制备以下减肥球囊:减肥球囊外管长30cm,管壁厚0.5mm,内径2.5mm;内层输送导管材质为医用硅胶,长33cm,管壁厚0.5mm,内径1mm;显影环材质为铂铱合金;减肥球囊球体直径10cm,通孔直径5mm,通孔数量10个,球囊在质量分数比,甘露醇:聚氧化乙烯:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K30):水=1:0.01:0.01:100溶液中浸泡20min,45℃烘干制成超滑涂层。
实施例2:
按照以上制备方法操作,减肥球囊外管长40cm,管壁厚1.25mm,内径4mm;内层输送导管材质为医用硅胶,长44cm,管壁厚0.5mm,内径2.5mm;显影环材质为铂铱合金;减肥球囊球体直径6.5cm,通孔直径7.5mm,通孔数量6个,球囊在质量分数比,甘露醇:聚氧化乙烯:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K30):水=3:0.03:0.03:100溶液中浸泡40min,55℃烘干制成超滑涂层。
实施例3:
按照以上制备方法操作,减肥球囊外管长50cm,管壁厚1mm,内径5.5mm;内层输送导管材质为医用硅胶,长55cm,管壁厚度0.5mm,内径4mm;显影环材质为铂铱合金;减肥球囊球体直径3cm,通孔直径10mm,通孔数量3个,球囊在质量分数比,甘露醇:聚氧化乙烯:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K30):水=5:0.05:0.05:100溶液中浸泡60min,65℃烘干制成超滑涂层。
比较例1:
按照以上制备方法操作,制备以下减肥球囊:减肥球囊外管长30cm,管壁厚0.5mm,内径2.5mm;内层输送导管材质为医用硅胶,长33cm,管壁厚0.5mm,内径1mm;显影环材质为铂铱合金;减肥球囊球体直径2cm,通孔直径3mm,通孔数量6个,球囊不制备超滑涂层。
比较例2:
按照以上制备方法操作,制备以下减肥球囊:减肥球囊外管长30cm,管壁厚0.5mm,内径2.5mm;内层输送导管材质为医用硅胶,长33cm,管壁厚0.5mm,内径1mm;显影环材质为铂铱合金;减肥球囊球体直径10cm,通孔数量0个,球囊在质量分数比,甘露醇:聚氧化乙烯:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K30):水=1:0.01:0.01:100溶液中浸泡15min,40℃烘干制成超滑涂层。
比较例3:
按照以上制备方法操作,制备以下减肥球囊:减肥球囊外管长30cm,管壁厚0.5mm,内径2.5mm;内层输送导管材质为医用硅胶,长33cm,管壁厚0.5mm,内径1mm;显影环材质为铂铱合金;减肥球囊球体直径12cm,通孔直径12mm,通孔数量12个,球囊在质量分数比,甘露醇:聚氧化乙烯:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K30):水=1:0.06:0.06:100溶液中浸泡80min,70℃烘干制成超滑涂层。
通过以下项目验证以上实施例效果。
(1)球囊润滑性测试
向球囊內部注入生理盐水至球囊原本体积,根据YY/T 1536-2017 《非血管内导管表面滑动性能评价用标准实验模型》要求,使用摩擦力检测仪(夹持硅胶片的邵氏硬度(A)为65±5)在37℃水浴下,测试距离200mm,夹持力200g,速度30cm/min,分别测试3次,并记录球囊的摩擦力(平均值)。
(2)球囊充起后,通孔直径测试
向球囊內部注入生理盐水至球囊原本体积,分别测试3次,并记录球囊通孔直径(平均值)。
(3)球囊流质物体通过性能测试
向球囊內部注入生理盐水至球囊原本体积,将球囊放入一个和球囊等径的漏斗中,向球囊漏斗中注入500mL玉米粥(模拟饭后胃部环境),收集1分钟时间段内漏斗漏下的玉米淀粉溶液,并测量淀粉溶液体积,分别测试3次,并记录漏液量占总体的百分比(平均值)。

由上表可知,实施例1-3均达到了超滑和球囊通孔导液的目的,超滑效果的好坏和润滑溶液浓度存在一定联系,球囊通孔导液的效果与球囊的整体体积、通孔的直径及通孔的数量均存在一定联系。
Claims (6)
1.一种带通孔减肥球囊,其特征在于,所述的减肥球囊,结构包括双层输送导管和带通孔球囊,外层输送导管可被人体消化吸收,内层输送导管插入球囊单向阀的连接管,导管带有显影色线,球囊单向阀由腔室、弹簧、支柱和垫片组成,单向阀连接管套有显影环,球囊外表面有超滑涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种带通孔减肥球囊,其特征在于,所述的外层输送导管,由食用明胶为原材料制成,外管长30cm-50cm,管壁厚0.5mm-1mm,内径2.5mm-5.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种带通孔减肥球囊,其特征在于,所述的内层输送导管,由硅胶材料制成,导管插入球囊单向阀的连接管,可通过拉拔和单向阀分离,内管长33cm-55cm,管壁厚0.5mm -1mm,内径1mm-4mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种带通孔减肥球囊,其特征在于,所述的球囊单向阀,弹簧弹力在10N -20N,垫片材质为硅胶、橡胶、TPU或TPE,显影环材质为铂铱合金。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种带通孔减肥球囊,其特征在于,所述的球囊,球囊表面带有通孔,通孔的直径5mm-10mm,通孔数量3-10个,通孔在球囊上纵横交错分布,球囊在质量分数比,甘露醇:聚氧化乙烯:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K30):水=(1-5):(0.01-0.05):(0.01-0.05):100的溶液中浸泡20min-60min,45℃-65℃烘干制成超滑涂层。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种带通孔减肥球囊,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:制作陶瓷或耐用合金的模型,模型为球体,球体直径3cm-10cm,球体纵横交错对称分布圆柱形凸起,凸起直径5mm-10mm,长度2cm-6cm,突起数量6-20个;
S2:模型洗涤,在肥皂水中旋转,清洗,水温18℃-28℃;
S3:模型漂白,在漂白剂中旋转,漂白,水温18℃-28℃;
S4:模型洗涮,热水清洗,水温80℃-95℃;
S5:模型旋转风干;
S6:将模型浸入凝固剂,制备模型表面薄膜;
S7:将带有薄膜的模型浸入乳胶液中,温度77℃-88℃ ,时间:5s-30s;
S8:旋转甩干多余乳胶液,转速:30rpm-60rpm,烘箱加热,温度45℃-65℃,制成减肥球囊囊体半成品;
S9:切割减肥球囊囊体半成品袖口,卷起切口,方便半成品摘取;
S10:将减肥球囊囊体半成品凸起的头端去除,摘取半成品;
S11:将减肥球囊囊体半成品对称的凸起,其中一个凸起头端内壁涂抹UV胶粘合剂,对应的两个突起向球体内部翻折,涂抹有UV胶的头端插入另一个凸起头端,粘合,365nm紫外汞灯照射10s-20s固化;
S12:双层输送管路为挤出成型,单向阀外壳和支柱为注塑一体成型,单向阀顶盖为注塑成型,按照顺序安装,粘合剂固定;
S13:单向阀和球囊,显影环和单向阀连接管连接方式为UV胶粘合,365nm紫外汞灯照射10s-20s固化;
S14:配置润滑剂,将球囊浸入润滑剂中20min-60min,45℃-65℃烘干;
S15:输送内管穿入输送外管,再插入单向阀连接管。
