the dust-fall and fertilizer-applying device comprises a storage tank (7), wherein the storage tank (7) is arranged inside the right end of a vehicle body (1), a water tank (8) is connected inside the storage tank (7) in a nested manner, a feed inlet (11) is integrally connected to the upper left end of the water tank (8), a dust-fall and fertilizer-applying mechanism (9) is arranged on the water tank (8), the dust-fall and fertilizer-applying mechanism (9) comprises a connecting shaft (901), a stirring blade (902), a spray head (903), a worm wheel (904), a bidirectional worm (905), a first connecting pipe (906), a water pump (907), a second connecting pipe (908) and a transverse pipe (909), and the connecting shaft (901) is connected inside the water tank (8) in a front-back symmetrical manner;
