The invention aims to provide a notice information management system to solve the problems that a command receiving end cannot be guaranteed to sign for notice information in time, a scheduling end cannot check the sign-in state of the notice information of the command receiving end in real time, the timely reliability of the issuing and sign-in processing of the notice information is difficult to guarantee, and the issuing and sign-in management effect of the notice information is influenced.
