forming an operation and maintenance work order by the appointed alarm event record and distributing the operation and maintenance work order to the appointed operation and maintenance personnel;
and updating the information of the server database according to the processing condition of the operation and maintenance work order, re-querying the server database according to a work order condition query instruction sent by a client, and pushing the server database to a client main interface to display a work order list.
