The announcement to be issued provided by the embodiment of the invention is combined with multimedia means such as videos, texts and the like, is not only in a character notification mode, but also mainly in a mode of limiting receivers and secondarily in a mode of group receivers through authority control, has various notification mode combinations, and maximally ensures that related personnel can receive notification messages; and on the basis of establishing the video networking, the video networking is utilized to publish the non-real-time information, so that the method has greater advantages and lower cost, mainly fills a blank of video networking application, is used for publishing important but non-real-time information such as announcements and notifications by means of the video networking, and is a very beneficial supplement on the video networking application.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
The announcement notification method provided by the embodiment of the invention receives an announcement issuing instruction sent by an announcement issuing client through an announcement processing server, wherein the announcement issuing instruction comprises announcement project information, a received target video networking terminal number and target terminal information corresponding to the target video networking terminal number; according to the announcement issuing instruction, issuing the announcement project information to a target video networking terminal corresponding to the target video networking terminal number; under the condition that the announcement is released, the reminding notice of the announcement release is sent to the target terminal equipment corresponding to the target terminal information, so that a user can check the announcement project information in time, related personnel are prevented from being organized, the announcement notice is arranged in a unified mode, the execution is convenient, and the notice efficiency is improved.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a notice notifying apparatus, configured to execute the notice notifying method provided in the foregoing embodiment.
Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram of an embodiment of a notification apparatus according to the present invention is shown, and the apparatus may specifically include the following modules: a receiving module 501, a publishing module 502 and a notifying module 503, wherein:
the receiving module 501 is configured to receive an announcement issuing instruction sent by an announcement issuing client, where the announcement issuing instruction includes announcement item information, a received destination video networking terminal number, and destination terminal information corresponding to the destination video networking terminal number;
the issuing module 502 is configured to issue the announcement item information to a destination video networking terminal corresponding to the destination video networking terminal number according to the announcement issuing instruction;
the notification module 503 is configured to send a notification of the announcement distribution to the destination terminal device corresponding to the destination terminal information when the announcement distribution is completed.

Optionally, the notification module 503 is configured to:
and sending the reminding notice issued by the notice to a target video network terminal corresponding to the target video network terminal number through a video network protocol so that the target video network terminal sends the reminding notice issued by the notice to the target terminal equipment, and the target terminal equipment reminds through ringing.
Optionally, the notification module 503 is configured to:
sending the notice issued by the announcement to the Internet terminal equipment through an Internet protocol;
the sending of the notice issued by the announcement to the internet terminal device includes:

Optionally, the announcement item information includes announcement data and attribute information corresponding to the announcement data, the announcement data includes announcement video data and/or text data, and the attribute information at least includes one of a publisher, a number, and a description, and the apparatus further includes a storage module, where the storage module is configured to:
distributing an ID number for the announcement item information, wherein the ID number corresponds to the announcement data and the attribute information;
sending the announcement data and the ID number corresponding to the announcement data to a storage gateway through a video networking protocol for storage;
and storing the attribute information corresponding to the announcement data in an announcement database.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a receipt module configured to:
and receiving receipt information returned by the target video network terminal, wherein the receipt information is returned after the target video network terminal acquires target notice data corresponding to a target ID number from the storage gateway and plays the target notice data, and the target ID number is carried in the notice issuing instruction.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a saving module, wherein the saving module is configured to:
and storing the receipt information returned by the target video terminal in the announcement database so that the announcement issuing client can inquire the announcement issuing state.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises a query module, the query module being configured to:
receiving an inquiry instruction of issuing the announcement sent by the announcement issuing client, wherein the inquiry instruction comprises the target ID number;
and searching whether response piece information corresponding to the target ID number exists in the notice database according to the target ID number.
It should be noted that the respective implementable modes in the present embodiment may be implemented individually, or may be implemented in combination in any combination without conflict, and the present application is not limited thereto.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Still another embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal device, configured to execute the announcement notification method provided in the foregoing embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the terminal device includes: at least one processor 601 and memory 602;
the memory stores a computer program; the at least one processor executes the computer program stored by the memory to implement the notice notification method provided by the above-described embodiments.
The terminal device provided in this embodiment receives, by the advertisement processing server, an advertisement issuing instruction sent by the advertisement issuing client, where the advertisement issuing instruction includes advertisement project information, a received destination video networking terminal number, and destination terminal information corresponding to the destination video networking terminal number; according to the announcement issuing instruction, issuing the announcement project information to a target video networking terminal corresponding to the target video networking terminal number; under the condition that the announcement is released, the reminding notice of the announcement release is sent to the target terminal equipment corresponding to the target terminal information, so that a user can check the announcement project information in time, related personnel are prevented from being organized, the announcement notice is arranged in a unified mode, the execution is convenient, and the notice efficiency is improved.
Yet another embodiment of the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, and the computer program, when executed, implements the notice notifying method provided in any of the above embodiments.
According to the computer-readable storage medium of the embodiment, an announcement issuing instruction sent by an announcement issuing client is received by an announcement processing server, wherein the announcement issuing instruction comprises announcement item information, a received destination video network terminal number and destination terminal information corresponding to the destination video network terminal number; according to the announcement issuing instruction, issuing the announcement project information to a target video networking terminal corresponding to the target video networking terminal number; under the condition that the announcement is released, the reminding notice of the announcement release is sent to the target terminal equipment corresponding to the target terminal information, so that a user can check the announcement project information in time, related personnel are prevented from being organized, the announcement notice is arranged in a unified mode, the execution is convenient, and the notice efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)
1. An announcement notification method, the method comprising:
receiving an announcement issuing instruction sent by an announcement issuing client, wherein the announcement issuing instruction comprises announcement project information, a received target video networking terminal number and target terminal information corresponding to the target video networking terminal number;
according to the announcement issuing instruction, issuing the announcement project information to a target video networking terminal corresponding to the target video networking terminal number;
and sending a reminding notice of the announcement issuing to the target terminal equipment corresponding to the target terminal information under the condition that the announcement issuing is finished.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending a notification of the announcement distribution to the destination terminal device corresponding to the destination terminal information in case of the announcement distribution being completed includes:
and sending the reminding notice issued by the notice to a target video network terminal corresponding to the target video network terminal number through a video network protocol so that the target video network terminal sends the reminding notice issued by the notice to the target terminal equipment, and the target terminal equipment reminds through ringing.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending a notification of the announcement distribution to the destination terminal device corresponding to the destination terminal information in case of the announcement distribution being completed includes:
sending the notice issued by the announcement to the Internet terminal equipment through an Internet protocol;
the sending of the notice issued by the announcement to the internet terminal device includes:
sending a reminding notice of the announcement issuing to the Internet terminal equipment in a short message mode;
and/or
And sending the notice issued by the announcement to the Internet terminal equipment in a mail mode.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the advertisement project information comprises advertisement data and attribute information corresponding to the advertisement data, the advertisement data comprises advertisement video data and/or text data, the attribute information comprises at least one of a publisher, a number and a description, and after receiving an advertisement publishing instruction sent by an advertisement publishing client, the method further comprises:
distributing an ID number for the announcement item information, wherein the ID number corresponds to the announcement data and the attribute information;
sending the announcement data and the ID number corresponding to the announcement data to a storage gateway through a video networking protocol for storage;
and storing the attribute information corresponding to the announcement data in an announcement database.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and receiving receipt information returned by the target video network terminal, wherein the receipt information is returned after the target video network terminal acquires target notice data corresponding to a target ID number from the storage gateway and plays the target notice data, and the target ID number is carried in the notice issuing instruction.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and storing the receipt information returned by the target video terminal in the announcement database so that the announcement issuing client can inquire the announcement issuing state.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
receiving an inquiry instruction of issuing the announcement sent by the announcement issuing client, wherein the inquiry instruction comprises the target ID number;
and searching whether response piece information corresponding to the target ID number exists in the notice database according to the target ID number.
8. An announcement notification apparatus, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving an announcement issuing instruction sent by an announcement issuing client, wherein the announcement issuing instruction comprises announcement project information, a received target video networking terminal number and target terminal information corresponding to the target video networking terminal number;
the issuing module is used for issuing the announcement project information to a target video network terminal corresponding to the target video network terminal number according to the announcement issuing instruction;
and the notification module is used for sending a reminding notification of the announcement issuing to the target terminal equipment corresponding to the target terminal information under the condition that the announcement issuing is completed.
9. A terminal device, comprising: at least one processor and memory;
the memory stores a computer program; the at least one processor executes the memory-stored computer program to implement the announcement notification method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored therein, which when executed implements the notice notification method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
